Abstract
本发明提供了一种纺织用无卤阻燃成膜胶,按重量比计算包括以下原料:水性树脂20~66份;水性成膜剂2~34份;磷氮系阻燃剂13~50份;铝镁系阻燃剂8~56份;水10~93份。本发明还提供了关于该纺织用无卤阻燃成膜胶的制备方法。本发明的无卤阻燃成膜胶具有高效的阻燃效果,适用于涤纶纺织品,燃烧过后在被燃烧的位置形成质密炭层且不破洞,防止火在布料上蔓延,离火即熄灭;燃烧后无卤释放、无毒释放、烟气较少,符合环保规定。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织品用的阻燃剂技术领域,具体涉及纺织用的无卤阻燃成膜胶及其制备方法,该无卤阻燃成膜胶尤其适用于涤纶材料纺织品。
背景技术
纺织品在生活中随处可见,然而大多纺织品都属于易燃材料,对人们的生命财产造成安全隐患,所以对纺织品进行阻燃处理具有重要义。传统的阻燃剂,具有代表性的包括溴系、磷氮系、磷系几氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁等。然而随着人们对环保意识以及健康追求的意识不断增强,无烟、无卤、低毒已成为阻燃剂发展的趋势,因而各种无卤阻燃剂的应用将成为阻燃材料中最有发展前景的研究领域。
目前,市场现有阻燃成品胶多数为低效阻燃和含卤有毒的产品,不能满足高档产品的使用需求。为此,有必要开发一种适合用于纺织品中的无卤低毒的阻燃成膜胶。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的阻燃剂含卤、低效阻燃的缺陷,提供一种纺织用的无卤阻燃成膜胶及其制备方法,使其适用于纺织品,尤其是涤纶纺织品中,具有优越的阻燃效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种纺织用无卤阻燃成膜胶,按重量比计算包括以下原料:水性树脂20~66份;水性成膜剂2~34份;磷氮系阻燃剂13~50份;铝镁系阻燃剂8~56份;水10~93份。
所述的纺织用无卤阻燃成膜胶,优选地包括以下分量的原料(按重量比计算):水性树脂20份;水性成膜剂2份;磷氮系阻燃剂13份;铝镁系阻燃剂8份;水10份。经多次试验证明,包含该配比原料的无卤阻燃成膜胶具有最佳的阻燃效果。
优选地,所述的水性树脂为水性丙烯酸树脂、水性聚氨酯树脂中的至少一种。
优选地,所述的水性成膜剂为丙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯中的至少一种。
优选地,所述的磷氮系阻燃剂为多聚磷酸铵、焦磷酸哌嗪、次磷酸铝、三聚氰胺、三聚氰胺氰尿酸、磷酸三聚氰胺、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐、三聚氰胺焦磷酸盐、三聚氰胺磷酸盐、间苯二酚双(二苯磷酸酯)、双酚A双(磷酸二苯酯)、环状磷酸酯、磷酸三苯酯、多聚芳基磷酸酯中的至少一种。
优选地,所述的铝镁系阻燃剂为氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁中的至少一种。
优选地,所述的纺织用无卤阻燃成膜胶的原料还包括分散剂和润散剂。
此外,本发明还提供了一种纺织用无卤阻燃成膜胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)向搅拌釜中加入10~93份重量的水,2份重量的分散剂,1份重量的润湿剂,将搅拌桨的转速调至200~300转/分钟,搅拌5分钟,分散均匀;
(2)然后依次加入13~50份重量的磷氮系阻燃剂、8~56份重量的铝镁系阻燃剂,将搅拌桨的转速调至900~1200转/分钟,分散均匀;
(3)然后缓慢加20~66份重量的水性树脂、2~34份重量的水性成膜剂,并加入2份重量的三乙醇胺和2份重量的碱溶胀增稠剂调节PH值7-9,粘度10000-20000,即得成品无卤阻燃成膜胶。
本发明的无卤阻燃成膜胶具有高效的阻燃效果,适用于涤纶纺织品,而且燃烧过后在被燃烧的位置形成质密炭层,可防止火源引燃被布包裹易燃海绵;燃烧后无卤释放、无毒释放、烟气较少,符合环保规定。本发明的无卤阻燃成膜胶可以通过BS5852阻燃面料测试标准。试验结果显示,使用本发明的无卤阻燃成膜胶的涤纶布料,燃烧时成膜成碳、离火即熄,说明阻燃效果非常优越。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例的纺织用无卤阻燃成膜胶,按重量比计算,主要包括以下原料:水性丙烯酸树脂20份,多聚磷酸铵10份,三聚氰胺氰尿酸2份,氢氧化铝8份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯2份,水10份,间苯二酚双(二苯磷酸酯)1份。
实施例2
