Abstract
本发明提出了氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物、聚氨基甲酸酯发泡材料及其制备方法。本发明的氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物包括一个在氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物主链上的氨基甲酸酯官能团和至少两个异氰酸基官能团,在室温下,氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物处于液态或半固态。本发明的聚氨基甲酸酯发泡材料是将氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物,与含有一个可以和异氰酸基官能团反应的羟基官能团(‑OH)的多元醇混合物进行混合,搅拌后倒入模具中,进行化学反应产生气体而发泡成的一种化学发泡材料。本发明的氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物非常容易储存和加工,其与特定的多元醇混合物混合、搅拌后即可制成物理性能非常稳定的聚氨基甲酸酯发泡材料,对生产线的要求极低。

技术领域
本发明涉及到氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物、聚氨基甲酸酯发泡材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
足球(排球)的生产方法如下:首先由EVA(乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物)发泡成一立方体,再裁片成约1~3mm厚度左右的平面片材,再涂上胶贴合TPU(Thermoplasticpolyurethanes,名称为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶),贴合好之后再裁切成球片的形状(五角形加六角形,每个足球合计32片),最后车缝成半成品,将球胆放入后,封边制成足球。现有技术存在耗费工时、材料损耗大的缺点,更为重要的是,EVA发泡材料在环境状态(压力、温度)变化大的情况下,其物理特性也会出现激烈的变化,而导致足球飞行的稳定度变化太大,例如说在海拔较高地区、或者寒冷季节举行的足球赛,球员会明显感觉到足球与平原及温暖季节时不一样,这也造成了球赛水平及观赏性的下降。
基于上述原因,有必要开发一种物理性能稳定,且可以简化制程的球片及相关材料。

本发明的氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物如下:该氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物包括一个在氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物主链上的氨基甲酸酯官能团和至少两个异氰酸基官能团,在室温下,氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物处于液态或半固态。
在25℃时,该氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物的粘度范围为2~10PS,该氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物是多元醇化合物和异氰酸酯化合物在75~95℃的温度下通过加成反应制备的。
在氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物的制备过程中,所述多元醇化合物和异氰酸酯化合物混合的比例为每一份重量的多元醇化合物要加入2.7~3.5份重量的异氰酸酯化合物。
具体来说,所述异氰酸酯化合物是甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、改性的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二环已基甲烷二异氰酸酯、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯、萘二异氰酸酯或异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯中的一种或几种;所述多元醇化合物是聚醚基的多元醇化合物、聚四亚甲基醚的多元醇化合物、聚酯基的多元醇化合物、聚己内酯基的多元醇化合物、聚碳酸酯基的多元醇化合物中的一种或几种。
本发明的第二个目的是提出聚氨基甲酸酯发泡材料及其制备方法。
本发明的聚氨基甲酸酯发泡材料如下:该聚氨基甲酸酯发泡材料是将含有一个氨基甲酸酯官能团在聚合物主链上和至少两个异氰酸基官能团的氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物,含有一个可以和异氰酸基官能团反应的羟基官能团(-OH)的多元醇混合物进行混合,搅拌后倒入模具中,进行化学反应产生气体而发泡成的一种化学发泡材料。
进一步地,为改善性能,在将氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物和多元醇混合物混合时加入泡沫稳定剂、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂、耐后剂、传导剂、抗静电剂、防沾粘剂、硅烷偶联剂、防水解剂、颜料、填料、热塑性树脂、热固性树脂中的一种或几种。
具体来说,所述多元醇混合物为至少两个羟基官能团以上的多元醇混合物,在室温下,该多元醇混合物处于液态或半固态。
