Abstract
一种用于使用合成树脂进行锚定的锚定杆,在其
前端具有一个在混合物质中形成可靠啮合的头部。
为了防止混合物质在有导致钻孔直径增大的裂缝形
成时从钻孔的孔壁上脱离,锚定杆设有一个朝头部方
向拔梢的锥形部分。在头部的面向该锥形部分的台
肩部位上,设有一个弹性环形垫圈,该垫圈在安装扭
矩施加时允许锚定杆有一个微小的轴向位移,从而让
混合物质从锚定杆上脱离开。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于使用合成树脂进行锚定的锚定杆,它在前端具有一个头部,在后端具有一个用于固定一个物件的螺纹。
为了使用一种复合物质来锚定一根锚定杆,首先要在锚定基础上制备一个钻孔,其直径略大于该锚定杆的外径。接着将一个装有由一种树脂、固化剂与添加剂构成的复合物质的玻璃容器嵌入该钻孔内。该容器被夹持在一个钻机上的锚定杆压碎,使复合物质内的成份经混合而被活化。一当复合物质硬化,锚定杆就被牢固地粘接住并锚定在该钻孔内。这种锚定方式主要是建立在复合物质与钻孔孔壁之间的粘结连接上。但是,这种连接在锚定点有裂缝穿过时就会大大地减弱。因为该钻孔会由于裂缝而扩大,复合物质就会从钻孔的孔壁上分离,以致只保留有很小的夹持力。
因此DE-OS 35 16 866建议了一种在其前端设有一个头部的锚定杆,该头部在该锚定杆被锚定时位于钻孔的底切部位,因而在底切部位实现一个刚性的啮合,这个啮合即使在出现裂缝时也能承受张力。但是,拉拔力大部份建立在底切内的刚性啮合上,因此在有裂缝的混凝土中,效能的下降并不是毫不足道的。此外,此公知的方法要求钻孔具有底切,为了制备这个底切就需要特殊的钻孔工具。
EP-A-O 352 226建议了一种用一根设有一个可膨胀的圆锥的形式的端头的锚定杆在一个圆柱形钻孔内进行锚定的方法。在锚定杆的头部和体干部上涂上分离剂以防止复合物质粘附到锚定杆上。当出现裂缝时,混和物质跟锚定杆脱离,使混合物质与钻孔的孔壁之间的连接仍然保持住。设有可膨胀的圆锥的锚定杆的头部的后继滑动是要对硬化了的混和物栓塞的内孔扩大进行补偿。但是,当锚定杆受力后,可膨胀的圆锥产生沿钻孔底部的方向膨胀的膨胀力,这种膨胀力正是使用复合锚定件进行锚定所要避免的。此外,还存在分离剂在复合锚定件被驱入时被擦掉或损坏、以致出现后继滑动不可能发生的危险。
本发明的目的在于提供一种使用合成树脂来防止发生上述膨胀压力的锚定方法,并提供一种即使在具有裂缝的混凝土中仍具有高值的拉拔力的锚定杆。
本发明的目的通过采用以下的技术方案得以实现。即,锚定杆具有一个朝头部方向缩小的锥形部份,并有一个弹性环形垫圈设置在头部的面向该锥形部份的台肩部位上。为了将本发明的锚定杆放置就位,使用一个冲击钻将它导入一个其中装有一个盛有树脂的容器的圆柱形钻孔内。当树脂硬化后,可将安装扭矩施加到锚定杆上。在施加该安装扭矩时,设置在头部的台肩部位上的弹性垫圈被稍许压缩,因而,由于锚定杆产生朝向钻孔孔口的轻微轴向位移,锚定杆的锥形部份从模制在该部份上的混和物栓塞的锥形部上脱离开。因此在该部份与混和物质之间不再存在任何连接,这样,当有裂缝形成时,在混和物栓塞与钻孔的孔壁之间的粘结连接被保持住。由于头部以可靠的配合连接在混和物栓塞内,因此,即使在开裂的混凝土中仍能保持住锚定杆的全夹持力。锚定杆的头部既不产生膨胀力也不要求锚定杆有后继滑动,这后继滑动本身会导致要固定的物件降低紧固程度。
所述的最好由塑料材料制成的垫圈可以用粘接的方法或用注塑的方法来设置。如果垫圈具开口环的形式,就可以将它夹紧在锥形部份上。
