本申请公开了一种羊毛匀染剂及其制备方法，包括组份A和组份B,组份A与组份B的比例为3:1；其中组份A按重量份包括:甘油醚油酸酯80‑160份、酒石酸40‑75份、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚13‑22份、乙二醇脂肪酸酯30‑85份、羊毛脂10‑34份、尿素4‑15份、去离子水200‑500份；组份B按重量份包括：甘油三油酸酯40‑90份、肉豆蔻酸15‑45份、棕榈酸19‑38份、亚甲基二荼磺酸钠5‑25份、去离子水100‑230份。由此，本发明能够使染料更加柔和，在羊毛进行染色后，羊毛表面柔软，且不易褪色。

一种羊毛匀染剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及匀染剂，尤其涉及一种羊毛匀染剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
为了达到染色的均匀性，首先必须保证纤维具有均匀的吸附性能和织物与染液之间应有良好的接触，前者可以通过充分的前处理，去除纤维，织物表面的杂质来实现；后者可以通过加入匀染剂来实现。
而传统的羊毛匀染剂在使用后，羊毛在进行染色后，羊毛表面会略有僵硬，不柔软，且多次洗涤后容易褪色。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种羊毛匀染剂及其制备方法，解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
本发明的羊毛匀染剂，组成如下：
包括组份A和组份B,组份A与组份B的比例为3:1；其中组份A按重量份包括:甘油醚油酸酯80-160份、酒石酸40-75份、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚13-22份、乙二醇脂肪酸酯30-85份、羊毛脂10-34份、尿素4-15份、去离子水200-500份；组份B按重量份包括：甘油三油酸酯40-90份、肉豆蔻酸15-45份、棕榈酸19-38份、亚甲基二荼磺酸钠5-25份、去离子水100-230份。
在一种实施方式中：组份A按重量份包括:甘油醚油酸酯120份、酒石酸60份、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚18份、乙二醇脂肪酸酯57份、羊毛脂21份、尿素9份、去离子水350份。
在一种实施方式中：组份B按重量份包括：甘油三油酸酯64份、肉豆蔻酸30份、棕榈酸27份、亚甲基二荼磺酸钠15份、去离子水170份。
本发明的羊毛匀染剂的制备方法如下，包括以下步骤：
①制备溶液A：将甘油醚油酸酯、酒石酸、乙二醇脂肪酸酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚和去离子水混合搅拌均匀，将温度加热至70℃，加入羊毛脂，搅拌20min，降至常温，备用；
②制备溶液B：将甘油三油酸酯、棕榈酸、亚甲基二荼磺酸钠和去离子水混合搅拌均匀，再加入肉豆蔻酸，搅拌均匀，备用；
③将上述制备好的溶液A和溶液B混合，温度加热至70摄氏度，持续搅拌10min，最后自然冷却至常温，即制得成品。
本发明能够使染料更加柔和，在羊毛进行染色后，羊毛表面柔软，且不易褪色。

下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
羊毛匀染剂，组成如下：
包括组份A和组份B,组份A与组份B的比例为3:1；其中组份A按重量份包括:甘油醚油酸酯80份、酒石酸40份、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚13份、乙二醇脂肪酸酯30份、羊毛脂10份、尿素4份、去离子水200份；组份B按重量份包括：甘油三油酸酯40份、肉豆蔻酸15份、棕榈酸19份、亚甲基二荼磺酸钠5份、去离子水100份。
本发明的羊毛匀染剂的制备方法如下，包括以下步骤：
①制备溶液A：将甘油醚油酸酯、酒石酸、乙二醇脂肪酸酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚和去离子水混合搅拌均匀，将温度加热至70℃，加入羊毛脂，搅拌20min，降至常温，备用；
②制备溶液B：将甘油三油酸酯、棕榈酸、亚甲基二荼磺酸钠和去离子水混合搅拌均匀，再加入肉豆蔻酸，搅拌均匀，备用；
③将上述制备好的溶液A和溶液B混合，温度加热至70摄氏度，持续搅拌10min，最后自然冷却至常温，即制得成品。

