Abstract
本发明公开了一种光学导电膜玻璃专用清洗剂,按以下质量百分比组成成分为:表面活性剂16%~37%、油溶性溶剂5%~12%、添加剂0.3%~1.8%、螯合剂0.2%~1.5%、无水乙醇5%~8%、去离子水40.5%~70.5%。该配比清洗剂去污能力强、对光学导电膜(包含ITO、钼铝钼、钼钛、铬、铜镍等光学导电膜,且不局限于这些合金膜),玻璃无腐蚀性、稳定性好、无泡、易漂洗;无异味、成本低、环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洗剂,具体为电子产品的触控显示屏:手机、平板、GPS、ATM柜台机、信息查询机、自动售票机、医疗设备等电子产品的触控显示屏的专用清洗剂。
背景技术
随着电子产品触摸屏技术的成熟和行业的飞速发展,触控显示屏已应用于各个领域。通讯设备:如手机、平板电脑、触控电视屏、GPS等;资讯系统:如ATM柜台、信息查询机、自动售票机;控制系统:如军用触控显示屏、汽车中控台等。触控显示屏的重要组成部件为光学导电膜玻璃,光学导电膜玻璃制作过程中,过清洗线时导电膜易被清洗剂腐蚀,存在电性功能不良的潜在风险,市场急需一款对光学导电膜无腐蚀性的环保清洗剂。
当前市场有发明一种对导电膜层无腐蚀性的中性清洗剂,主要成分为环氧丙烷、十八碳醇、EDTA、乙二胺四乙酸、三聚磷酸钠的物质,对有机溶剂和胶迹类物质清除效果差,成本高,对水污染大,不利于环保。
现有技术的缺点大多存在下述问题:1、现有的清洗剂一般含有强碱性无机碱,虽然清洗效果好,具有腐蚀性和刺激性,清洗时会腐蚀导电膜层,容易伤及人的皮肤;2、清洗剂中含有磷盐、EDTA等物质,对水污染大,不利于环保;3、现有的中性清洗剂对导电膜层没有腐蚀性,使用成本高、对胶迹清洗能力弱。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有的清洗剂一般含有强碱性无机碱,虽然清洗效果好,却具有较强的腐蚀性和刺激性,清洗过程中会腐蚀光学玻璃表面导电膜层,接触洗剂易伤及人的皮肤;现有清洗剂中一般含有磷盐、EDTA等物质,对水污染大,不利于环保等问题。并提供一种清洗剂对光学玻璃表面导电膜无腐蚀性;不含有磷盐、EDTA等物质,利于环保。
本发明公开了一种光学导电膜玻璃专用清洗剂,按以下质量百分比组成成分为:表面活性剂16%~37%,主要为脂肪酸甲酯硫酸盐、十二烷基苯硫酸盐、烷基醇醚羧酸盐、二辛基琥珀酸硫酸盐中的一种或多种组合,其中盐指钾盐或钠盐;主要作用:对光学导电膜(包含ITO、钼铝钼、钼钛、铬、铜镍等光学导电膜,且不局限于这些导电膜)玻璃上的异物及油性污迹进行乳化和分解。油溶性溶剂5%~12%,主要为乙醇胺、乙二醇单乙醚、环氧乙烷衍生物中的一种或几种组合;主要作用:加强油性有机物的溶解能力,增强去污效果。添加剂:0.3%~1.8%,主要为N-甲基吡咯烷酮、二甲基乙酰胺中的一种或多种组合;主要作用:通过强大的渗透溶解能力,去除导电膜上的残胶、油污。螯合剂:0.2%~1.5%,主要为丙三醇、乙二醇、葡萄糖酸钠、柠檬酸中的一种或多种;主要作用:络合清洗剂中的金属离子,软化水防止玻璃二次污染。无水乙醇:5%~7%,主要作用提高清洗剂的溶解性及各个成分间的相溶性。去离子水:40.5%~70.5%,主要作用溶解稀释各个溶剂。该清洗剂上线清洗工艺(不同导电膜层,清洗工艺条件有差异):清洗剂配比(清洗剂:DI水=1:15~50);清洗液温度:45±10℃;清洗时间:1~5min。
本发明所公布的清洗剂组成成分及配比。清洗剂对光学导电膜玻璃(包含ITO、钼铝钼、钼钛、铬、铜镍等光学导电膜,且不局限于这些合金膜)无腐蚀性、无磷元素、EDTA等物质利于环保。本发明不含EDTA、乙二胺四乙酸、三聚磷酸钠等污染水质不利环保物质,同时对有机溶剂和胶迹类物质清除效果好,成本低。

