Abstract
本发明公开了一种多功能胶带,其包括有从上至下依次层叠布置的防滑层、基材层、胶粘层以及离型膜层,基材层为PET膜层;防滑层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:碳化硅粉20%‑25%、氧化铝粉20%‑25%、氧化锌粉5%‑10%、二氧化硅粉5%‑10%、纳米银粉2%‑5%、纳米铜粉5%‑8%、荧光粉3%‑4%、植物短纤维10%‑15%、粘结剂15%‑20%。通过上述设计,本发明的多功能胶带具有防滑效果好、功能多样的优点,且具有防静电效果以及夜光效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及胶带技术领域,尤其涉及一种多功能胶带。
背景技术
胶带是日常生活和工作中常用的固定和遮蔽的工具之一,按功效可分为高温胶带、双面胶带、防滑胶带、特种胶带、压敏胶带、模切胶带等,根据不同的功效适用于不同的场所和领域。
作为一种常用的胶带产品,防滑胶带被广泛地应用于人们的日常生活中,且现有技术中存在形式各样的防滑胶带产品。然而,对于现有的防滑胶带而言,在实际的使用过程中,其普遍存在防滑效果较差、功能较为单一的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足而提供一种多功能胶带,该多功能胶带防滑效果好、功能多样且具有防静电效果以及夜光效果。
为达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现。
一种多功能胶带,包括有从上至下依次层叠布置的防滑层、基材层、胶粘层以及离型膜层,基材层为PET膜层;
防滑层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
碳化硅粉 20%-25%
氧化铝粉 20%-25%
氧化锌粉 5%-10%
二氧化硅粉 5%-10%
纳米银粉 2%-5%
纳米铜粉 5%-8%
荧光粉 3%-4%
植物短纤维 10%-15%
粘结剂 15%-20%。
其中,所述防滑层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
碳化硅粉 20%-25%
氧化铝粉 20%-25%
氧化锌粉 6%-8%
二氧化硅粉 8%-10%
纳米银粉 3%-5%
纳米铜粉 6%-8%
荧光粉 3%-4%
植物短纤维 10%-15%
粘结剂 15%-20%。
其中,所述防滑层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
碳化硅粉 20%
氧化铝粉 20%
氧化锌粉 7%
二氧化硅粉 9%
纳米银粉 4%
纳米铜粉 7%
荧光粉 3%
植物短纤维 15%
粘结剂 15%。
其中,所述碳化硅粉的粒径值为30μm-50μm。
其中,所述氧化铝粉的粒径值为20μm-40μm。
其中,所述氧化锌粉的粒径值为25μm-45μm。
其中,所述二氧化硅粉的粒径值为30μm-40μm。
本发明的有益效果:本发明所述的一种多功能胶带,其包括有从上至下依次层叠布置的防滑层、基材层、胶粘层以及离型膜层,基材层为PET膜层;防滑层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:碳化硅粉20%-25%、氧化铝粉20%-25%、氧化锌粉5%-10%、二氧化硅粉5%-10%、纳米银粉2%-5%、纳米铜粉5%-8%、荧光粉3%-4%、植物短纤维10%-15%、粘结剂15%-20%。通过上述设计,本发明的多功能胶带具有防滑效果好、功能多样的优点,且具有防静电效果以及夜光效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施方式来对本发明进行说明。
实施例一,如图1所示,一种多功能胶带,包括有从上至下依次层叠布置的防滑层1、基材层2、胶粘层3以及离型膜层4,基材层2为PET膜层。
其中,防滑层1包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
碳化硅粉 20%
氧化铝粉 20%
氧化锌粉 7%
二氧化硅粉 9%
纳米银粉 4%
纳米铜粉 7%
荧光粉 3%
植物短纤维 15%
粘结剂 15%。
其中,碳化硅粉的粒径值为30μm-50μm,氧化铝粉的粒径值为20μm-40μm,氧化锌粉的粒径值为25μm-45μm,二氧化硅粉的粒径值为30μm-40μm。
本实施例一的防滑层1由碳化硅粉、氧化铝粉、氧化锌粉、二氧化硅粉、纳米银粉、纳米铜粉、荧光粉、植物短纤维、粘结剂组成,其中,碳化硅粉、氧化铝粉、植物短纤维作为防滑层1的主要成分,且本实施例一的防滑层1包括有三种防滑材料,即碳化硅粉、氧化铝粉、植物短纤维,上述防滑材料组合能够有效地提高防滑层1的防滑性能。还有就是,本实施例一的防滑层1内加入有纳米银粉、纳米铜粉、荧光粉,对于本实施例一的纳米银粉、纳米铜粉而言,其可以起到很好的防静电作用,且纳米银粉还具备抗菌抑菌的作用;对于本实施例一的荧光粉而言,其能够起到夜光效果。
需进一步解释,对于本实施例一的植物短纤维而言,其一方面可以作为防滑材料使用,另一方面可以作为整个防滑层1的内部加强材料,进而增强曾哥防滑层1的强度。
综合上述情况可知,通过上述设计,本实施例一的多功能胶带具有防滑效果好、功能多样的优点,且具有防静电效果以及夜光效果。
实施例二,本实施例二与实施例一的区别在于,防滑层1包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
碳化硅粉 25%
氧化铝粉 25%
氧化锌粉 5%
二氧化硅粉 5%
纳米银粉 5%
纳米铜粉 5%
荧光粉 3%
植物短纤维 15%
粘结剂 15%。
实施例三,本实施例三与实施例一的区别在于,防滑层1包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
碳化硅粉 20%
氧化铝粉 25%
氧化锌粉 10%
二氧化硅粉 5%
纳米银粉 4%
纳米铜粉 7%
荧光粉 4%
植物短纤维 10%
粘结剂 15%。

1.一种多功能胶带,其特征在于:包括有从上至下依次层叠布置的防滑层(1)、基材层(2)、胶粘层(3)以及离型膜层(4),基材层(2)为PET膜层;
防滑层(1)包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
碳化硅粉 20%-25%
氧化铝粉 20%-25%
氧化锌粉 5%-10%
二氧化硅粉 5%-10%
纳米银粉 2%-5%
纳米铜粉 5%-8%
荧光粉 3%-4%
植物短纤维 10%-15%
粘结剂 15%-20%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能胶带,其特征在于:所述防滑层(1)包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
碳化硅粉 20%-25%
氧化铝粉 20%-25%
氧化锌粉 6%-8%
二氧化硅粉 8%-10%
纳米银粉 3%-5%
纳米铜粉 6%-8%
荧光粉 3%-4%
植物短纤维 10%-15%

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能胶带,其特征在于:所述防滑层(1)包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
碳化硅粉 20%
氧化铝粉 20%
氧化锌粉 7%
二氧化硅粉 9%
纳米银粉 4%
纳米铜粉 7%
荧光粉 3%
植物短纤维 15%
粘结剂 15%。
4.根据权利要求1至3任意一项所述的一种多功能胶带,其特征在于:所述碳化硅粉的粒径值为30μm-50μm。
5.根据权利要求1至3任意一项所述的一种多功能胶带,其特征在于:所述氧化铝粉的粒径值为20μm-40μm。
6.根据权利要求1至3任意一项所述的一种多功能胶带,其特征在于:所述氧化锌粉的粒径值为25μm-45μm。
7.根据权利要求1至3任意一项所述的一种多功能胶带,其特征在于:所述二氧化硅粉的粒径值为30μm-40μm。
