本发明公开了一种新式双面胶带,其包括有从上至下依次层叠布置的上端离型膜层、上端胶粘层、基材层、下端胶粘层、下端离型膜层;上端胶粘层包括以下重量份物料:丙烯酸丁酯20%‑30%、丙烯酸5%‑8%、环氧树脂10%‑20%、乙酸乙酯40%‑50%、松香树脂5%‑15%、甲基丙烯酸乙酯5%‑10%、荧光粉2%‑5%、氧化锌粉3%‑4%;下端胶粘层包括以下重量份物料:丙烯酸丁酯20%‑25%、丙烯酸5%‑10%、环氧树脂10%‑15%、乙酸乙酯35%‑40%、松香树脂10%‑20%、甲基丙烯酸乙酯5%‑10%、纳米铜粉3%‑5%、纳米银粉1%‑2%。本发明的新式双面胶带具有粘接稳定性好、使用方便的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及胶带技术领域,尤其涉及一种新式双面胶带。
背景技术
胶带是日常生活和工作中常用的固定和遮蔽的工具之一,按功效可分为高温胶带、双面胶带、防滑胶带、特种胶带、压敏胶带、模切胶带等,根据不同的功效适用于不同的场所和领域。
作为一种常用的胶带产品,防滑胶带被广泛地应用于人们的日常生活中,且现有技术中存在形式各样的防滑胶带产品。然而,对于现有的防滑胶带而言,在实际的使用过程中,其普遍存在粘接稳定性差、使用不方便的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足而提供一种新式双面胶带,该新式双面胶带粘接稳定性好、使用方便。
为达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现。
一种新式双面胶带,包括有从上至下依次层叠布置的上端离型膜层、上端胶粘层、基材层、下端胶粘层以及下端离型膜层,基材层为PET膜层;
上端胶粘层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸丁酯 20%-30%
丙烯酸 5%-8%
环氧树脂 10%-20%
乙酸乙酯 40%-50%
松香树脂 5%-15%
甲基丙烯酸乙酯 5%-10%
荧光粉 2%-5%
氧化锌粉 3%-4%;
下端胶粘层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸丁酯 20%-25%
丙烯酸 5%-10%
环氧树脂 10%-15%
乙酸乙酯 35%-40%
松香树脂 10%-20%
甲基丙烯酸乙酯 5%-10%
纳米铜粉 3%-5%
纳米银粉 1%-2%。
其中,所述上端胶粘层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸丁酯 20%-25%
丙烯酸 5%-6%
环氧树脂 15%-20%
乙酸乙酯 40%-45%
松香树脂 5%-10%
甲基丙烯酸乙酯 5%-10%
荧光粉 2%-5%
氧化锌粉 3%-4%。
其中,所述上端胶粘层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸丁酯 20%
丙烯酸 5%
环氧树脂 15%
乙酸乙酯 40%
松香树脂 5%
甲基丙烯酸乙酯 7%
荧光粉 5%
氧化锌粉 3%。
其中,所述下端胶粘层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸丁酯 20%-25%
丙烯酸 5%-10%
环氧树脂 10%-15%
乙酸乙酯 35%-40%
松香树脂 10%-15%
甲基丙烯酸乙酯 5%-6%
纳米铜粉 3%-4%
纳米银粉 1%-2%。
其中,所述下端胶粘层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸丁酯 25%
丙烯酸 10%
环氧树脂 10%
乙酸乙酯 35%
松香树脂 10%
甲基丙烯酸乙酯 5%
纳米铜粉 4%
纳米银粉 1%。
本发明的有益效果:本发明所述的一种新式双面胶带,其包括有从上至下依次层叠布置的上端离型膜层、上端胶粘层、基材层、下端胶粘层以及下端离型膜层,基材层为PET膜层;上端胶粘层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:丙烯酸丁酯20%-30%、丙烯酸5%-8%、环氧树脂10%-20%、乙酸乙酯40%-50%、松香树脂5%-15%、甲基丙烯酸乙酯5%-10%、荧光粉2%-5%、氧化锌粉3%-4%;下端胶粘层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:丙烯酸丁酯20%-25%、丙烯酸5%-10%、环氧树脂10%-15%、乙酸乙酯35%-40%、松香树脂10%-20%、甲基丙烯酸乙酯5%-10%、纳米铜粉3%-5%、纳米银粉1%-2%。通过上述设计,本发明的新式双面胶带具有粘接稳定性好、使用方便的优点。

