本发明的目的是提供一种益生元花生五谷复合蛋白饮料的制备方法,帮助人们改善肠道益生菌群的平衡,提高胃动力,达到排毒通便,清脂养颜,维护肌肤健康,促进人体健康的目的。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种益生元花生五谷复合蛋白饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:全部按重量份数,由纯净水100份、花生仁4-5份、核桃仁0.5-1份、芝麻0.4-1份、麦精1-1.2份、红豆0.3-0.5份、黄豆0.5-1份、奶粉1-1.2份、红枣5-6份、稳定剂:0.2-0.3份、低聚果糖4-5份、白糖0.8-1份、异VC钠0.02-0.03份、三聚磷酸钠0.05-0.07份,小苏打0.05-0.08份、甜蜜素0.02-0.025份、食用香精0.05-0.08份组成,制作步骤如下:
第一步:将精选的花生仁4-5份、核桃仁0.5-1份、芝麻0.4-1份、黄豆0.5-1份分别炒熟;
第二步:将上述炒熟的原料分别脱皮;
第三步:将上述脱皮的原料分别磨浆、过滤,过滤细度为200-300目,且现磨现用;
第四步:将红豆用水泡软,并磨浆过滤,过滤细度为200-300目,且现磨现用;
第五步:将红枣洗净,去核,去核后,残破率小于5%,装入不锈钢纱网内,加入红枣量6-10倍冷水煮汁,经过1-2小时的煮汁后,取出不锈钢纱网,留汁备用;
第六步:将花生仁浆、核桃仁浆、芝麻浆、黄豆浆、红豆浆、稳定剂、低聚果糖、白糖、异VC钠、三聚磷酸钠、小苏打、甜蜜素、食用香精、麦精、奶粉加入到纯净水中,然后在搅拌罐中对上述物料进行搅拌;
第七步:将上述搅拌均匀的物料经过管道过滤器过滤,然后进入均质机均质;
第八步:均质后的物料进入无菌罐装杀菌机进行瞬时高温灭菌、冷却后罐装成250ML的纸盒包装成品。

本发明以花生、核桃仁、芝麻、红豆、黄豆为主要原料,顾名思义为五谷,再配以麦精、红枣、奶粉等原料,经过特殊的加工工艺,成为一种含有益生元的植物复合蛋白饮料,配料中含有益生元的特殊功效外,花生:含有丰富的蛋白质,核蛋素,钙,磷,铁等,还含有A、B、E、K等各种维生素,以及卵磷脂、蛋白氨基酸、胆碱和油酸、落花生酸、脂肪酸、棕榈酸等,花生被人们誉为“植物肉”,含油量高达50%,品质优良,气味清香,有滋养补益,有助于延年益寿,所以民间又称“长生果”。红枣:能提高人体免疫力,并可抑制癌细胞。能促进白细胞的生成,降低血清胆固醇,提高血清白蛋白,保护肝脏,红枣中还含有抑制癌细胞,甚至可使癌细胞向正常细胞转化的物质,并具有降血压、降胆固醇的作用,另外,大枣中的维生素P含量为所有果蔬之冠,其具有维持毛细血管通透性,改善微循环从而预防动脉硬化的作用,还可以调节人体代谢、增强免疫力、抗炎、抗变态反应、降低血糖和胆固醇含量等作用;所含芦丁有保护毛细血管通畅、防止血管壁脆性增加,并有保肝护肝、增强体力的作用;大枣中的维生素C,能减轻化学药物对肝脏的损害,并有促进蛋白质合成,增加血清总蛋白含量的作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本品由纯净水100份、花生仁4份、核桃仁0.5份、芝麻0.4份、麦精1份、红豆0.3份、黄豆0.5份、奶粉1份、红枣5份、稳定剂:0.2份、低聚果糖4份、白糖0.8份、异VC钠0.02份、三聚磷酸钠0.05份,小苏打0.05份、甜蜜素0.02份、食用香精0.05份组成,制作步骤如下:
第一步:将精选的花生仁4份、核桃仁0.5份、芝麻0.4份、黄豆0.5份分别炒熟;
第二步:将上述炒熟的原料分别脱皮;
第三步:将上述脱皮的原料分别磨浆、过滤,过滤细度为200-300目,且现磨现用;
第四步:将红豆0.3份用水泡软,并磨浆过滤,过滤细度为200-300目,且现磨现用;
第五步:将红枣洗净,去核,去核后,残破率小于5%,装入不锈钢纱网内,加入红枣量6倍冷水煮汁,经过1小时的煮汁后,取出不锈钢纱网,留汁备用;
