本发明公开了一种胶带,其包括有从上至下依次层叠布置的防静电涂层、基材层、胶粘层以及离型膜层,基材层为PET膜层;胶粘层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:丙烯酸丁酯20%‑30%、丙烯酸5%‑8%、环氧树脂10%‑20%、乙酸乙酯40%‑50%、松香树脂5%‑15%、甲基丙烯酸乙酯5%‑10%;防静电涂层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:单棕榈酸甘油酯90%‑95%、纳米银粉2%‑3%、荧光粉3%‑8%。通过上述设计,本发明的胶带具有粘接稳定性好、功能多样的优点,且具有防静电效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及胶带技术领域,尤其涉及一种胶带。
背景技术
胶带是日常生活和工作中常用的固定和遮蔽的工具之一,按功效可分为高温胶带、双面胶带、防滑胶带、特种胶带、压敏胶带、模切胶带等,根据不同的功效适用于不同的场所和领域。
作为一种常用的胶带产品,防滑胶带被广泛地应用于人们的日常生活中,且现有技术中存在形式各样的防滑胶带产品。然而,对于现有的防滑胶带而言,在实际的使用过程中,其普遍存在粘接稳定性差、功能较为单一的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足而提供一种胶带,该胶带粘接稳定性好、功能多样且具有防静电效果。
为达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现。
一种胶带,包括有从上至下依次层叠布置的防静电涂层、基材层、胶粘层以及离型膜层,基材层为PET膜层;
胶粘层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸丁酯 20%-30%
丙烯酸 5%-8%
环氧树脂 10%-20%
乙酸乙酯 40%-50%
松香树脂 5%-15%
甲基丙烯酸乙酯 5%-10%;
防静电涂层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
单棕榈酸甘油酯 90%-95%
纳米银粉 2%-3%
荧光粉 3%-8%。
其中,所述胶粘层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸丁酯 20%-25%
丙烯酸 5%-6%
环氧树脂 10%-15%
乙酸乙酯 40%-45%
松香树脂 10%-15%
甲基丙烯酸乙酯 5%-10%。
其中,所述胶粘层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸丁酯 25%
丙烯酸 5%
环氧树脂 10%
乙酸乙酯 40%
松香树脂 10%
甲基丙烯酸乙酯 10%。
其中,所述防静电涂层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
单棕榈酸甘油酯 90%-93%
纳米银粉 2%-3%
荧光粉 4%-7%。
其中,所述防静电涂层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
单棕榈酸甘油酯 93%
纳米银粉 3%
荧光粉 4%。
本发明的有益效果:本发明所述的一种胶带,其包括有从上至下依次层叠布置的防静电涂层、基材层、胶粘层以及离型膜层,基材层为PET膜层;胶粘层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:丙烯酸丁酯20%-30%、丙烯酸5%-8%、环氧树脂10%-20%、乙酸乙酯40%-50%、松香树脂5%-15%、甲基丙烯酸乙酯5%-10%;防静电涂层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:单棕榈酸甘油酯90%-95%、纳米银粉2%-3%、荧光粉3%-8%。通过上述设计,本发明的胶带具有粘接稳定性好、功能多样的优点,且具有防静电效果。

下面结合具体的实施方式来对本发明进行说明。
实施例一,如图1所示,一种胶带,包括有从上至下依次层叠布置的防静电涂层1、基材层2、胶粘层3以及离型膜层4,基材层2为PET膜层。
其中,胶粘层3包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸丁酯 25%
丙烯酸 5%
环氧树脂 10%
乙酸乙酯 40%
松香树脂 10%
甲基丙烯酸乙酯 10%。
需进一步指出,本实施例一的防静电涂层1包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
单棕榈酸甘油酯 93%
纳米银粉 3%
荧光粉 4%。
通过上述设计,本实施例一的胶带具有粘接性能好、功能多样的优点,且具有防静电效果;对于本实施例一的防静电涂层1而言,单棕榈酸甘油酯为防静电主体材料,纳米银粉一方面能够增强防静电性能,另一方面可以起到抗菌抑菌的作用;另外,对于本实施例一的防静电涂层1而言,其荧光粉能够起到荧光效果。
实施例二,本实施例二与实施例一的区别在于,胶粘层3包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸丁酯 20%
丙烯酸 8%
环氧树脂 12%
乙酸乙酯 40%
松香树脂 10%
甲基丙烯酸乙酯 10%。
另外,防静电涂层1包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
单棕榈酸甘油酯 90%
纳米银粉 2%
荧光粉 8%。
实施例三,本实施例三与实施例一的区别在于,胶粘层3包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸丁酯 30%
丙烯酸 5%
环氧树脂 15%
乙酸乙酯 40%
松香树脂 5%
甲基丙烯酸乙酯 5%。
另外,防静电涂层1包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
单棕榈酸甘油酯 95%
纳米银粉 2%
荧光粉 3%。

1.一种胶带,其特征在于:包括有从上至下依次层叠布置的防静电涂层(1)、基材层(2)、胶粘层(3)以及离型膜层(4),基材层(2)为PET膜层;
胶粘层(3)包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸丁酯 20%-30%
丙烯酸 5%-8%
环氧树脂 10%-20%
乙酸乙酯 40%-50%
松香树脂 5%-15%
甲基丙烯酸乙酯 5%-10%;
防静电涂层(1)包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
单棕榈酸甘油酯 90%-95%
纳米银粉 2%-3%
荧光粉 3%-8%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种胶带,其特征在于:所述胶粘层(3)包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸丁酯 20%-25%
丙烯酸 5%-6%
环氧树脂 10%-15%
乙酸乙酯 40%-45%
松香树脂 10%-15%
甲基丙烯酸乙酯 5%-10%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种胶带,其特征在于:所述胶粘层(3)包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸丁酯 25%
丙烯酸 5%
环氧树脂 10%
乙酸乙酯 40%
松香树脂 10%
甲基丙烯酸乙酯 10%。
4.根据权利要求1至3任意一项所述的一种胶带,其特征在于,所述防静电涂层(1)包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
单棕榈酸甘油酯 90%-93%
纳米银粉 2%-3%
荧光粉 4%-7%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种胶带,其特征在于,所述防静电涂层(1)包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
单棕榈酸甘油酯 93%
纳米银粉 3%
