本发明公开一种汽车顶棚,涉及汽车配件技术领域,它包括外层、中间层和内层,内层由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:聚氨酯30份~50份、聚乙烯5份~10份、沸石粉5份~10份、麦饭石纤维3份~8份、氢氧化镁0.5份~1份、抗氧化剂0.2份~0.5份和交联剂1份~1.5份;麦饭石纤维中麦饭石微粉的含量为0.2%~0.5%;交联剂为六氢邻苯二甲酸酐,与现有技术相比,本内层含有沸石粉和麦饭石纤维,沸石内部有许多开放性的空洞和通道,具有很大的比表面积,空穴与孔道占总体积的45%,使它具有较强的离子交换能力和吸附能力,麦饭石纤维能够利用自身成分通过吸收、分解的方法电离有毒物质,净化车内空气。

本发明涉及汽车制造技术领域,尤其是一种汽车顶棚。
背景技术
随着当前汽车内饰行业越来越趋向于高性能、环保型、低碳的发展趋势,对汽车顶棚的要求也越来越高。汽车顶棚一般由基材层、填充材料层和表皮材料层三部分组成,制作汽车顶棚时,用胶水将这三种材料粘合起来再经过模压成形得到;基材层一般用由聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板或特殊瓦楞纸板制造,填充材料层一般由泡沫材料制造,表皮材料层一般用针织物、聚氯乙烯制造。这样的顶棚,含有一定的有害物质,且无法排出,影响车内环境。
发明内容
本发明提供一种汽车顶棚,它可以解决现有汽车顶棚所含的有害物质无法得到及时净化的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采取的技术方案是:包括外层、中间层和内层,所述内层由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:聚氨酯30份~50份、聚乙烯5份~10份、沸石粉5份~10份、麦饭石纤维3份~8份、氢氧化镁0.5份~1份、抗氧化剂0.2份~0.5份和交联剂1份~1.5份;其中,所述麦饭石纤维中麦饭石微粉的含量为0.2%~0.5%;所述交联剂为六氢邻苯二甲酸酐。
上述方案中,更具体的方案还可以是:所述中间层由EPE珍珠棉制成。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
本发明的内层含有沸石粉和麦饭石纤维,沸石内部有许多开放性的空洞和通道,具有很大的比表面积,空穴与孔道占总体积的45%,使它具有较强的离子交换能力和吸附能力,是良好的吸附材料和抑菌剂,麦饭石纤维能够利用自身成分通过吸收、分解的方法电离有毒物质,净化车内空气。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1:
本实施例的汽车顶棚包括外层、中间层和内层,内层由以下原料制备而成:聚氨酯30份、聚乙烯10份、沸石粉5份、麦饭石纤维8份、氢氧化镁0.5份、抗氧化剂0.2份和交联剂1.5份;其中,所述麦饭石纤维中麦饭石微粉的含量为0.2%,所述交联剂为六氢邻苯二甲酸酐。
内层的制备方法为:A、将聚氨酯、聚乙烯、沸石粉、麦饭石纤维、氢氧化镁、抗氧化剂和交联剂加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀;B、加热到93℃,搅拌均匀至无固体颗粒出现;C、将B步骤所得料液在真空下脱气,然后置于成型模具进行固化1.5小时,调节模具温度为80℃;真空度为 9.5×104Pa;脱气时间为15分钟;D、将C步骤所得板材在40℃温度下恒温保温2小时。
中间层由EPE珍珠棉制成。
实施例2:
本实施例的汽车顶棚包括外层、中间层和内层,内层由以下原料制备而成:聚氨酯50份、聚乙烯5份、沸石粉10份、麦饭石纤维3份、氢氧化镁1份、抗氧化剂0.5份和交联剂1份;其中,所述麦饭石纤维中麦饭石微粉的含量为0.5%,所述交联剂为六氢邻苯二甲酸酐。
内层的制备方法为:A、将聚氨酯、聚乙烯、沸石粉、麦饭石纤维、氢氧化镁、抗氧化剂和交联剂加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀;B、加热到85℃,搅拌均匀至无固体颗粒出现;C、将B步骤所得料液在真空下脱气,然后置于成型模具进行固化2.5小时,调节模具温度为100℃;真空度为 9.5×104Pa;脱气时间为15分钟;D、将C步骤所得板材在50℃温度下恒温保温2小时。
中间层由EPE珍珠棉制成。

1.一种汽车顶棚,包括外层、中间层和内层,其特征在于: 所述内层由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:聚氨酯30份~50份、聚乙烯5份~10份、沸石粉5份~10份、麦饭石纤维3份~8份、氢氧化镁0.5份~1份、抗氧化剂0.2份~0.5份和交联剂1份~1.5份;其中,所述麦饭石纤维中麦饭石微粉的含量为0.2%~0.5%;所述交联剂为六氢邻苯二甲酸酐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车顶棚,其特征在于:所述中间层由EPE珍珠棉制成。