为了确保混和物栓塞在有裂缝形成并且裂缝横过整个锚定杆的范围伸展时不会跟钻孔的孔壁分离开,最好使垫圈设有几个贴靠在锥形部份上的轴向平行的肋。这些肋在混和物栓塞内形成影响裂缝分裂趋向的分离平面。
头部具有倾斜台肩部位以及垫圈具有与该倾斜面相配的外形,也可以促进裂缝横过混和物栓塞的趋势。头部的倾斜面产生一个从锚定杆朝外的刻缺作用(nicking action)。
为了也确保头部的外表面在安装扭矩施加到锚定杆上时脱离开,头部的外表面成形成朝其前端拔梢。
在头部的端面上设置一个楔状顶端有利于压碎盛装树脂的玻璃容器。此外,楔状顶端的面作为一个防止锚定杆在施加安装扭矩时转动的措施。

图3示出锚定杆与垫圈的另一个实施例。
图1所示的锚定杆1具有一个螺母4可以拧在其上来固定一个物件3的外螺纹2。邻接着螺纹2的是一个朝向头部6缩小的锥形部份5。这就产生一个台肩部位7,弹性垫圈8就贴靠在这台肩部位上。弹性垫圈最好由一种在一定压力下可压缩的塑料材料构成。头部6的外表面9构形成使它也是朝向前端稍微带锥度。头部的端面设有一个用于压碎装有复合物质的玻璃容器的屋顶形状的、楔状顶端10。
在构件11上制有一个圆柱形钻孔12来锚定锚定杆1。在将装有树脂、固化剂和可有选择地加入的填料的玻璃容器嵌入孔内以后,用一个冲击钻将锚定杆1驱入钻孔12内。玻璃容器被楔状顶端10压碎,同时复合物质13的各成份在它们被形成在楔状顶端的面混合时被活化。
在固化过程完成、复合物质硬化后,要固定住的物件3被推套在锚定杆的突出构件外面的螺纹部份上,并且螺母4紧固住。由螺母4施加的安装扭矩在锚定杆1上施加一个导致锚定杆1出现一个轻微轴向位移的张力。这位移通过由塑料制成的垫圈8的弹性与/或塑料变形而得以实现。
图2左半部示出锚定杆1的前部在安装扭矩施加前的情况,右半部则示出其在安装扭矩施加后的情况。所产生的张力将垫圈压缩使锚定杆进行一个轻微的轴向位移。带梢度部份5以及头部6的带梢度的外表面因而从混和物栓塞13的壁14上脱离开以致形成一个小的间隙。锚定杆的拉拔力就是头部6固定在混和物质内的结果。由于锚定杆跟混和物质分离,当裂缝形成时,在混和物质与钻孔的孔壁之间的粘结连接仍保持住。从锚定杆1的头部6发生的剪切应力就被跟钻孔孔壁的粘结连接所吸收。
在图3所示的实施例中,头部的台肩部位7稍为向外倾斜。这就引起一个从部份5出发的刻缺作用,这作用在裂缝形成时促成混和物栓塞13裂开。此外,设置在垫圈8上面的、以其后侧贴靠着锥形部份5的轴向平行肋15提供同样是促进混合物栓塞13裂开的、预定的开裂点。
Claims (7)
1、一种用于使用合成树脂进行锚定的锚定杆,它在前端具有一个头部,在后端具有一个用于固定一个物件的螺纹,其特征在于该锚定杆(1)具有一个朝头部(6)方向缩小的锥形部份(5),并有一个弹性环形垫圈(8),设置在头部(6)的面向该锥形部份(5)的台肩部位(7、7a)上。
2、按权利要求1所述的锚定杆,其特征在于垫圈(8)具开口塑料环的形式,并夹紧在锥形部份(5)上。
3、按权利要求1所述的锚定杆,其特征在于有数条轴向平行于锥形部份(5)伸展的并贴靠在其上的肋(15)模制在垫圈(8)上。
4、按权利要求1所述的锚定杆,其特征在于头部(6)的台肩部位(7a)形成一个倾斜面,并且垫圈(8)具有一个与该倾斜面相配的外形。
5、按权利要求1至4中之一项所述的锚定杆,其特征在于头部(6)的外表面(9)成形成朝其前端拔梢。
6、按权利要求1至4中之一项所述的锚定杆,其特征在于头部(6)在其端面上具有一个楔状顶端(10)。
7、按权利要求5所述的锚定杆,其特征在于头部(6)在其端面上具有一个楔状顶端(10)。
