Abstract

本发明涉及沙发布技术领域,尤其是一种易清洁沙发布,它由经线、纬线编织而成,其中经线由丙纶纱、锦纶纱混纺而成,纬线由丙纶纱、芳纶纱混纺而成;编织前进行纱线前处理:将经线、纬线放入浓度为30‑80g/L的防水剂中浸泡30‑80min,取出后沥干脱水,并在烘房内以40‑60℃的温度烘30‑40min。本发明所得到的一种易清洁沙发布,其纱线均采用牢度好,且具有一定的疏水性,同时在纬线、纬线表面渗透有防水剂,同时在坯布表面形成防护膜,进一步提高清洁性能,清洁更加方便。

一种易清洁沙发布
技术领域
本发明涉及沙发布技术领域,尤其是一种易清洁沙发布。
背景技术
现有的沙发布在使用一段时间后表面会脏,而且难以清洁,若采用水抹布擦涂,会造成污渍渗透开,形成局部的污渍,无法实现彻底清洁。同时将沙发布拆除后用清洁剂清洗,清洗的难度大,无法实现彻底清洗干净,故会影响使用性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种易清洁沙发布,其在使用过程中耐脏,且在染有污渍后可快速去除清洁。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种易清洁沙发布,它由经线、纬线编织而成,其中经线由丙纶纱、锦纶纱混纺而成,纬线由丙纶纱、芳纶纱混纺而成;编织前进行纱线前处理:将经线、纬线放入浓度为30-80g/L的防水剂中浸泡30-80min,取出后沥干脱水,并在烘房内以40-60℃的温度烘30-40min。
将经线、纬线编织后的坯布放入单组份聚氨酯溶液中浸泡10-20s,快速取出以100℃-130℃的高温热风以风速0.3-0.5m/s快速风干,在经线、纬线表面形成防护膜。
本发明所得到的一种易清洁沙发布,其纱线均采用牢度好,且具有一定的疏水性,同时在纬线、纬线表面渗透有防水剂,同时在坯布表面形成防护膜,进一步提高清洁性能,清洁更加方便。

下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1:
本实施例描述的一种易清洁沙发布,它由经线、纬线编织而成,其中经线由丙纶纱、锦纶纱混纺而成,纬线由丙纶纱、芳纶纱混纺而成;编织前进行纱线前处理:将经线、纬线放入浓度为30g/L的防水剂中浸泡80min,取出后沥干脱水,并在烘房内以40℃的温度烘40min。
将经线、纬线编织后的坯布放入单组份聚氨酯溶液中浸泡10s,快速取出以130℃的高温热风以风速0.3m/s快速风干,在经线、纬线表面形成防护膜。
实施例2:
本实施例描述的一种易清洁沙发布,它由经线、纬线编织而成,其中经线由丙纶纱、锦纶纱混纺而成,纬线由丙纶纱、芳纶纱混纺而成;编织前进行纱线前处理:将经线、纬线放入浓度为80g/L的防水剂中浸泡30min,取出后沥干脱水,并在烘房内以60℃的温度烘30min。
将经线、纬线编织后的坯布放入单组份聚氨酯溶液中浸泡20s,快速取出以100℃的高温热风以风速0.5m/s快速风干,在经线、纬线表面形成防护膜。
实施例3:
本实施例描述的一种易清洁沙发布,它由经线、纬线编织而成,其中经线由丙纶纱、锦纶纱混纺而成,纬线由丙纶纱、芳纶纱混纺而成;编织前进行纱线前处理:将经线、纬线放入浓度为50g/L的防水剂中浸泡50min,取出后沥干脱水,并在烘房内以50℃的温度烘35min。
将经线、纬线编织后的坯布放入单组份聚氨酯溶液中浸泡15s,快速取出以120℃的高温热风以风速0.4m/s快速风干,在经线、纬线表面形成防护膜。

1.一种易清洁沙发布,其特征是:它由经线、纬线编织而成,其中经线由丙纶纱、锦纶纱混纺而成,纬线由丙纶纱、芳纶纱混纺而成;编织前进行纱线前处理:将经线、纬线放入浓度为30-80g/L的防水剂中浸泡30-80min,取出后沥干脱水,并在烘房内以40-60℃的温度烘30-40min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种易清洁沙发布,其特征是:将经线、纬线编织后的坯布放入单组份聚氨酯溶液中浸泡10-20s,快速取出以100℃-130℃的高温热风以风速0.3-0.5m/s快速风干,在经线、纬线表面形成防护膜。