第六步:将花生仁浆、核桃仁浆、芝麻浆、黄豆浆、红豆浆、稳定剂、低聚果糖、白糖、异VC钠、三聚磷酸钠、小苏打、甜蜜素、食用香精、麦精、奶粉加入到纯净水中,然后在搅拌罐中对上述物料进行搅拌;
第七步:将上述搅拌均匀的物料经过管道过滤器过滤,然后进入均质机均质;
第八步:均质后的物料进入无菌罐装杀菌机进行瞬时高温灭菌、冷却后罐装成250ML的纸盒包装成品。
第七步的均质压力为25兆帕。
第八步的灭菌温度为138度,灭菌时间为4秒钟。
实施例2
本品由纯净水100份、花生仁5份、核桃仁1份、芝麻1份、麦精1.2份、红豆0.5份、黄豆1份、奶粉1.2份、红枣6份、稳定剂: 0.3份、低聚果糖5份、白糖1份、异VC钠0.03份、三聚磷酸钠0.07份,小苏打0.08份、甜蜜素0.025份、食用香精0.08份组成,制作步骤如下:
第一步:将精选的花生仁5份、核桃仁1份、芝麻1份、黄豆1份分别炒熟;
第二步:将上述炒熟的原料分别脱皮;
第三步:将上述脱皮的原料分别磨浆、过滤,过滤细度为300目,且现磨现用;
第四步:将红豆用水泡软,并磨浆过滤,过滤细度为300目,且现磨现用;
第五步:将红枣洗净,去核,去核后,残破率小于5%,装入不锈钢纱网内,加入红枣量10倍冷水煮汁,经过2小时的煮汁后,取出不锈钢纱网,留汁备用;
第六步:将花生仁浆、核桃仁浆、芝麻浆、黄豆浆、红豆浆、稳定剂、低聚果糖、白糖、异VC钠、三聚磷酸钠、小苏打、甜蜜素、食用香精、麦精、奶粉加入到纯净水中,然后在搅拌罐中对上述物料进行搅拌;
第七步:将上述搅拌均匀的物料经过管道过滤器过滤,然后进入均质机均质;
第八步:均质后的物料进入无菌罐装杀菌机进行瞬时高温灭菌、冷却后罐装成250ML的纸盒包装成品。

1.一种益生元花生五谷复合蛋白饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:全部按重量份数,由纯净水100份、花生仁4-5份、核桃仁0.5-1份、芝麻0.4-1份、麦精1-1.2份、红豆0.3-0.5份、黄豆0.5-1份、奶粉1-1.2份、红枣5-6份、稳定剂:0.2-0.3份、低聚果糖4-5份、白糖0.8-1份、异VC钠0.02-0.03份、三聚磷酸钠0.05-0.07份,小苏打0.05-0.08份、甜蜜素0.02-0.025份、食用香精0.05-0.08份组成,制作步骤如下:
第一步:将精选的花生仁4-5份、核桃仁0.5-1份、芝麻0.4-1份、黄豆0.5-1份分别炒熟;
第二步:将上述炒熟的原料分别脱皮;
第三步:将上述脱皮的原料分别磨浆、过滤,过滤细度为200-300目,且现磨现用;
第四步:将红豆用水泡软,并磨浆过滤,过滤细度为200-300目,且现磨现用;
第五步:将红枣洗净,去核,去核后,残破率小于5%,装入不锈钢纱网内,加入红枣量6-10倍冷水煮汁,经过1-2小时的煮汁后,取出不锈钢纱网,留汁备用;
第六步:将花生仁浆、核桃仁浆、芝麻浆、黄豆浆、红豆浆、稳定剂、低聚果糖、白糖、异VC钠、三聚磷酸钠、小苏打、甜蜜素、食用香精、麦精、奶粉加入到纯净水中,然后在搅拌罐中对上述物料进行搅拌;
第七步:将上述搅拌均匀的物料经过管道过滤器过滤,然后进入均质机均质;
第八步:均质后的物料进入无菌罐装杀菌机进行瞬时高温灭菌、冷却后罐装成250ML的纸盒包装成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的益生元花生五谷复合蛋白饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:第七步的均质压力为25-30兆帕。
3.根据权利要求1所述的益生元花生五谷复合蛋白饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:第八步的灭菌温度为138度,灭菌时间为4-8秒钟。
