本发明公开了一种新式防滑胶带,其包括有从上至下依次层叠布置的防滑层、基材层、胶粘层以及离型膜层;防滑层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:碳化硅颗粒20%‑30%、氧化铝颗粒30%‑40%、粘结剂10%‑20%、荧光粉颗粒3%‑5%、纳米铜粉2%‑3%、颜料1%‑2%、滑石粉15%‑25%;胶粘层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:丙烯酸酯40%‑50%、环氧树脂10%‑20%、乙酸乙酯30%‑40%。通过上述结构设计以及物料配比设计,本发明具有防滑效果好、粘接牢固、稳定可靠性好的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及胶带技术领域,尤其涉及一种新式防滑胶带。
背景技术
胶带是日常生活和工作中常用的固定和遮蔽的工具之一,按功效可分为高温胶带、双面胶带、防滑胶带、特种胶带、压敏胶带、模切胶带等,根据不同的功效适用于不同的场所和领域。
作为一种常用的胶带产品,防滑胶带被广泛地应用于人们的日常生活中,且现有技术中存在形式各样的防滑胶带产品。然而,对于现有的防滑胶带而言,在实际的使用过程中,其普遍存在防滑效果较差、稳定可靠性较差的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足而提供一种新式防滑胶带,该新式防滑胶带防滑效果好、粘接牢固、稳定可靠性好。
为达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现。
一种新式防滑胶带,包括有从上至下依次层叠布置的防滑层、基材层、胶粘层以及离型膜层;
防滑层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
碳化硅颗粒 20%-30%
氧化铝颗粒 30%-40%
粘结剂 10%-20%
荧光粉颗粒 3%-5%
纳米铜粉 2%-3%
颜料 1%-2%
滑石粉 15%-25%;
胶粘层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸酯 40%-50%
环氧树脂 10%-20%
乙酸乙酯 30%-40%。
其中,所述防滑层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
碳化硅颗粒 25%-30%
氧化铝颗粒 35%-40%
粘结剂 10%-15%
荧光粉颗粒 3%-4%
纳米铜粉 2%-3%
颜料 1%-2%
滑石粉 15%-20%。
其中,所述防滑层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
碳化硅颗粒 25%

其中,所述碳化硅颗粒、所述氧化铝颗粒的粒径值分别为30μm-50μm。

丙烯酸酯 45%-50%
环氧树脂 15%-20%
乙酸乙酯 30%-35%。
其中,所述胶粘层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸酯 45%
环氧树脂 15%
乙酸乙酯 40%。
其中,所述基材层为PET膜层。
本发明的有益效果:本发明所述的一种新式防滑胶带,其包括有从上至下依次层叠布置的防滑层、基材层、胶粘层以及离型膜层;防滑层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:碳化硅颗粒20%-30%、氧化铝颗粒30%-40%、粘结剂10%-20%、荧光粉颗粒3%-5%、纳米铜粉2%-3%、颜料1%-2%、滑石粉15%-25%;胶粘层包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:丙烯酸酯40%-50%、环氧树脂10%-20%、乙酸乙酯30%-40%。通过上述结构设计以及物料配比设计,本发明具有防滑效果好、粘接牢固、稳定可靠性好的优点。

实施例一,如图1所示,一种新式防滑胶带,包括有从上至下依次层叠布置的防滑层1、基材层2、胶粘层3以及离型膜层4,其中,基材层2为PET膜层。
其中,防滑层1包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
碳化硅颗粒 25%
氧化铝颗粒 35%
粘结剂 15%
荧光粉颗粒 3%
纳米铜粉 2%
颜料 2%
滑石粉 18%。
碳化硅颗粒、氧化铝颗粒的粒径值分别为30μm-50μm。
胶粘层3包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸酯 45%
环氧树脂 15%
乙酸乙酯 40%。
通过上述结构设计以及物料配比,本实施例一的新式防滑胶带具有防滑效果好、粘接牢固、稳定可靠性好的优点。另外,防滑层1中的荧光粉颗粒能够起到荧光效果,防滑层1中的纳米铜粉能够起到防静电效果。
实施例二,本实施例二与实施例一的区别在于:防滑层1包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
碳化硅颗粒 20%
氧化铝颗粒 40%
粘结剂 15%
荧光粉颗粒 5%
纳米铜粉 3%
颜料 2%
滑石粉 15%。
胶粘层3包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸酯 50%
环氧树脂 20%
乙酸乙酯 30%。
实施例三,本实施例三与实施例一的区别在于:防滑层1包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
碳化硅颗粒 30%
氧化铝颗粒 30%
粘结剂 19%
荧光粉颗粒 3%
纳米铜粉 2%
颜料 1%
滑石粉 15%。
胶粘层3包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸酯 40%
环氧树脂 20%
乙酸乙酯 40%。

荧光粉颗粒 3%-5%
纳米铜粉 2%-3%
颜料 1%-2%
滑石粉 15%-25%;
胶粘层(3)包括有以下重量份的物料,具体为:
丙烯酸酯 40%-50%
环氧树脂 10%-20%
乙酸乙酯 30%-40%。
