Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种自动供水用的卫生龙头。
为供给/混合热水和/或冷水,现有的水龙头通常需要使用者用手(或脚)的接触来操作或启动适当的控制部件。
也有一种水龙头,当使用者将手靠近它时便会启动一控制水供给的接近传感器。然而,这种龙头仅在一个预定的温度下供水,除了由手动来调节控制部件(用通常的方式)外,不可能用其它方法来调节温度。
另外,在DE 8512039中,采用一多传感器阵列来感测手之类的物体在龙头下方的位置,从而以非接触方式控制出水温度和出水量。然而,这种装置有诸多缺点。例如,由于需要成对传感器之间有精确对准,因而制造和安装较为困难;传感器的传感路线与水流路线相互干扰,导致测量精度降低;传感器设置在分离的壁或壳体上,因而不便于安装、拆卸和调节。
本发明的目的在于提供一种卫生龙头,它能供给所需温度的水而无需使用者的手(或身体其他部分)同龙头的某一部分相接触,其工作可靠性较高、结构相对较为简单。
提供这种装置的目的在于使龙头的使用更方便、更快捷、更卫生。
本发明的龙头通常用于那些设于对卫生要求相当高的公共场所(饭店、公共厕所、办公室、居住区、公共运输工具等)中的盥洗室。
本发明的自动供水用的卫生龙头包括:
一具有一出水口的出水管;
设置在所述出水管上靠近所述出水口处的、用于测定与所述出水口和某使用者身体部分之间的距离相应的距离值的传感器装置;
用于调节通过所述出水管输送到所述出水口的水的温度的水温调节装置;
用于处理由所述传感器装置提供的所述距离值并响应所述距离值控制所述水温调节装置的处理装置。
使用时,使用者把手放在龙头下,水龙头会根据手与龙头之间的距离的不同而送出不同温度的水。
例如,该距离越大,温度就越高。反之距离越小,温度越低。
这样,使用者只需简单地将手置于龙头的出水部分下的适当距离处而不用接触其任何部分,即可控制水的供给并调节其温度。
下面将参照附图详细描述本发明,这些附图表示的是本发明的一个实施例。
图1是本发明龙头的示意图。
图2是温度调节装置40的一实施例的示意图。
图1大致地示出了本发明的龙头,图中的龙头总的由编号1表示,它包括一常用的出水部分11,通常将其设置于一盛水用的水盆2的上方。
龙头1连有一传感装置20,用于感测使用者手3到龙头的距离。
传感装置20设置于出水部分1的近旁(如图1所示),对着下面的水盆2。
传感装置20可以是红外线反射型的,也可以用激光器二极管或超声波装置。
该龙头还包括用于处理由传感装置20提供的距离值的装置30。
具体地说,装置30包括一微控制器31,它用于处理来自传感装置20的信息以实施所需的功能。
装置30对调节提供给出水部分11的水的温度调节装置40起作用。
微型控制器31具有控制装置40用的程序,以使供水温度取决于手3到传感器20的距离。
例如,微控制器31是把出口11下方的空间分成几个区段,并将每一区段同一相应的给定水温联系起来。
例如,当把手3放在最靠近出口11的区段内时,它便供出冷水;而当手3放在离出口11最远的区段内时,它便供出热水;最后,当手放在任一中间区段内时,出口11便供出温水,温度不冷不热。
微控制器31的程序可以这样设置,即,使出水水温紧随着手3与出口11之间的距离而迅速变化。
或者,手3处于某一区段内时,其所确定的温度可以在一段预定时间内保持恒定,即使手在这一期间移到另一区段,出水的温度仍保持不变。在图2所示的实施例中,装置40包括多个开-关螺线管阀,每一个都连接于龙头的一冷水供给源42或热水供给源43。
这些阀41的出口均连接于一单个的出口管44,水就在该管中混合并被送至出口11。
利用微控制器31和阀41之间的一互连装置32,这些阀41的打开和关闭按不同的组合由微控制器31的程序控制,每个组合分别对应具有某一温度的冷热水的混合,而所有这些温度都是不同的。
在图2所示的实施例中提供了四个阀41,它们均连有调节流速用的调速装置45。
用V1和V2表示的阀41连接于冷水源42,而用V3和V4表示的阀41连接于热水源43。
调速装置45被调节成使通过阀V2和V4的流速为通过阀V1和V3的流速的一半。
因此,通过阀V1和V4,可以得到五个不同温度的组合,即冷水、热水和三个中间温度,外加一个龙头不供水的状态,如下表所示:

在装置40的另一实施例(未示出)中,用比例阀来混合热水和冷水。为便于使用,本发明的龙头还可以再加一些辅助装置。
辅助装置之一是水温指示器,尤其是一种发光型出水水温指示器,它一般设于出水口11的顶部,用来根据水温提供不同的色彩信号,以便使用者既能利用手的直接接触也能通过眼睛的观察来了解出水水温。
还可设置一出水温度传感器(图中未示出)供接触,以使在出水温度超过预设最大值时可关闭热水源43。
调节装置40可以不同于上面所述的类型。例如,它可用浸没在送往出口11的水流中的电阻元件,由装置30驱动来把供水加热到不同的温度。
在实践中,根据应用场合的不同,熟悉本技术领域的人完全可以在不脱离如所附权利要求阐述的发明主旨范围的情况下,对本发明进一步作出种种修改。
Claims (9)
1.一种自动供水用的卫生龙头,其特征在于,包括:
一具有一出水口的出水管;
设置在所述出水管上靠近所述出水口处的、用于测定与所述出水口和某使用者身体部分之间的距离相应的距离值的传感器装置;
用于调节通过所述出水管输送到所述出水口的水的温度的水温调节装置;
用于处理由所述传感器装置提供的所述距离值并响应所述距离值控制所述水温调节装置的处理装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的龙头,其特征在于,所述处理装置将龙头下方的空间分成多个区段,并将每个所述区段同一所需供水温度相联系。
3.如权利要求1所述的龙头,其特征在于,所述传感器装置设置成基本与所述出水口相邻。
4.如权利要求1所述的龙头,其特征在于,所述龙头还包括一冷水入口和一热水入口;
所述水温调节装置包括多个连接于所述热水和冷水入口与所述出水口之间的开-关阀;
所述处理装置以不同的组合打开和关闭所述阀,每个组合分别对应于一冷/热水的混合用以实现一所需的供水温度。
5.如权利要求4所述的龙头,其特征在于,所述多个开-关阀包括:
一连接于所述冷水入口的第一冷水阀;
一连接于所述冷水入口的第二冷水阀;
一连接于所述热水入口的第一热水阀;以及
一连接于所述热水入口的第二热水阀。
6.如权利要求4所述的龙头,其特征在于,所述水温调节装置还包括设置在所述热水和冷水入口与所述多个开-关阀之间的限流装置,用于调节流过所述阀的水流量。
7.如权利要求1所述的龙头,其特征在于,所述处理装置能够命令所述水温调节装置接通和断开通过所述出水管的水流。
8.如权利要求1所述的龙头,其特征在于,所述传感器装置在与所述出水口所面对方向基本相同的方向上检测所述出水口与使用者身体部分之间的距离。
9.如权利要求1所述的龙头,其特征在于,它还包括一使流过所述出水管的水温升高的加热器。