下面结合具体的实施方式来对本发明进行说明。
实施例一,如图1所示,一种新式双面胶带,包括有从上至下依次层叠布置的上端离型膜层1、上端胶粘层2、基材层3、下端胶粘层4以及下端离型膜层5,基材层3为PET膜层。
其中,上端胶粘层2包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸丁酯 20%
丙烯酸 5%
环氧树脂 15%
乙酸乙酯 40%
松香树脂 5%
甲基丙烯酸乙酯 7%
荧光粉 5%
氧化锌粉 3%。
另外,下端胶粘层4包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸丁酯 25%
丙烯酸 10%
环氧树脂 10%
乙酸乙酯 35%
松香树脂 10%
甲基丙烯酸乙酯 5%
纳米铜粉 4%
纳米银粉 1%。
需进一步解释,本实施例一的胶带采用双面粘胶设计;对于本实施例一的上端胶粘层2而言,其由丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸、环氧树脂、乙酸乙酯、松香树脂、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、荧光粉、氧化锌粉组成,丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸、环氧树脂、乙酸乙酯、松香树脂、甲基丙烯酸乙酯作为上端胶粘层2的主体材料;对于上端胶粘层2的荧光粉而言,其能够使得上端胶粘层2具备荧光效果;对于上端胶粘层2的氧化锌粉而言,其能够使得上端胶粘层2具备紫外线吸附功能。
另外,对于本实施例一的下端胶粘层4而言,其由丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸、环氧树脂、乙酸乙酯、松香树脂、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、纳米铜粉、纳米银粉组成,丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸、环氧树脂、乙酸乙酯、松香树脂、甲基丙烯酸乙酯作为下端胶粘层4的主体材料;对于下端胶粘层4的纳米铜粉、纳米银粉而言,其能够起到防静电的效果。
综合上述情况可知,通过上述设计,本实施例一的新式双面胶带具有粘接性能好、使用方便、功能多样的优点。
实施例二,本实施例二与实施例一的区别在于,上端胶粘层2包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸丁酯 25%
丙烯酸 5%
环氧树脂 10%
乙酸乙酯 45%
松香树脂 5%
甲基丙烯酸乙酯 5%
荧光粉 2%
氧化锌粉 3%。
另外,下端胶粘层4包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸丁酯 20%
丙烯酸 5%
环氧树脂 15%
乙酸乙酯 40%
松香树脂 10%
甲基丙烯酸乙酯 5%
纳米铜粉 3%
纳米银粉 2%。
实施例三,本实施例三与实施例一的区别在于,上端胶粘层2包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸丁酯 30%
丙烯酸 5%
环氧树脂 10%
乙酸乙酯 40%
松香树脂 5%
甲基丙烯酸乙酯 5%
荧光粉 2%
氧化锌粉 3%。
另外,下端胶粘层4包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸丁酯 22%
丙烯酸 8%
环氧树脂 10%
乙酸乙酯 35%
松香树脂 10%
甲基丙烯酸乙酯 5%
纳米铜粉 4%
纳米银粉 1%。

上端胶粘层(2)包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸丁酯 20%-30%
丙烯酸 5%-8%
环氧树脂 10%-20%
乙酸乙酯 40%-50%
松香树脂 5%-15%
甲基丙烯酸乙酯 5%-10%
荧光粉 2%-5%
氧化锌粉 3%-4%;
下端胶粘层(4)包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸丁酯 20%-25%
丙烯酸 5%-10%
环氧树脂 10%-15%
乙酸乙酯 35%-40%
松香树脂 10%-20%
甲基丙烯酸乙酯 5%-10%
纳米铜粉 3%-5%
纳米银粉 1%-2%。
