本发明涉及玻璃基板加工处理技术领域,具体是涉及一种玻璃基板的清洗方法。步骤如下:1)、将玻璃基板放入玻璃基板清洗剂中浸泡10~30分钟;2)、取出静置,然后将玻璃基板用去离子水淋洗;3)、依次重复进行步骤1)和2)2‑3次;4)、取出后干燥。本发明通过加入合理设计的组分,特别是加入原藜芦碱,可以提升玻璃基板清洗剂的清洗品质约90%。这种玻璃基板的清洗方法比较简单,清洗效率高,清洗较为彻底,满足玻璃基板加工行业的加工标准。

本发明涉及玻璃基板加工处理技术领域,具体是涉及一种玻璃基板的清洗方法。
背景技术
玻璃基板在加工过程中,通过由于其放置在仓库一段时间再次取出进行加工,因此,在使用之前必需要对其进行清洗。这就需要设计一种清洗剂以及合理的清洗方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种玻璃基板清洗剂及其制备方法、玻璃基板的清洗方法,为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种玻璃基板清洗剂,由以下重量份的组分制成:
40份纯净水、20.5份六偏磷酸钠、15份氨水、5.5份香精、7份二乙基苄胺、12.5份丙酮、5份烷基醇酰胺和3.5份原藜芦碱。
一种玻璃基板清洗剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
①、将20份纯净水、20.5份六偏磷酸钠、5.5份香精和7份二乙基苄胺加入至搅拌器中,常温下混合1小时;
②、将15份氨水缓慢滴入搅拌器中,边滴加边搅拌;
③、将20份纯净水、12.5份丙酮、5份烷基醇酰胺和3.5份原藜芦碱加入至搅拌器中,升温至45℃搅拌反应2小时。
一种玻璃基板的清洗方法,步骤如下:
1)、将玻璃基板放入玻璃基板清洗剂中浸泡10~30分钟;
2)、取出静置,然后将玻璃基板用去离子水淋洗;
3)、依次重复进行步骤1)和2)2-3次;
4)、取出后干燥。
本发明的有益效果表现在:
本发明通过加入合理设计的组分,特别是加入原藜芦碱,可以提升玻璃基板清洗剂的清洗品质约90%。这种玻璃基板的清洗方法比较简单,清洗效率高,清洗较为彻底,满足玻璃基板加工行业的加工标准。

一种玻璃基板清洗剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
①、将20份纯净水、20.5份六偏磷酸钠、5.5份香精和7份二乙基苄胺加入至搅拌器中,常温下混合1小时;
②、将15份氨水缓慢滴入搅拌器中,边滴加边搅拌;

实施例2
1)、将玻璃基板放入玻璃基板清洗剂(实施例1制备)中浸泡10~30分钟;
2)、取出静置,然后将玻璃基板用去离子水淋洗;
3)、依次重复进行步骤1)和2)2-3次;
4)、取出后干燥。

1)、将玻璃基板放入玻璃基板清洗剂中浸泡10~30分钟;
2)、取出静置,然后将玻璃基板用去离子水淋洗;
3)、依次重复进行步骤1)和2)2-3次;
4)、取出后干燥。
