Background
Due to the accelerated pace of life, increased stress and bad lifestyle habits, excessive accumulation of toxins in the body can lead to constipation. The effects of clearing intestines and expelling toxins are already hot topics, constipation is a natural enemy of modern people and interferes with normal life of people, excessive toxins caused by constipation also affect the health of the people, poor skin is caused, breath is not fresh, and the daily life of people is greatly affected. Many people today are plagued by constipation, especially women and the elderly. With the increasingly wide interpersonal interaction, alcohol is used as an unnecessary medium, and accidents and liver diseases caused by alcohol drinking are increasing. Urban white-collar women and old people are high-incidence people with calcium loss at the same time, and the problem that how to supplement calcium, sober up and protect liver while treating constipation is the current research is also the problem.
At present, a plurality of products for treating or improving constipation, supplementing calcium and sobering up in the market have poor effect, single function, need of improving various discomfort of the body, need of taking a plurality of products, and have the disadvantages of temporary solution, permanent solution and even great side effect. Therefore, it is necessary to research and develop a product which has the functions of improving constipation, supplementing calcium, sobering up and protecting liver and the like, and is convenient to take.

The extract ingredients and the raw materials are directly combined to form the optimized formula of the invention.
6. The proportion of the active ingredients of the raw material of the moringa leaves is low, the direct blending not only has low active ingredients and low absorption rate but also does not show the effect, but also has difficult preparation processing, so the active ingredients need to be extracted and then blended. In order to ensure the quality, drinking water is adopted for extraction in the process, so that the maximum selective dissolution of effective components can be ensured, the low-temperature dynamic percolation continuous extraction is adopted in the technology, and the solute is immediately conveyed away after dissolution, so that the dissolution gradient of the solute in the extraction tank is increased, the extraction is more complete, and the extraction speed is higher. The active ingredients are protected from being damaged to the maximum extent by low-temperature dynamic percolation, and the taste is better and the concentration of the active ingredients is higher compared with a boiling extraction process under the condition of equivalent feeding; the Pu' er tea raw material has the functions of clearing heat and lowering adverse qi, but has low effective components, more fibers and strong heat sensitivity, and is not beneficial to instant absorption and preparation processing, so the low-temperature ultrasonic technology is adopted to extract the effective components; the fresh wild emblic leafflower fruit and the noni fruit are unfavorable for storage and difficult to dry, and are unfavorable in aspects such as processing cost, preparation processing feasibility and the like, so the method for extracting the refined powder by squeezing and drying is favorable for storage, preparation processing and improvement of bioavailability. Because the natural vitamin C in the fruit juice can be greatly reduced after being heated for too long, in order to ensure the efficacy of the product, the specific process route adopts the direct fruit juice spray drying process, so that the water in the fruit juice is instantly evaporated, solute particles are instantly taken to a cyclone powder collector by hot air to form fine powder, the particle size can reach 200-300 meshes, and compared with the processes of concentration, drying and crushing, the direct fruit juice spray drying process has short time consumption, good product quality and superfine powder level of the product particle size, and is beneficial to preparation processing and product efficacy; aloe has strong effects of removing toxic substance and removing blood stasis, but has more fiber, is not beneficial to directly processing dosage preparation, and adopts low temperature ultrasonic extraction technology in order to promote absorption, improve bioavailability and highlight product efficacy.
