Abstract

本发明公开了一种环保型羊毛匀染剂及其生产方法。该羊毛匀染剂由脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚和醇溶剂及水复配而成，包括5‑15％的脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯，15‑25％的脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚，20‑40％的C3‑5醇和30‑50％的水。本发明用脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚与醇溶剂和水复配的羊毛匀染剂，不但具有良好的匀染、分散效果，还具良好的水溶性，以及对各种染料的适应性；其在毛用活性染料染羊毛过程中使用，可使毛用活性染料染色后的固色率及各项染色牢度、匀染性能均达到欧盟要求；在金属络合染料及棉用活性染料染羊毛过程中使用，可使染料的上染性能得到改善。其不含对环境有害的物质，是一种绿色环保型助剂。

一种环保型羊毛匀染剂及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明属于化工助剂生产技术领域，涉及一种环保型羊毛匀染剂及其生产方法。
背景技术
在羊毛及其织物的染色过程中，通常会产生染色深浅不匀和色斑，为了避免这一问题，一般都选用适当的羊毛匀染剂来予以解决。
常用的羊毛匀染工艺如下：进水及纤维→加羊毛匀染剂1-2克/升(深色可加大用量，以缩短染色时间)→运转10-20分钟→加约为纤维重0.1-2％的硫酸或甲酸(稀释后分几次加入，根据染色深度和上色速度试样后确定加酸比例)→加酸性染料→开始缓慢升温到染色温度→保温至吸色干净(一般为45-90分钟)→(媒染)→清洗。可通过调节羊毛匀染剂用量的方法来控制染色时间，使染色均匀，吸色干净。
目前常用的羊毛匀染剂配方中普遍采用烷基磺酸钠(ABS)、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(APEO)等表面活性剂作为主要成分，这些物质对环境有害，而且存在泡沫大等缺点。而少部分对环境无害的羊毛匀染剂，却存在匀染分散效果不佳，或水溶性不好，或对各种染料的适应性不好等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，克服现有技术的不足，提供一种匀染分散效果好，水溶性好，对各种染料的适应性好，对环境无害的环保型羊毛匀染剂及其生产方法。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的：
本发明提供一种环保型羊毛匀染剂，它由脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚这二种表面活性剂和醇溶剂及水复配而成，各组分及质量百分比如下：脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯5-15％，脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚15-25％，醇溶剂20-40％，水30-50％。
优选的，各组分及质量百分比如下：脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯10％，脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚20％，醇溶剂30％，水40％。
其中，所述脂肪酸为C16-18的天然脂肪酸；所述脂肪胺为C16-18的脂肪胺；所述聚氧乙烯酯的聚合数在13-15；所述聚氧乙烯醚的聚合数在12-14。
所述醇溶剂为C3-5醇；优选叔丁醇。
具体地，上述三种物质的分子式为：
脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯：RCOO(C2H4O)nH，R＝C16-18，n＝13-15。
脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚：RN(C2H4O)nH，R＝C16-18，n＝12-14。
溶剂(醇)：ROH，R＝C3-5。
本发明所述的环保型羊毛匀染剂的生产方法如下：
在反应釜内先加入醇溶剂(C3-5醇)，然后，在搅拌下依次加入脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚，升温到50℃-60℃左右使之溶解均匀，加入去离子水搅拌20-60分钟，即为产成品。
本发明的有益效果：
本发明的羊毛匀染剂，由脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚这二种表面活性剂和醇溶剂及水复配而成，其配方中各组分的作用如下：
醇溶剂(C3-5醇)，具有优良的溶解性能，可以溶解表面活性剂以及染色时增加对羊毛纤维的亲和性。
脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚，具有良好的匀染性能以及良好的分散性能。
脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯，是一种非离子表面活性剂，具有良好的乳化、增溶、润湿、分散、柔软及抗静电等表面活性，且无毒、无刺激性。其在化妆品、医药、食品、农药、造纸等行业中有着广泛的应用，可作为洗发香波、染发乳剂的增稠剂，护肤润肤霜的润湿剂、香精和香精油的增溶剂、化妆品用的遮光剂和珠光剂，同时亦可作为农药杀虫剂、除草剂的乳化剂、造纸行业中的柔软剂。其在纺织加工中的应用一般是作为纺织油剂中的平滑剂和抗静电剂，也有少部分用作专用洗涤剂和染色助剂。本发明正是利用了其良好的匀染性能以及良好的水溶性能。
本发明通过无数实验和摸索发现：脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯与脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚复配，具有协同增效的匀染作用；脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯和脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚与醇溶剂及水复配，具有良好的匀染、分散效果，还具有良好的水溶性，以及对各种染料的适应性。本发明用脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚与醇溶剂和水复配的羊毛匀染剂，具有以下特性：在毛用活性染料染羊毛过程中使用，可使毛用活性染料染色后的固色率及各项染色牢度、匀染性能均达到欧盟要求；且在金属络合染料及棉用活性染料染羊毛过程中使用，可以使染料的上染性能得到改善。
本发明的羊毛匀染剂，不但具有良好的匀染、分散效果，还具良好的水溶性，以及对各种染料的适应性；最重要的是，其采用对环境无害的脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯作为主要成分，其不含对环境有害的物质，特别是染色时可以减少50％的硫酸用量(染羊毛过程中加入羊毛匀染剂，可使活性染料不用在强酸性条件下也能发挥出很好的染色作用)，因此，它是一种绿色环保型羊毛匀染剂。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
本发明一种环保型羊毛匀染剂，由脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚这二种表面活性剂和溶剂及水复配而成，各组分及质量百分比如下：脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯10％，脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚20％，叔丁醇30％，水40％。
其中，所述脂肪酸为C16-18的天然脂肪酸；脂肪胺为C16-18的脂肪胺；所述聚氧乙烯酯的聚合数在13-15；所述聚氧乙烯醚的聚合数在12-14。
生产方法：在反应釜内先加入醇溶剂，然后在搅拌下依次加入脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚，升温到55℃左右使之溶解均匀，加入去离子水搅拌30分钟，即为产成品(环保型羊毛匀染剂)。
实施例2
本发明一种环保型羊毛匀染剂，由脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚这二种表面活性剂和溶剂及水复配而成，各组分及质量百分比如下：脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯5％，脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚25％，叔丁醇40％，水30％。
其中，所述脂肪酸为C16-18的天然脂肪酸；脂肪胺为C16-18的脂肪胺；所述聚氧乙烯酯的聚合数在13-15；所述聚氧乙烯醚的聚合数在12-14。
生产方法：在反应釜内先加入醇溶剂，然后在搅拌下依次加入脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚，升温到60℃左右使之溶解均匀，加入去离子水搅拌20分钟，即为产成品(环保型羊毛匀染剂)。
实施例3
本发明一种环保型羊毛匀染剂，由脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚这二种表面活性剂和溶剂及水复配而成，各组分及质量百分比如下：脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯15％，脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚15％，异丙醇20％，水50％。
其中，所述脂肪酸为C16-18的天然脂肪酸；脂肪胺为C16-18的脂肪胺；所述聚氧乙烯酯的聚合数在13-15；所述聚氧乙烯醚的聚合数在12-14。
生产方法：在反应釜内先加入醇溶剂，然后在搅拌下依次加入脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚，升温到50℃左右使之溶解均匀，加入去离子水搅拌60分钟，即为产成品(环保型羊毛匀染剂)。
应用试验例：
上述实施例1-3的环保型羊毛匀染剂，产品均达到以下理化指标：