实施例1
光学导电膜玻璃专用清洗剂的配方如下:
十二烷基苯硫酸钠:25%;
溶剂(V乙醇胺:V乙二醇单乙醚=1:10):8%;
N-甲基吡咯烷酮:0.5%;
葡萄糖酸钠:1.0%;
无水乙醇:5%;
去离子水:60.5%。
清洗电子光学玻璃效果如下:
清洗条件温度40℃,浸泡时间2min,清洗后白光灯下检查如图(1)200mm*200mm区域玻璃表面无胶剂、污迹、小黑点不良;绿光灯下检查如图(2),200mm*200mm区域玻璃表面无胶剂、污迹、小黑点不良;二次元显微镜见检查导电膜层无腐蚀、锯齿、缺口不良如图(3),判断结果合格。
实施例2
光学导电膜玻璃专用清洗剂的配方如下:
表面活性剂(十二烷基苯硫酸钠:烷基醇醚羧酸钠:二辛基琥珀酸硫酸钾=2:2:1):30%;
溶剂(乙醇胺:乙二醇单乙醚=1:5):10%;
N-甲基吡咯烷酮:0.5%;
螯合剂(葡萄糖酸钠:乙二醇=4:1):1.5%;
无水乙醇:5%;
去离子水:53%
清洗电子光学玻璃效果如下:
清洗条件温度40℃,浸泡时间2min,清洗后白光灯下检查如图(1)200mm*200mm区域玻璃表面无胶剂、污迹、小黑点不良;绿光灯下检查如图(2),200mm*200mm区域玻璃表面无胶剂、污迹、小黑点不良;二次元显微镜见检查导电膜层无腐蚀、锯齿、缺口不良如图(3),判断结果合格。

光学导电膜玻璃专用清洗剂的配方如下:

溶剂(乙醇胺:乙二醇单乙醚=1:10):8%;
(N-甲基吡咯烷酮:二甲基乙酰胺=2:1)0.8%;
葡萄糖酸钠:1.0%;
无水乙醇:5%;
去离子水:60.5%
清洗电子光学玻璃效果如下:
清洗条件温度50℃,浸泡时间3min,清洗后白光灯下检查如图(1)200mm*200mm区域玻璃表面无胶剂、污迹、小黑点不良;绿光灯下检查如图(2),200mm*200mm区域玻璃表面无胶剂、污迹、小黑点不良;二次元显微镜见检查导电膜层无腐蚀、锯齿、缺口不良如图(3),判断结果合格。

表面活性剂(十二烷基苯硫酸钠:烷基醇醚羧酸钠:二辛基琥珀酸硫酸钾=5:3:2):30%;
溶剂(乙醇胺:乙二醇单乙醚=2:5):10%;
N-甲基吡咯烷酮:0.5%;
螯合剂(葡萄糖酸钠:乙二醇=4:1):1.5%;
无水乙醇:5%;
去离子水:53%
清洗电子光学玻璃效果如下:
清洗条件温度35℃,浸泡时间5min,清洗后白光灯下检查如图(1)200mm*200mm区域玻璃表面无胶剂、污迹、小黑点不良;绿光灯下检查如图(2),200mm*200mm区域玻璃表面无胶剂、污迹、小黑点不良;二次元显微镜见检查导电膜层无腐蚀、锯齿、缺口不良如图(3),判断结果合格。

二烷基苯硫酸钠:25%;

Claims (9)
1.一种光学导电膜玻璃专用清洗剂,其特征在于,包括如下重量百分数的原料:表面活性剂16%~37%、油溶性溶剂5%~12%、添加剂0.3%~1.8%、螯合剂0.2%~1.5%、无水乙醇5%~8%、去离子水40.5%~70.5%。
2.权利要求1所述的光学导电膜玻璃专用清洗剂,其特征在于,具体配方为表面活性剂25%~28%、油溶性溶剂6%~8%、添加剂0.8%~1.0%、螯合剂1.0%~1.2%、无水乙醇6%~8%、去离子水55%~65%。
3.权利要求1所述的光学导电膜玻璃专用清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的表面活性剂包括脂肪酸甲酯硫酸盐、十二烷基苯硫酸盐、烷基醇醚羧酸盐、二辛基琥珀酸硫酸盐中的一种或多种组合,其中盐指钾盐或钠盐。
4.权利要求1所述的光学导电膜玻璃专用清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的的表面活性剂为十二烷基苯硫酸钠。
5.权利要求1所述的光学导电膜玻璃专用清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的油溶性溶剂包括乙醇胺、乙二醇单乙醚、环氧乙烷衍生物中的一种或几种组合。
6.权利要求1所述的光学导电膜玻璃专用清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的的油溶性溶剂为乙醇胺:乙二醇单乙醚=1:5。
7.权利要求1所述的光学导电膜玻璃专用清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的添加剂为N-甲基吡咯烷酮和/或二甲基乙酰胺。
8.权利要求1所述的光学导电膜玻璃专用清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的螯合剂包括丙三醇、乙二醇、葡萄糖酸钠、柠檬酸中的一种或多种。
9.权利要求1所述的光学导电膜玻璃专用清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的螯合剂为葡萄糖酸钠。
