技术领域

背景技术

苯二氮䓬类药物可以产生成瘾性，即药物依赖主要有两方面：主要由于：失眠→苯二氮䓬类药物治疗→出现反跳性失眠→需要继续药物治疗→产生耐受性→需要加大药物剂量治疗→出现药物依赖→无法终止治疗。这些副作用在短效的苯二氮䓬类药物中最易出现；二、长效苯二氮䓬类药物则显效慢，其抑制呼吸作用与白日残留作用较强。一旦形成依赖，就离不开该类药物，会把它当成生活中必不可少的东西。例如，临睡前必须服用或确信床边备有该类药物以便随时服用；如果不用就难以入睡或通宵不眠，失眠比用药前更严重；可因缺药而高度紧张，而且有全身难受的感觉，出现生理、情绪、行为以及认识能力方面的综合症状。对于安定成瘾，需要采用综合性治疗方法。主要有以下几个方面：1）逐渐减少安定类药物剂量；2）使用非安定类药物改善睡眠；3）刺激控制治疗；4）放松训练；5）养成良好睡眠习惯等。还未见到对苯二氮卓类药物成瘾，采用中药治疗的报道。

黄芪28-32份、白术28-32份、附片14-16份、威灵仙8-10份、雷丸14-16份、甲珠8-10份、法夏55-65份、肉桂8-10份、檀香木8-10份、连翘8-10份、故脂14-16份、土茯岺55-65份、当归28-32份、天花粉8-10份、益智仁14-16份、鹤虱14-16份、陈皮14-16份、叩仁9-11份、沉香8-10份、党参30-34份、砂仁5-7份。

具体实施方式
以下通过试验例来进一步阐述本发明所述药物的有益效果。
试验例：本发明药物的临床观察
1、临床资料
治疗病例850例，其中：年龄25-65周岁，男350例，女500例。
2、诊断标准：
《西医病症诊断疗效标准》。
3、治疗方法：
取本发明实施例制得的药物，分3天，每天3次服用。服用10天。
4、疗效判定标准
显效：症状消失；
有效：症状明显缓解；
无效：症状无明显改善。
5、治疗结果：
患者使用本发明药物，显效600例，有效165例，无效85例，显效率70.5%，总有效率90%。

黄芪30份、白术30份、附片15份、威灵仙9份、雷丸15份、甲珠9份、法夏60份、肉桂9份、檀香木9份、连翘9份、故脂15份、土茯岺60份、当归30份、天花粉9份、益智仁15份、鹤虱15份、陈皮15份、叩仁10份、沉香9份、党参32份、砂仁6份。
3.一种戒除对苯二氮卓类药物成瘾的药物的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）按重量份取样：黄芪28-32份、白术28-32份、附片14-16份、威灵仙8-10份、雷丸14-16份、甲珠8-10份、法夏55-65份、肉桂8-10份、檀香木8-10份、连翘8-10份、故脂14-16份、土茯岺55-65份、当归28-32份、天花粉8-10份、益智仁14-16份、鹤虱14-16份、陈皮14-16份、叩仁9-11份、沉香8-10份、党参30-34份、砂仁5-7份；
（2）将上述药材用其总重量4倍的冷水浸泡25-35min，用武火煮沸后，再用文火煮25-35min，取水煎液，即得。