应用试验表明，上述环保型羊毛匀染剂均具有以下特性：在毛用活性染料染羊毛过程中使用，可使毛用活性染料染色后的固色率及各项染色牢度、匀染性能均达到欧盟要求；且在金属络合染料及棉用活性染料染羊毛过程中使用，可以使染料的上染性能得到改善。
应用范围：
上述环保型羊毛匀染剂，主要用作各类毛用活性染料染色的通用性匀染剂，并能提高染料的给色量，具有较高的经济效益。此外，用于媒介染料、弱酸性染料、中性染料及金属络合染料中，也都具有优良的匀染效果。
应用方法：
该环保型羊毛匀染剂与毛用活性染料配套使用时，其用量为1.5％(o.w.f)，缓冲剂以硫酸铵为好。
该环保型羊毛匀染剂用于与金属络合染料按质量比1∶1配套使用时，其用量为1.5％(o.w.f)，硫酸用量可减少50％，同时可使纤维损伤减少。
该环保型羊毛匀染剂用于与金属络合染料按质量比1∶2配套使用时，其用量为1％(o.w.f)。
该环保型羊毛匀染剂用于与弱酸性染料配套使用时，其用量为0.5～0.7％(0.w.f)。
该环保型羊毛匀染剂用于与媒介染料配套使用时，其用量为0.3～0.5％(o.w.f)。

Claims (9)

1.一种环保型羊毛匀染剂，其特征在于，它由脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚这二种表面活性剂和醇溶剂及水复配而成，各组分及质量百分比如下：脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯5-15％，脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚15-25％，醇溶剂20-40％，水30-50％。
2.如权利要求1所述的环保型羊毛匀染剂，其特征在于，各组分及质量百分比如下：脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯10％，脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚20％，醇溶剂30％，水40％。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的环保型羊毛匀染剂，其特征在于，所述脂肪酸为C16-18的天然脂肪酸。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的环保型羊毛匀染剂，其特征在于，所述脂肪胺为C16-18的脂肪胺。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的环保型羊毛匀染剂，其特征在于，所述聚氧乙烯酯的聚合数在13-15。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的环保型羊毛匀染剂，其特征在于，所述聚氧乙烯醚的聚合数在12-14。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的环保型羊毛匀染剂，其特征在于，所述醇溶剂为C3-5醇。
8.如权利要求7所述的环保型羊毛匀染剂，其特征在于，所述醇溶剂为叔丁醇。
9.一种如权利要求1-8任一所述的环保型羊毛匀染剂的生产方法，其特征在于，在反应釜内先加入醇溶剂，然后，在搅拌下依次加入脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚，升温到50℃-60℃使之溶解均匀，加入去离子水搅拌20-60分钟，即为产成品。
