Abstract
本发明公开了一种麻赛尔混纺针织面料的处理工艺,选用棉和麻赛尔纤维经过混纺、编织得到麻赛尔混纺针织面料,然后经过练漂、去氧、染色、酸洗、皂洗和柔软步骤,完成麻赛尔混纺针织面料的处理工艺;本发明的优点在于:织物强力较好,手感滑爽,布面光洁,耐磨性好;织物透气、透湿,有着较好的热湿舒适性;织物的悬垂性好,通过纱线工艺及织造工艺优化设计,织物的抗起毛起球性能得到改善。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种针织面料的处理工艺,具体涉及一种麻赛尔混纺针织面料的处理工艺。
背景技术
麻赛尔纤维是对天然植物黄麻进行处理而制得的一种新型再生纤维素纤维。该纤维保留了麻纤维原有的天然抑菌、抗菌、防霉等特点,并具有一定的空腔结构,使纤维织物拥在更好的吸湿排湿性,同时该织物具有手感滑爽、色泽亮丽,透气性好、亲肤性好的优点,适合生产中高档针织内衣、T恤面料等。
在织造过程中由于麻赛尔纤维C型截面,而且纤维较短,抱合力差,容易出现起毛等现象,因此在织造过程中选择麻赛尔纤维针织面料织造的最优工艺,使面料预期效果能达到以下要求:手感滑爽,外观色泽亮丽,布面光洁,柔软性、弹性好,有明显的视觉效果;内在要求吸湿排湿性能好,透气性好,不起毛起球等符合标准。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,现提供一种吸湿排湿性能好,透气性好,不起毛起球、弹性好的麻赛尔混纺针织面料的处理工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种麻赛尔混纺针织面料的处理工艺,其创新点在于:选用棉和麻赛尔纤维经过混纺、编织得到麻赛尔混纺针织面料,然后经过练漂、去氧、染色、酸洗、皂洗和柔软步骤,完成麻赛尔混纺针织面料的处理工艺;所述具体步骤如下:
(1)练漂:制备练漂液,将面料放入练漂液中进行练漂,所述面料与练漂液的浴比为1:10,所述练漂时间为45-55min,所述练漂温度为90-100℃;
(2)去氧:选用去氧酶配置去氧溶液,所述去氧酶的添加量为0.5g/L,所述面料与去氧溶液的浴比为1:15,所述去氧时间为15-25min,所述去氧温度为35-45℃;
(3)染色:在室温条件下配置染色剂,进行染色处理;
(4)酸洗:配置酸洗液,在35-45℃条件下酸洗8-12min;
(5)皂洗:将面料在皂洗剂中进行皂洗,所述皂洗时间为8-12min,所述皂洗温度为90-100℃;
(6)柔软:将面料放入柔软剂中进行柔软处理,所述柔软时间为18-22min,所述柔软温度为45-55℃。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)中的练漂液由双氧水、烧碱、精炼剂和氧漂稳定剂组成,所述双氧水的添加量为8g/L,烧碱的添加量为15g/L,精炼剂的添加量为2g/L,氧漂稳定剂的添加量为1g/L。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)中的双氧水的浓度为27.5%,所述烧碱的浓度为30%。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中的染色剂的由活性紫RF、活性艳兰R、匀染剂、元明粉和纯碱组成,所述染色剂的具体制备方法为:在室温条件下先添加0.5g/L的匀染剂,然后依次加入液比为2.28%的活性紫RF和液比为0.25%的活性艳兰R,均匀混合12-18min,然后加入50g/L的元明粉,均匀混合18-22min,然后升温至58-62℃,然后加入15g/L的纯碱,混合35-45min,完成染色剂的制备。
本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明处理后的针织面料手感滑爽,布面光洁,耐磨性好;
(2)本发明处理后的针织面料透气、透湿,有着较好的热湿舒适性;
(3)本发明处理后的针织面料悬垂性好。

实施例1
一种麻赛尔混纺针织面料的处理工艺,选用棉和麻赛尔纤维经过混纺、编织得到麻赛尔混纺针织面料,然后经过练漂、去氧、染色、酸洗、皂洗和柔软步骤,完成麻赛尔混纺针织面料的处理工艺;具体步骤如下:
(1)练漂:制备练漂液,将面料放入练漂液中进行练漂,面料与练漂液的浴比为1:10,练漂时间为45min,练漂温度为90℃;
(2)去氧:选用去氧酶配置去氧溶液,去氧酶的添加量为0.5g/L,面料与去氧溶液的浴比为1:15,去氧时间为15min,去氧温度为35℃;
(3)染色:在室温条件下配置染色剂,进行染色处理;
(4)酸洗:配置酸洗液,在35℃条件下酸洗8min;
(5)皂洗:将面料在皂洗剂中进行皂洗,皂洗时间为8min,皂洗温度为90℃;
(6)柔软:将面料放入柔软剂中进行柔软处理,柔软时间为18min,柔软温度为45℃。
可行的,步骤(1)中的练漂液由双氧水、烧碱、精炼剂和氧漂稳定剂组成,双氧水的添加量为8g/L,烧碱的添加量为15g/L,精炼剂的添加量为2g/L,氧漂稳定剂的添加量为1g/L。
可行的,步骤(1)中的双氧水的浓度为27.5%,烧碱的浓度为30%。