所述多元醇混合物在25℃时的粘度范围为3~15PS,该多元醇混合物是多元醇化合物和扩链剂在室温下混合均匀而制备成的。具体来说,所述多元醇化合物是聚醚基的多元醇化合物、聚四亚甲基醚的多元醇化合物、聚酯基的多元醇化合物、聚己内酯基的多元醇化合物、聚碳酸酯基的多元醇化合物中的一种或几种;所述扩链剂是水、乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、戊二醇、己二醇和乙二胺中的一种或几种。
在聚氨基甲酸酯发泡材料的制备过程中,所述氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物和多元醇混合物混合的比例为每一份重量的氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物要加入1.3~2.1份重量的多元醇混合物。
采用上述聚氨基甲酸酯发泡材料来生产足球(排球)的方法如下:
采用球面模具(可以为半球、三分之一球、四分之一或者八分之一球等)来制备聚氨基甲酸酯发泡材料,使得聚氨基甲酸酯发泡材料直接成型为所需形状的球片,然后将两个(采用半球状球面模具时)或若干个球片热压粘合而制成球体,最后将球胆放入球体内并封口,即可完成足球(排球)的生产。由于聚氨基甲酸酯发泡材料的物理性能非常稳定,在环境状态(压力、温度)变化大的情况下,物理性能并无大太变化,因此可以保证所生产的足球(排球)性能稳定,完全可以取代EVA发泡材料。另外,上述生产方法摒弃了原有的裁片、贴合TPU、裁切球片、缝制等工序,可以大大减少工时及损耗,降低成本,提高产品的市场竞争力。
本发明的氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物在室温下呈液态或半固态,非常容易储存和加工,将其与特定的多元醇混合物混合、搅拌后即可制成物理性能非常稳定的聚氨基甲酸酯发泡材料,对生产线的要求极低;采用该聚氨基甲酸酯发泡材料来生产足球(排球)可以简化流程、减少损耗和降低成本,提高生产效率,并使得足球(排球)的性能稳定,满足多种环境下的使用要求,相比于传统的EVA材料制成的足球具有更强的市场竞争力。
具体实施方式
下面通过对实施实例的描述,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的详细说明。
实施例1:
氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物及其制备方法:
本实施例的氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物包括一个在氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物主链上的氨基甲酸酯官能团和至少两个异氰酸基官能团,在室温下,氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物处于液态或半固态。
在25℃时,该氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物的粘度范围为2~10PS,该氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物是多元醇化合物和异氰酸酯化合物在75~95℃的温度下通过加成反应制备的,优选温度为85℃。
在氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物的制备过程中,所述多元醇化合物和异氰酸酯化合物混合的比例为每一份重量的多元醇化合物要加入2.7~3.5份重量的异氰酸酯化合物,多元醇化合物和异氰酸酯化合物混合的优选比例为每一份重量的多元醇化合物要加入3份重量的异氰酸酯化合物。
具体来说,所述异氰酸酯化合物是甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、改性的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二环已基甲烷二异氰酸酯、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯、萘二异氰酸酯或异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯中的一种或几种;所述多元醇化合物是聚醚基的多元醇化合物、聚四亚甲基醚的多元醇化合物、聚酯基的多元醇化合物、聚己内酯基的多元醇化合物、聚碳酸酯基的多元醇化合物中的一种或几种。上述异氰酸酯化合物及多元醇化合物所采用的各材料均可以单独使用及两种或者两种以上混合使用。
聚氨基甲酸酯发泡材料及其制备方法:
本实施例的聚氨基甲酸酯发泡材料是利用两液自动灌注机,将上述氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物,与含有一个可以和异氰酸基官能团反应的羟基官能团(-OH)的多元醇混合物进行混合,通过高速搅拌后倒入模具中,进行化学反应产生气体而发泡成的一种化学发泡材料。
为改善性能,在将氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物和多元醇混合物混合时加入泡沫稳定剂、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂、耐后剂、传导剂、抗静电剂、防沾粘剂、硅烷偶联剂、防水解剂、颜料、填料、热塑性树脂、热固性树脂中的一种或几种。
具体来说,所述多元醇混合物为至少两个羟基官能团以上的多元醇混合物,在室温下,该多元醇混合物处于液态或半固态。
所述多元醇混合物在25℃时的粘度范围为3~15PS,该多元醇混合物是多元醇化合物和扩链剂在室温下混合均匀而制备成的。具体来说,所述多元醇化合物是聚醚基的多元醇化合物、聚四亚甲基醚的多元醇化合物、聚酯基的多元醇化合物、聚己内酯基的多元醇化合物、聚碳酸酯基的多元醇化合物中的一种或几种;所述扩链剂是水、乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、戊二醇、己二醇和乙二胺中的一种或几种。上述多元醇化合物、扩链剂所采用的各材料均可以单独使用及两种或者两种以上混合使用。
