本发明公开了一种胶带,其包括有从上至下依次层叠布置的防滑层、基材层、胶粘层以及离型膜层,基材层为PET膜层,基材层的上表面设置有朝上凸出且呈均匀间隔分布的基材凸点,各基材凸点与PET膜层一体成型,各基材凸点分别呈圆形状且各基材凸点的直径值分别为0.25mm‑0.5mm;防滑层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:碳化硅颗粒15%‑20%、氧化铝颗粒20%‑25%、橡塑防滑纤维25%‑30%、防静电剂3%‑5%、粘结剂15%‑20%、荧光粉颗粒3%‑5%、纳米银粉1%‑3%、颜料1%‑2%。通过上述结构设计以及物料配比设计,本发明具有防滑效果好、粘接牢固、稳定可靠性好、防静电效果好的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及胶带技术领域,尤其涉及一种胶带。
背景技术
胶带是日常生活和工作中常用的固定和遮蔽的工具之一,按功效可分为高温胶带、双面胶带、防滑胶带、特种胶带、压敏胶带、模切胶带等,根据不同的功效适用于不同的场所和领域。
作为一种常用的胶带产品,防滑胶带被广泛地应用于人们的日常生活中,且现有技术中存在形式各样的防滑胶带产品。然而,对于现有的防滑胶带而言,在实际的使用过程中,其普遍存在防滑效果较差、稳定可靠性较差的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足而提供一种胶带,该胶带防滑效果好、粘接牢固、稳定可靠性好、防静电效果好。
为达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现。
一种胶带,包括有从上至下依次层叠布置的防滑层、基材层、胶粘层以及离型膜层,基材层为PET膜层,基材层的上表面设置有朝上凸出且呈均匀间隔分布的基材凸点,各基材凸点与PET膜层一体成型,各基材凸点分别呈圆形状且各基材凸点的直径值分别为0.25mm-0.5mm,各基材凸点的高度值分别为0.1mm-0.5mm;
防滑层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
碳化硅颗粒 15%-20%
氧化铝颗粒 20%-25%
橡塑防滑纤维 25%-30%
防静电剂 3%-5%
粘结剂 15%-20%
荧光粉颗粒 3%-5%
纳米银粉 1%-3%
颜料 1%-2%。
其中,所述防滑层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
碳化硅颗粒 15%-20%
氧化铝颗粒 23%-25%
橡塑防滑纤维 25%-30%
防静电剂 4%-5%
粘结剂 15%-20%
荧光粉颗粒 3%-4%
纳米银粉 1%-2%
颜料 1%-2%。
其中,所述防滑层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
碳化硅颗粒 20%
氧化铝颗粒 25%
橡塑防滑纤维 30%
防静电剂 5%
粘结剂 15%
荧光粉颗粒 3%
纳米银粉 1%
颜料 1%。
其中,所述防静电剂为单棕榈酸甘油酯。
本发明的有益效果:本发明所述的一种胶带,其包括有从上至下依次层叠布置的防滑层、基材层、胶粘层以及离型膜层,基材层为PET膜层,基材层的上表面设置有朝上凸出且呈均匀间隔分布的基材凸点,各基材凸点与PET膜层一体成型,各基材凸点分别呈圆形状且各基材凸点的直径值分别为0.25mm-0.5mm,各基材凸点的高度值分别为0.1mm-0.5mm;防滑层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:碳化硅颗粒15%-20%、氧化铝颗粒20%-25%、橡塑防滑纤维25%-30%、防静电剂3%-5%、粘结剂15%-20%、荧光粉颗粒3%-5%、纳米银粉1%-3%、颜料1%-2%。通过上述结构设计以及物料配比设计,本发明具有防滑效果好、粘接牢固、稳定可靠性好、防静电效果好的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施方式来对本发明进行说明。
实施例一,如图1所示,一种胶带,包括有从上至下依次层叠布置的防滑层、基材层、胶粘层以及离型膜层,基材层为PET膜层,基材层的上表面设置有朝上凸出且呈均匀间隔分布的基材凸点,各基材凸点与PET膜层一体成型,各基材凸点分别呈圆形状且各基材凸点的直径值分别为0.25mm-0.5mm,各基材凸点的高度值分别为0.1mm-0.5mm。
其中,防滑层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
碳化硅颗粒 20%
氧化铝颗粒 25%
橡塑防滑纤维 30%
防静电剂 5%
粘结剂 15%
荧光粉颗粒 3%
纳米银粉 1%
颜料 1%。
其中,防静电剂为单棕榈酸甘油酯。
需进一步解释,本实施例一的PET膜层的上表面设置有呈均匀间隔分布的基材凸起21;对于本实施例一的基材凸起21而言,其能够有效地增加防滑层1与基材层2的接触面积,进而有效地提高防滑层1与基材层2的粘接强度,粘接牢固性好。
另外,本实施例一的防滑层1由碳化硅颗粒、氧化铝颗粒、橡塑防滑纤维、防静电剂、粘结剂、荧光粉颗粒、纳米银粉、颜料组成,碳化硅颗粒、氧化铝颗粒、橡塑防滑纤维作为防滑层1的主要成分,且本实施例一的防滑层1包括有三种防滑材料,即碳化硅颗粒、氧化铝颗粒、橡塑防滑纤维,上述防滑材料组合能够有效地提高防滑层1的防滑性能。还有就是,本实施例一的防滑层1内加入有防静电剂,防静电剂能够起到很好的防静电效果。
另外,对于防滑层1中的荧光粉颗粒而言,其能够起到荧光的效果;对于防滑层1中的纳米银粉而言,其一方面能够增强本实施例一的防静电效果,另一方面能够起到抗菌抑菌的作用。
综合上述情况可知,通过上述结构设计以及物料配比设计,本实施例一的胶带具有防滑效果好、粘接牢固、稳定可靠性好、防静电效果好的优点。
实施例二,本实施例二与实施例一的区别在于:防滑层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
碳化硅颗粒 15%
氧化铝颗粒 25%
橡塑防滑纤维 30%
防静电剂 5%
粘结剂 20%
荧光粉颗粒 3%
纳米银粉 1%
颜料 1%。
实施例三,本实施例三与实施例一的区别在于:防滑层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
碳化硅颗粒 18%
氧化铝颗粒 20%
橡塑防滑纤维 30%
防静电剂 4%
粘结剂 20%
荧光粉颗粒 4%
纳米银粉 2%
颜料 2%。

1.一种胶带,其特征在于:包括有从上至下依次层叠布置的防滑层(1)、基材层(2)、胶粘层(3)以及离型膜层(4),基材层(2)为PET膜层,基材层(2)的上表面设置有朝上凸出且呈均匀间隔分布的基材凸点(21),各基材凸点(21)与PET膜层一体成型,各基材凸点(21)分别呈圆形状且各基材凸点(21)的直径值分别为0.25mm-0.5mm,各基材凸点(21)的高度值分别为0.1mm-0.5mm;
防滑层(1)包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
碳化硅颗粒 15%-20%
氧化铝颗粒 20%-25%
橡塑防滑纤维 25%-30%
防静电剂 3%-5%
粘结剂 15%-20%
荧光粉颗粒 3%-5%
纳米银粉 1%-3%
颜料 1%-2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种胶带,其特征在于:所述防滑层(1)包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
碳化硅颗粒 15%-20%
氧化铝颗粒 23%-25%
橡塑防滑纤维 25%-30%
防静电剂 4%-5%
粘结剂 15%-20%
荧光粉颗粒 3%-4%
纳米银粉 1%-2%
颜料 1%-2%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种胶带,其特征在于:所述防滑层(1)包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