(1)练漂:制备练漂液,将面料放入练漂液中进行练漂,面料与练漂液的浴比为1:10,练漂时间为55min,练漂温度为100℃;
(2)去氧:选用去氧酶配置去氧溶液,去氧酶的添加量为0.5g/L,面料与去氧溶液的浴比为1:15,去氧时间为25min,去氧温度为45℃;
(3)染色:在室温条件下配置染色剂,进行染色处理;
(4)酸洗:配置酸洗液,在45℃条件下酸洗12min;
(5)皂洗:将面料在皂洗剂中进行皂洗,皂洗时间为12min,皂洗温度为100℃;
(6)柔软:将面料放入柔软剂中进行柔软处理,柔软时间为22min,柔软温度为55℃。
可行的,步骤(1)中的练漂液由双氧水、烧碱、精炼剂和氧漂稳定剂组成,双氧水的添加量为8g/L,烧碱的添加量为15g/L,精炼剂的添加量为2g/L,氧漂稳定剂的添加量为1g/L。
可行的,步骤(1)中的双氧水的浓度为27.5%,烧碱的浓度为30%。

(1)练漂:制备练漂液,将面料放入练漂液中进行练漂,面料与练漂液的浴比为1:10,练漂时间为45-55min,练漂温度为90-100℃;
(2)去氧:选用去氧酶配置去氧溶液,去氧酶的添加量为0.5g/L,面料与去氧溶液的浴比为1:15,去氧时间为20min,去氧温度为40℃;
(3)染色:在室温条件下配置染色剂,进行染色处理;
(4)酸洗:配置酸洗液,在40℃条件下酸洗10min;
(5)皂洗:将面料在皂洗剂中进行皂洗,皂洗时间为10min,皂洗温度为95℃;
(6)柔软:将面料放入柔软剂中进行柔软处理,柔软时间为20min,柔软温度为50℃。
可行的,步骤(1)中的练漂液由双氧水、烧碱、精炼剂和氧漂稳定剂组成,双氧水的添加量为8g/L,烧碱的添加量为15g/L,精炼剂的添加量为2g/L,氧漂稳定剂的添加量为1g/L。
可行的,步骤(1)中的双氧水的浓度为27.5%,烧碱的浓度为30%。
可行的,步骤(3)中的染色剂的由活性紫RF、活性艳兰R、匀染剂、元明粉和纯碱组成,染色剂的具体制备方法为:在室温条件下先添加0.5g/L的匀染剂,然后依次加入液比为2.28%的活性紫RF和液比为0.25%的活性艳兰R,均匀混合15min,然后加入50g/L的元明粉,均匀混合20min,然后升温至60℃,然后加入15g/L的纯碱,混合40min,完成染色剂的制备。
由上述实施例处理后的麻赛尔混纺针织面料的经过测试得到以下实验数据:

由上表可知,经过上述实施例处理后的麻赛尔混纺针织面料的纵向断裂强力、断裂伸长率和耐磨损失率均优于未处理过的面料。
本发明处理后的针织面料手感滑爽,布面光洁,耐磨性好;透气、透湿,有着较好的热湿舒适性同时悬垂性好。

Claims (4)
1.一种麻赛尔混纺针织面料的处理工艺,其特征在于:选用棉和麻赛尔纤维经过混纺、编织得到麻赛尔混纺针织面料,然后经过练漂、去氧、染色、酸洗、皂洗和柔软步骤,完成麻赛尔混纺针织面料的处理工艺;所述具体步骤如下:
练漂:制备练漂液,将面料放入练漂液中进行练漂,所述面料与练漂液的浴比为1:10,所述练漂时间为45-55min,所述练漂温度为90-100℃;
去氧:选用去氧酶配置去氧溶液,所述去氧酶的添加量为0.5g/L,所述面料与去氧溶液的浴比为1:15,所述去氧时间为15-25min,所述去氧温度为35-45℃;
染色:在室温条件下配置染色剂,进行染色处理;
酸洗:配置酸洗液,在35-45℃条件下酸洗8-12min;
皂洗:将面料在皂洗剂中进行皂洗,所述皂洗时间为8-12min,所述皂洗温度为90-100℃;
柔软:将面料放入柔软剂中进行柔软处理,所述柔软时间为18-22min,所述柔软温度为45-55℃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种麻赛尔混纺针织面料的处理工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中的练漂液由双氧水、烧碱、精炼剂和氧漂稳定剂组成,所述双氧水的添加量为8g/L,烧碱的添加量为15g/L,精炼剂的添加量为2g/L,氧漂稳定剂的添加量为1g/L。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种麻赛尔混纺针织面料的处理工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中的双氧水的浓度为27.5%,所述烧碱的浓度为30%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种麻赛尔混纺针织面料的处理工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中的染色剂的由活性紫RF、活性艳兰R、匀染剂、元明粉和纯碱组成,所述染色剂的具体制备方法为:在室温条件下先添加0.5g/L的匀染剂,然后依次加入液比为2.28%的活性紫RF和液比为0.25%的活性艳兰R,均匀混合12-18min,然后加入50g/L的元明粉,均匀混合18-22min,然后升温至58-62℃,然后加入15g/L的纯碱,混合35-45min,完成染色剂的制备。