本实施例的纺织用无卤阻燃成膜胶,按重量比计算,主要包括以下原料:水性聚氨酯树脂35份,焦磷酸哌嗪12份,三聚氰胺焦磷酸盐4份,氢氧化镁15份,丙二醇丁醚15份,水54份,双酚A-双(磷酸二苯酯)4份。
实施例3
本实施例的纺织用无卤阻燃成膜胶,按重量比计算,主要包括以下原料:水性丙烯酸树脂66份,次磷酸铝35份,三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐9份,份氢氧化铝56份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯34份,水93份,环状磷酸酯5份,磷酸三苯酯1份。
实施例4
本实施例的纺织用无卤阻燃成膜胶,按重量比计算,主要包括以下原料:水性丙烯酸树脂66份,三聚氰胺10份,磷酸三聚氰胺20份,氢氧化铝56份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯34份,水93份,环状磷酸酯5份,磷酸三苯酯1份。
实施例5
本实施例的纺织用无卤阻燃成膜胶,按重量比计算,主要包括以下原料:水性丙烯酸树脂30份,三聚氰胺磷酸盐35份,氢氧化镁2份,丙二醇丁醚4份,水54份,多聚芳基磷酸脂8份。
实施例6
以上实施例1至实施例5的原料组份,均可按照以下方法制备成阻燃成膜胶:
(1)先向搅拌釜中加入比例量的水,然后加入比例量的分散剂、润散剂,将搅拌桨的转速调至200~300转/分钟,搅拌5分钟,分散均匀;
(2)然后依次加入比例量的磷氮系阻燃剂、铝镁系阻燃剂,适当调快转速至900~1200转/分钟,搅拌均匀;
(3)然后缓慢加入比例量的水性树脂、水性成膜剂,并加入2份重量的三乙醇胺和2份重量的碱溶胀增稠剂调节PH值7-8,粘度10000-20000,即得成品无卤阻燃成膜胶。
试验例
发明人对使用了实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、实施例4的成品无卤阻燃成膜胶与使用常规阻燃胶的纺织品做了BS5852阻燃性测试,测试结果如下表:
测试燃烧结果显示,与常规阻燃胶相比,本发明的产品在成膜成碳性、低烟和阻燃性方面均效果显著。本发明的原理为将燃烧易收缩破洞的涤纶织物做成燃烧后可形成质密炭层且不破洞,可隔绝氧气、隔绝热量的来防止引燃被布包裹的易燃海绵。

1.一种纺织用无卤阻燃成膜胶,其特征在于,按重量比计算包括以下原料:水性树脂20~66份;水性成膜剂2~34份;磷氮系阻燃剂13~50份;铝镁系阻燃剂8~56份;水10~93份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织用无卤阻燃成膜胶,其特征在于,按重量比计算包括以下原料:水性树脂20份;水性成膜剂2份;磷氮系阻燃剂13份;铝镁系阻燃剂8份;水10份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种纺织用无卤阻燃成膜胶,其特征在于:所述的水性树脂为水性丙烯酸树脂、水性聚氨酯树脂中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种纺织用无卤阻燃成膜胶,其特征在于:所述的水性成膜剂为丙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种纺织用无卤阻燃成膜胶,其特征在于:所述的磷氮系阻燃剂为多聚磷酸铵、焦磷酸哌嗪、次磷酸铝、三聚氰胺、三聚氰胺氰尿酸、磷酸三聚氰胺、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐、三聚氰胺焦磷酸盐、三聚氰胺磷酸盐、间苯二酚双(二苯磷酸酯)、双酚A双(磷酸二苯酯)、环状磷酸酯、磷酸三苯酯、多聚芳基磷酸酯中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种纺织用无卤阻燃成膜胶,其特征在于:所述的铝镁系阻燃剂为氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种纺织用无卤阻燃成膜胶,其特征在于:还包括分散剂和/或润散剂。
8.一种纺织用无卤阻燃成膜胶的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)向搅拌釜中加入10~93份重量的水、2份重量的分散剂、1份重量的润湿剂,将搅拌桨的转速调至200~300转/分钟,搅拌5分钟,分散均匀;
(2)然后依次加入13~50份重量的磷氮系阻燃剂、8~56份重量的铝镁系阻燃剂,将搅拌桨的转速调至900~1200转/分钟,搅拌均匀;
(3)然后缓慢加20~66份重量的水性树脂、2~34份重量的水性成膜剂,并加入2份重量的三乙醇胺和2份重量的碱溶胀增稠剂调节pH值7-9,粘度10000-20000,即得成品无卤阻燃成膜胶。