在聚氨基甲酸酯发泡材料的制备过程中,所述氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物和多元醇混合物混合的比例为每一份重量的氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物要加入1.3~2.1份重量的多元醇混合物,氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物和多元醇混合物混合的优选比例为每一份重量的氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物要加入1.7份重量的多元醇混合物。
采用上述聚氨基甲酸酯发泡材料来生产足球(排球)的方法如下:
采用八分之一球面模具来制备聚氨基甲酸酯发泡材料,使得聚氨基甲酸酯发泡材料直接成型为所需形状的球片(即球片呈八分之一球面形状),球片的规格如下:密度:0.25~0.45 g/cm3,厚度:2~4mm。然后将八个球片热压粘合而制成球体,最后将球胆放入球体内并封口,即可完成足球(排球)的生产。由于聚氨基甲酸酯发泡材料的物理性能非常稳定,在环境状态(压力、温度)变化大的情况下,物理性能并无大太变化,因此可以保证所生产的足球(排球)性能稳定,完全可以取代EVA发泡材料。另外,上述生产方法摒弃了原有的裁片、贴合TPU、裁切球片、缝制等工序,可以大大减少工时及损耗,降低成本,提高产品的市场竞争力。
Claims (10)
1.一种氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物,其特征在于,其包括一个在氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物主链上的氨基甲酸酯官能团和至少两个异氰酸基官能团,在室温下,氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物处于液态或半固态。
2.根据权利要求1所述的氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物,其特征在于,在25℃时,该氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物的粘度范围为2~10PS,该氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物是多元醇化合物和异氰酸酯化合物在75~95℃的温度下通过加成反应制备的。
3.根据权利要求2所述的氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物,其特征在于,所述多元醇化合物和异氰酸酯化合物混合的比例为每一份重量的多元醇化合物要加入2.7~3.5份重量的异氰酸酯化合物。
4.根据权利要求2所述的氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物,其特征在于,所述异氰酸酯化合物是甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、改性的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二环已基甲烷二异氰酸酯、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯、萘二异氰酸酯或异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯中的一种或几种;所述多元醇化合物是聚醚基的多元醇化合物、聚四亚甲基醚的多元醇化合物、聚酯基的多元醇化合物、聚己内酯基的多元醇化合物、聚碳酸酯基的多元醇化合物中的一种或几种。
5.一种聚氨基甲酸酯发泡材料,其特征在于,其是将含有一个氨基甲酸酯官能团在聚合物主链上和至少两个异氰酸基官能团的氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物,含有一个可以和异氰酸基官能团反应的羟基官能团(-OH)的多元醇混合物进行混合,搅拌后倒入模具中,进行化学反应产生气体而发泡成的一种化学发泡材料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的聚氨基甲酸酯发泡材料,其特征在于,在将氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物和多元醇混合物混合时加入泡沫稳定剂、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂、耐后剂、传导剂、抗静电剂、防沾粘剂、硅烷偶联剂、防水解剂、颜料、填料、热塑性树脂、热固性树脂中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求5所述的聚氨基甲酸酯发泡材料,其特征在于,所述多元醇混合物为至少两个羟基官能团以上的多元醇混合物,在室温下,该多元醇混合物处于液态或半固态。
8.根据权利要求6所述的聚氨基甲酸酯发泡材料,其特征在于,所述多元醇混合物在25℃时的粘度范围为3~15PS,该多元醇混合物是多元醇化合物和扩链剂在室温下混合均匀而制备成的。
9.根据权利要求6所述的聚氨基甲酸酯发泡材料,其特征在于,所述多元醇化合物是聚醚基的多元醇化合物、聚四亚甲基醚的多元醇化合物、聚酯基的多元醇化合物、聚己内酯基的多元醇化合物、聚碳酸酯基的多元醇化合物中的一种或几种;所述扩链剂是水、乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、戊二醇、己二醇和乙二胺中的一种或几种。
10.根据权利要求6所述的聚氨基甲酸酯发泡材料,其特征在于,所述氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物和多元醇混合物混合的比例为每一份重量的氨基甲酸酯二异氰酸酯预聚物要加入1.3~2.1份重量的多元醇混合物。
