Abstract

本发明涉及高弹性高透明度聚氨酯弹性体,参与合成反应或共混反应物包括:二官能度的聚氧化丙烯醚、异氰酸酯、三官能度的聚氧化丙烯醚、催化剂、抗紫外线剂、抗氧剂、胺类扩链剂,通过合成与共混,制成具有高弹性高透明度的聚氨酯材料。

高弹性高透明度聚氨酯弹性体制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于高分子聚氨酯材料领域,特别涉及高透明度高弹性热固化的聚氨酯弹性体。
背景技术
在体育用品行业,溜冰鞋和滑板所用的轮子包胶绝大多数采用聚氨酯弹性体材料制作,因为聚氨酯材料具有耐磨性好、抓地力强、回弹率高、价格相对合理等特点。
专利CN101039976A公开了一种聚己内酯多元醇和MDI体系的聚氨酯材料制作方法。所制备的材料各项物性指标优良,但所用的聚己内酯多元醇原材料价格高,限制了一部分市场消费能力。
专利CN101134843A公开了一种双组份高弹聚氨酯弹性体组合物的制备方法。采用聚四甲基醚多元醇与MDI体系,因所用聚四甲基醚多元醇PTMG-2000熔点为32℃,在使用过程中,需要加温融化才能顺利使用,势必增加能耗和时间。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种至少85%透明度,回弹率至少70%的聚氨酯弹性体制作方法。
本发明的聚氨酯材料为双组份,以质量份数计包括以下组成。
预聚体组份:二异氰酸酯16-25份、聚氧化丙烯醚84-75份。异氰酸酯基含量为3.99-8.5%,其中二异氰酸酯选用T-80(2,4-TDI和2,6-TDI质量比80:20的混合物),聚氧化丙烯醚为二官能度和三官能度的混合物,数均分子量在1000-3000范围内,其中聚氧化丙烯醚二醇所占比例在8%-15%范围内。
聚合物组份:聚氧化丙烯醚三醇,数均分子量在3000-5000范围内,优选5000分子量,63-87份。催化剂选自有机锡、有机锌、有机锆、有机铋其中一种或几种混合物,优选有机锡和有机铋混合物,更优选有机铋0.5-2份。胺类扩链剂选自E-100(3,5-二乙基-2,4-甲苯二胺和3,5-二乙基-2,6-甲苯二胺的混合物)、E-300(3,5-二甲硫基-2,4-甲苯二胺和3,5-二甲硫基-2,6-甲苯二胺的混合物),优选E-100,13-37份。抗氧剂选择1076(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基丙酸十八碳酸酯)1-2份。抗紫外线剂选择UV-328(2-(2’-羟基-3’,5’二叔戊基苯基)苯并三唑)1-2份。
预聚体组份和聚合物组份按质量比100:37-79。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明,以下所述份数均为质量份,所述百分含量均为质量分数。
实施例所用材料如下。
PPG1000:数均分子量1000,聚氧化丙烯二醇,美国陶氏集团。
PPG3050:数均分子量3000,聚氧化丙烯三醇,山东蓝星东大化工有限责任公司。
PPG330N:数均分子量5000,聚氧化丙烯三醇,山东蓝星东大化工有限责任公司。
甲苯二异氰酸酯(T-80),美国BASF公司。
E-100:3,5-二乙基-2,4-甲苯二胺和3,5-二乙基-2,6-甲苯二胺的混合物。
有机铋催化剂:DABcoMB20,美国气体化工产品公司。
透明度测试方法:透过2英寸厚的聚氨酯材料读12号标准字体,如轻松读出,判断为透明。
实施例1。
预聚体组份:PPG1000 7.86% 、PPG3050 70.74% ,在100-110℃,—0.095MPa以下脱水120min,降温至75℃后加入T-80 21.4%,搅拌反应120min。得到预聚体组份。NCO含量为6.7%。
聚合物组份:PPG330N 86%、E-100 13.5%,有机铋0.5%,在40-50℃搅拌60min,得到聚合物组份。
浇注固化:将预聚体组份与聚合物组份按100:77混合15-30S,注入经过60-80℃加温的模具,然后置于80-100℃鼓风烘箱固化120min,得到透明高弹聚氨酯弹性体材料。
实施例2。
预聚体组份:PPG1000 8%、PPG3050 72%,在100-110℃,—0.095MPa以下脱水120min,降温至75℃后加入T-80 20%,搅拌反应120min。得到预聚体组份。NCO含量为6%。
聚合物组份:PPG330N 86%、E-100 14%,有机铋0.5%,在40-50℃搅拌60min,得到聚合物组份。
浇注固化:将预聚体组份与聚合物组份按100:67混合15-30S,注入经过60-80℃加温的模具,然后置于80-100℃鼓风烘箱固化120min,得到透明高弹聚氨酯弹性体材料。
实施例1和实施例2材料目测具有90%透明度左右。
实施例1和实施例2的透明高弹聚氨酯弹性体材料物性如下表。

Claims (8)

1.一种高弹性高透明度聚氨酯弹性体,以质量份数包括以下组成:
预聚体组份:异氰酸酯15-35份,三官能度的聚氧化丙烯醚或二官能度的聚氧化丙烯醚和三官能度的聚氧化丙烯醚的混合物85-65份;
聚合物组份:三官能度的聚氧化丙烯醚63-87份、催化剂0.5-2份、胺类扩链剂13-37份、抗氧剂1-2份、抗紫外线剂1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的异氰酸酯为2,4-TDI和2,6-TDI质量比80:20的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的三官能度的聚氧化丙烯醚数均分子量在3000-5000范围内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的二官能度的聚氧化丙烯醚数均分子量在400-2000范围内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的预聚体组份合成温度控制在75-85℃,反应时间90-150min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的胺类扩链剂选自3,5-二甲硫基-2,4-甲苯二胺和3,5-二甲硫基-2,6-甲苯二胺的混合物或3,5-二乙基-2,4-甲苯二胺和3,5-二乙基-2,6-甲苯二胺的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的弹性体,回弹率在70-75%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的弹性体,邵氏硬度78-88A。
