本发明公开了一种多轴搅拌装置,属于搅拌技术领域,该多轴搅拌装置在分轴上设计有驱动桨和搅拌器,工作时分轴随主轴周转的同时,驱动桨受力迫使分轴自转并带动搅拌器搅拌流体物料,其有益效果是提供一种多轴搅拌装置实现大型搅拌釜均匀搅拌的同时,仅仅使用一套驱动机构和轴封,结构简单成本低廉和节约能源。

技术领域
本发明属于搅拌技术领域,特别是多轴搅拌装置。
背景技术
化工搅拌设备通常很庞大,设计时必须要考虑如何实现均匀搅拌,节约能源,还要尽可能简化设计减少成本。目前已有的多轴搅拌装置实现了大型搅拌釜的均匀搅拌,但存在的缺陷是常常需要多个驱动机构对多轴的驱动,不仅仅是增加能源浪费,而且增加的驱动机构和轴封引起结构复杂成本提高。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是设计一种多轴搅拌装置,可仅仅使用一套驱动机构和轴封,结构简单成本低廉和节约能源。
为解决上述技术问题,设计一种多轴搅拌装置,包括安装在釜上部的驱动机构、主轴、密封主轴与釜顶的轴封、与主轴固定连接的连接架以及安装在连接架上的至少2个分轴,分轴可以相对于连接架自转,分轴上固定安装有驱动桨和若干搅拌器,驱动桨一侧为凹陷型,其背侧为流线凸起,每组绕分轴安装的驱动桨至少3个,当驱动机构带动主轴转动时,分轴在釜内周转,驱动桨受到釜内流体物料作用力迫使分轴在绕主轴周转的同时产生自转。搅拌器随分轴旋转搅拌物料,驱动桨受流体物料驱动的同时也起到搅拌流体物料的作用。为平衡起见,分轴以主轴为中心对称均布,驱动桨自转的最外端为开放式结构,可避免死角和便于清洗。每组绕分轴安装的驱动桨至少3个,是为了分轴周转时流体作用于驱动桨的力具有持续性。在分轴随主轴周转时,驱动桨自转到近釜壁时的凹陷侧面应朝向分轴周转的方向,这样分轴自转的方向始终和主轴的转动方向相反,可保证分轴获得最佳自转驱动力。
通常每个分轴上装有一组驱动桨,各组驱动桨位于同一水平高度,设计上保证驱动桨能自由转动与水平相邻的驱动桨和釜壁不干涉。
为了增加驱动桨尺寸以产生更大的驱动力,也可以在设计时让各组驱动桨位于不同水平高度,并保证驱动桨能自由转动与相邻分轴和釜壁不干涉。
优选地将所述驱动桨设计为半圆弧结构,一侧为半圆弧凹陷,其背侧为半圆弧流线凸起便于制造。
优选地将所述驱动桨设计为三角形结构,一侧为三角形凹陷,其背侧为三角形流线凸起便于制造。
本发明的有益效果是提供一种多轴搅拌装置实现大型搅拌釜均匀搅拌的同时,仅仅使用一套驱动机构和轴封,结构简单成本低廉和节约能源。

具体实施方式
在第一种实施方式中,多轴搅拌装置包括安装在釜(8)上部的驱动机构(1)、主轴(3)、密封主轴(3)与釜(8)顶的轴封(2)、与主轴固定连接的连接架(4)以及安装在连接架(4)上的2个分轴(5),2个分轴(5)以主轴(3)为中心对称均布,并可以相对于连接架(4)自转,1个分轴(5)上固定安装有1组驱动桨(6)共计4个和2个搅拌器(7),位于2个分轴(5)上的2组驱动桨(6)位于同一水平高度,可自由转动互不干涉也不与釜(8)壁干涉,驱动桨(6)为半圆弧结构或三角形结构,一侧为半圆弧凹陷或三角形凹陷,其背侧为半圆弧流线凸起或三角形流线凸起,其自转的最外端为开放式结构。
在第二种实施方式中,多轴搅拌装置包括安装在釜(8)上部的驱动机构(1)、主轴(3)、密封主轴(3)与釜(8)顶的轴封(2)、与主轴固定连接的连接架(4)以及安装在连接架(4)上的2个分轴(5),2个分轴(5)以主轴(3)为中心对称均布,并可以相对于连接架(4)自转,1个分轴(5)上固定安装有1组驱动桨(6)共计4个和2个搅拌器(7),位于2个分轴(5)上的2组驱动桨(6)位于不同水平高度,与相邻分轴(5)和釜(8)壁均不干涉,驱动桨(6)为半圆弧结构或三角形结构,一侧为半圆弧凹陷或三角形凹陷,其背侧为半圆弧流线凸起或三角形流线凸起,其自转的最外端为开放式结构。

Claims (7)

1.一种多轴搅拌装置,包括安装在釜(8)上部的驱动机构(1)、主轴(3)、密封主轴(3)与釜(8)顶的轴封(2)、与主轴固定连接的连接架(4)以及安装在连接架(4)上的至少2个分轴(5),分轴(5)可以相对于连接架(4)自转,其特征在于分轴(5)上固定安装有驱动桨(6)和搅拌器(7),每组绕分轴(5)安装的驱动桨(6)至少3个,驱动桨(6)一侧为凹陷型,其背侧为流线凸起,当驱动机构(1)带动主轴(3)转动时,分轴(5)在釜(8)内周转,驱动桨(6)受到釜(8)内流体物料作用力迫使分轴(5)在绕主轴(3)周转的同时产生自转。
2.根据权利要求1所述多轴搅拌装置,其特征在于所述分轴(5)以主轴(3)为中心对称均布。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述任一多轴搅拌装置,其特征在于每个分轴(5)上装有一组驱动桨(6),各组驱动桨(6)位于同一水平高度,且能自由转动与水平相邻的驱动桨(6)和釜(8)壁不干涉。
4.根据权利要去1或2所述任一多轴搅拌装置,其特征在于每个分轴(5)上装有一组驱动桨(6),各组驱动桨(6)位于不同水平高度,且能自由转动与相邻分轴(5)和釜(8)壁不干涉。
5.根据权利要求1所述多轴搅拌装置,其特征在于驱动桨(6)自转的最外端为开放式结构。
6.根据权利要求5所述多轴搅拌装置,其特征在于所述驱动桨(6)为半圆弧结构,一侧为半圆弧凹陷,其背侧为半圆弧流线凸起。
7.根据权利要求5所述多轴搅拌装置,其特征在于所述驱动桨(6)为三角形结构,一侧为三角形凹陷,其背侧为三角形流线凸起。
