Detailed Description
In order to better understand the technical solutions of the present invention, the following description will be made in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments, and it should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present application and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other.
As shown in figure 1, the household garbage sorting equipment with a closed household garbage warehouse comprises a garbage unloading warehouse 1, a household garbage coarse crusher 2, a household garbage crusher 3, a rinsing machine, a liquid filtering tank 5, a combustible garbage lifting machine 6, a primary water extractor 14, a primary crusher 22, a secondary water extractor 23, a secondary crusher 24, a temporary cloth warehouse 25 and 3 non-combustible garbage lifting conveyors 7, wherein the combustible garbage lifting machine 6 adopts the bucket lifting machine, the household garbage is conveyed into the household garbage coarse crusher 2, the household garbage coarse crusher 2 conveys the coarse crushed household garbage into the household garbage crusher 3 through a household garbage conveying belt 4, the household garbage crusher 3 conveys the household garbage into a rinsing machine, the rinsing machine comprises a rinsing tank 8 and a pushing spiral 9, the pushing spiral 9 is horizontally arranged in the rinsing tank 8, the filter liquid tank 5 is arranged below the rinsing tank 8, the household garbage floating in the rinsing tank 8 is conveyed into the combustible garbage lifting machine 6 through the pushing spiral 9, and the combustible garbage is sequentially conveyed into the primary water extractor 6, the primary water crusher 14, the primary crusher 22, the secondary water extractor 23, the secondary water extractor 25 and the secondary water extractor 25 are sequentially torn down, and the secondary water extractor 25 are sequentially conveyed into the secondary water extractor and the secondary water extractor is crushed. The house refuse sunk in the rinsing bath 8 is transferred to the incombustible refuse conveyor belt 10 by the incombustible refuse lifting conveyor 7, and the incombustible refuse conveyor belt 10 feeds the incombustible refuse into the incombustible refuse crusher 11.
The filter press 12 and the circulating pump 13 are also included, filtrate of the liquid in the rinsing tank 8 filtered by the filter press 12 is sent to the filtrate tank 5, and filtrate in the filtrate tank 5 is sent to the rinsing tank 8 by the circulating pump 13.
As shown in fig. 2, the first-stage water squeezing machine and the second-stage water squeezing machine have the same structure and comprise a motor 15, a reduction gearbox 16, a pushing barrel 17, a pushing spiral 18, a feed hopper 19 and a discharging extrusion barrel 20, one end of the discharging extrusion barrel 20 is communicated with one port of the pushing barrel 17, the other end of the discharging extrusion barrel is inclined upwards, the pushing spiral 18 is arranged in the pushing barrel 17 and extends out of the other port of the pushing barrel 17 to be connected with a power output shaft of the reduction gearbox 16, the motor 15 is connected with a power input shaft of the reduction gearbox 16, the feed hopper 19 is arranged on the barrel wall of the pushing barrel 17, and drain holes 21 are formed in the barrel wall of the discharging extrusion barrel 20 and the barrel wall of the pushing barrel 17. During operation, the combustible garbage elevator 6 removes the combustible garbage from the water in the rinsing tank 8 and sends the combustible garbage into the feeding hopper 19, the combustible garbage enters the pushing cylinder 17 again, the motor 15 drives the pushing screw 18 to rotate through the reduction gearbox 16, the pushing screw 18 continuously pushes the combustible garbage into the discharging extrusion cylinder 20, and as the discharging extrusion cylinder 20 is inclined upwards, that is, one port of the discharging extrusion cylinder 20 is a feeding port, the other port is a discharging port, the discharging port is higher than the feeding port, the combustible garbage continuously enters the discharging extrusion cylinder 20, the rear combustible garbage pushes the front combustible garbage to continuously move upwards, in other words, the upper combustible garbage can squeeze the lower combustible garbage, and the water in the combustible garbage is discharged from the discharging extrusion cylinder 20 and the water discharging holes 21 on the pushing cylinder 17 after being extruded, so that the functions of water removal and water drainage are achieved on the combustible garbage.
As shown in fig. 3, the temporary cloth warehouse 25 comprises a driving motor 26, a supporting frame 27, a garbage bin 28 with an open bottom, a garbage stacking platform 29, a cloth screw shaft 30 and a combustible garbage conveying belt 31, wherein guide rails 32 are arranged on two sides of the garbage stacking platform 29, a pulley 33 is arranged on the guide rails 32, the garbage bin 28 is supported on the supporting frame 27 and is positioned above the garbage stacking platform 29, a gap is reserved between the garbage bin 28 and the garbage stacking platform 29, two ends of the cloth screw shaft 30 penetrate through the gap and are fixed on the pulley 33, the driving motor 26 drives the cloth screw shaft 30 to rotate through a transmission mechanism, meanwhile, the pulley 33 is driven to move along the guide rails 32, the cloth screw shaft 30 is arranged on the surface of the garbage stacking platform 29 and moves back and forth from one end to the other end, combustible garbage discharged by the secondary crusher 24 falls onto the garbage stacking platform 29 through the garbage bin 28, the combustible garbage on the garbage stacking platform 29 is pushed to one side of the garbage stacking platform 29 by the cloth screw shaft 30, and the combustible garbage falls onto the combustible garbage conveying belt 31 from one side of the garbage stacking platform 29.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the garbage unloading warehouse 1 is arranged at one side of the garbage disposal workshop 34, an unloading platform 35 is arranged beside the top of the garbage unloading warehouse 1, a closed unloading chamber 36 is arranged at the periphery of the unloading platform 35, an electric door 37 is arranged in the unloading chamber 36, a path 38 leading to the unloading chamber 36 is also repaired, a unloading buffer platform 39, a pushing plate 40, a hydraulic cylinder 41 and a conveying belt 42 are arranged at the bottom of the garbage unloading warehouse 1, the conveying belt 42 is arranged at one side of the unloading buffer platform 39, the hydraulic cylinder 41 drives the pushing plate 40, the pushing plate 40 pushes the household garbage on the unloading buffer platform 39 onto the conveying belt 42, and the conveying belt 42 conveys the household garbage into the household garbage coarse crusher 2. The discharge platform 35 is high, a road must be trimmed, the garbage truck advances upwards along the road and enters the discharge chamber 36, and after discharging, the electric door is closed to prevent the garbage smell from diffusing everywhere.
Working principle: the household garbage in the garbage unloading warehouse is sent into a household garbage coarse crusher to be crushed in coarse level, the garbage is torn and scattered, then the household garbage is sent into a household garbage crusher through a household garbage conveying belt to be crushed again, then the household garbage is sent into a rinsing machine, the garbage floating in water is combustible garbage, and a pushing screw pushes the combustible garbage in the rinsing pool to a combustible garbage lifting machine and is removed through the combustible garbage lifting machine. The garbage sunk into the water bottom in the rinsing pool is generally nonflammable garbage such as colored glaze, sand stone, cement, brick, mud and the like, the garbage is sent into a nonflammable garbage crusher to be crushed through a nonflammable garbage lifting conveyor and a nonflammable garbage conveying belt, the nonflammable garbage is dried to be used as a raw material for making bricks, the nonflammable garbage such as colored glaze, sand stone, cement, brick, mud and the like is fully utilized, liquid in the rinsing pool contains abundant nutritional components, solid materials filtered by a filter press can be used as raw materials for producing chemical fertilizers, and filtered water can be recycled.

the non-combustible garbage lifting conveyor is provided with 3 stations;
the combustible garbage elevator adopts a bucket elevator.