包括组份A和组份B,组份A与组份B的比例为3:1；其中组份A按重量份包括:甘油醚油酸酯103份、酒石酸51份、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚15份、乙二醇脂肪酸酯41份、羊毛脂14份、尿素7份、去离子水305份；组份B按重量份包括：甘油三油酸酯55份、肉豆蔻酸19份、棕榈酸23份、亚甲基二荼磺酸钠9份、去离子水133份。
本发明的羊毛匀染剂的制备方法如下，包括以下步骤：
①制备溶液A：将甘油醚油酸酯、酒石酸、乙二醇脂肪酸酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚和去离子水混合搅拌均匀，将温度加热至70℃，加入羊毛脂，搅拌20min，降至常温，备用；
②制备溶液B：将甘油三油酸酯、棕榈酸、亚甲基二荼磺酸钠和去离子水混合搅拌均匀，再加入肉豆蔻酸，搅拌均匀，备用；
③将上述制备好的溶液A和溶液B混合，温度加热至70摄氏度，持续搅拌10min，最后自然冷却至常温，即制得成品。

本发明的羊毛匀染剂的制备方法如下，包括以下步骤：
①制备溶液A：将甘油醚油酸酯、酒石酸、乙二醇脂肪酸酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚和去离子水混合搅拌均匀，将温度加热至70℃，加入羊毛脂，搅拌20min，降至常温，备用；
②制备溶液B：将甘油三油酸酯、棕榈酸、亚甲基二荼磺酸钠和去离子水混合搅拌均匀，再加入肉豆蔻酸，搅拌均匀，备用；
③将上述制备好的溶液A和溶液B混合，温度加热至70摄氏度，持续搅拌10min，最后自然冷却至常温，即制得成品。
实施例5
羊毛匀染剂，组成如下：

本发明的羊毛匀染剂的制备方法如下，包括以下步骤：
①制备溶液A：将甘油醚油酸酯、酒石酸、乙二醇脂肪酸酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚和去离子水混合搅拌均匀，将温度加热至70℃，加入羊毛脂，搅拌20min，降至常温，备用；
②制备溶液B：将甘油三油酸酯、棕榈酸、亚甲基二荼磺酸钠和去离子水混合搅拌均匀，再加入肉豆蔻酸，搅拌均匀，备用；
③将上述制备好的溶液A和溶液B混合，温度加热至70摄氏度，持续搅拌10min，最后自然冷却至常温，即制得成品。
上述实施例的产品与常规匀染剂对于羊毛染色后的效果试验如下：
其中，发明人通过大量的实验得出，组份A中的羊毛脂与组份B中的肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸在混合后会提高匀染剂活性，将匀染剂添加到染料内，可以使染料扩散的更加均匀，当染料染到羊毛上时，不会破坏羊毛的柔软度，可以使羊毛保留原有的柔软度，不会变得僵硬，而且经过多次洗涤液不会褪色。
综上所述，本发明能够使染料更加柔和，在羊毛进行染色后，羊毛表面柔软，且不易褪色。
以上所述仅是本发明的一种实施方式，应当指出，对于本领域普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下，还可以做出若干相似的变形和改进，这些也应视为本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种羊毛匀染剂，其特征在于：包括组份A和组份B,组份A与组份B的比例为3:1；其中所述组份A按重量份包括:甘油醚油酸酯80-160份、酒石酸40-75份、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚13-22份、乙二醇脂肪酸酯30-85份、羊毛脂10-34份、尿素4-15份、去离子水200-500份；所述组份B按重量份包括：甘油三油酸酯40-90份、肉豆蔻酸15-45份、棕榈酸19-38份、亚甲基二荼磺酸钠5-25份、去离子水100-230份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛匀染剂，其特征在于：所述组份A按重量份包括:甘油醚油酸酯120份、酒石酸60份、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚18份、乙二醇脂肪酸酯57份、羊毛脂21份、尿素9份、去离子水350份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛匀染剂，其特征在于：所述组份B按重量份包括：甘油三油酸酯64份、肉豆蔻酸30份、棕榈酸27份、亚甲基二荼磺酸钠15份、去离子水170份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的羊毛匀染剂的制备方法，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：
①制备溶液A：将甘油醚油酸酯、酒石酸、乙二醇脂肪酸酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚和去离子水混合搅拌均匀，将温度加热至70℃，加入羊毛脂，搅拌20min，降至常温，备用；
②制备溶液B：将甘油三油酸酯、棕榈酸、亚甲基二荼磺酸钠和去离子水混合搅拌均匀，再加入肉豆蔻酸，搅拌均匀，备用；
③将上述制备好的溶液A和溶液B混合，温度加热至70摄氏度，持续搅拌10min，最后自然冷却至常温，即制得成品。
