背景技术
涉及异质材料的紧固的技术在包括例如汽车和航空工业在内的各个行业和应用中已变得日益普遍。然而,紧固异质材料中的一个困难由电化学腐蚀造成。当不同金属材料在电解质(例如水)的存在下接触时,由于不同金属材料而引起电化学腐蚀(galvaniccorrosion)的现象。在这样的情况下,由于异质金属材料的电势中的差异而生成腐蚀电流。当发生电化学腐蚀时,在异质金属材料之间的结合点的强度减弱,从而造成不可预期的损坏。
为了解决此问题,使用了许多不同的技术,包括铆接、锁接等。然而,这些技术中的大多数是不方便的,并且造成另外的问题,例如,工件的重量可能通过添加额外的紧固件而增加,或者可能由于接合牢固度不够而出现松动。
发明内容
本发明的示例性实施例可以解决至少一些上述问题。例如,根据本发明的第一方面,用于部件的轻量化紧固方法可包括下列步骤中的一个或多个:提供第一部件和第二部件,第一部件和第二部件分别设有通孔;使第一部件和第二部件的通孔对齐;通过混合第一材料与第二材料而形成混合物;以及将第一材料和第二材料的混合物注入第一部件和第二部件的对齐的通孔中。在一些实例中,第一材料和第二材料的混合物可以在通孔中膨胀(例如由于化学反应),从而将第一部件和第二部件连接在一起。
根据本发明的另外的方面,一体地紧固的组件可以形成为包括带有第一通孔的第一部件和带有第二通孔的第二部件。在组装期间,在第一部件上的第一通孔可以与在第二部件上的第二通孔对齐或部分对齐,并且连接部件可以布置在对齐的第一通孔和第二通孔中。在一些实例中,连接部件可以通过将第一材料和第二材料的混合物注入第一部件和第二部件的对齐的通孔中而形成,并且第一材料和第二材料的混合物可以由于化学反应而在通孔中膨胀,从而将第一部件和第二部件连接在一起。

此外,相比相关领域中的铆接技术,当待紧固的部件由异质金属材料制成时,利用本发明的示例性实施例形成的帽栓可以消除或减少设置在工作部件上的耐腐蚀包层材料的磨损、脱落或切损(剥落)。例如,形成的帽栓的硬度可能较低,因此,形成的帽栓可能不会切去部件的耐腐蚀包层材料。因此,可以防止或抑制在耐腐蚀包层材料本来可能受切损或脱落的情况下由部件的表面上的电解质(例如,水)的存在引起的电化学腐蚀的发生。

参看图2A,第一部件1的第一通孔3与第二部件2的第二通孔3'对齐,以形成对齐的通孔3、3'。
在图2B中,混合物(例如,通过混合第一材料4与第二材料5而形成)可以被注入(或被形成在)通孔3、3'中。
如图2C所示,混合物6中的材料可以(单独地或与其它材料结合)生成化学反应。该化学反应使混合物沿着如图2C所示的箭头向外膨胀。
此外,如图2D所示,在膨胀之后,混合物6可以直接形成向外延伸的边缘7(例如,帽栓),边缘7的面积大于通孔3、3'的面积,以便直接紧固或联接第一部件1和第二部件2。在硬化至固体状态之后,帽栓在硬化之后形成以紧固这两个工作部件,并且在第一部件1和第二部件2的结合点处的紧固强度可以被提高。此外,帽栓可以是例如相对轻质的,使得它不会将过大的重量增加到工作部件。

此外,相比于第一部件1、第二部件2和/或固定到第一和第二部件或形成于第一和第二部件上的任何包层或其它涂层中的材料,由混合物6形成的帽栓的硬度可以是相对较低的。这样,形成的帽栓可以防止或减少例如设置在第一部件1和第二部件2上的耐腐蚀包层材料的磨损、脱落或切损(剥落)。因此,本申请可以防止或抑制在耐腐蚀包层材料本来可能受切损(剥落)或脱落的情况下由部件的表面上的电解质(例如,水)的存在引起的电化学腐蚀的发生。
现在参看图3,示出了可以可操作地连接到马达转子组件、齿轮箱和/或上文所述且由电动车辆提供的任何其它部件的计算机系统或其它车载计算机设备300的示例性框图。可以预期,计算机系统或其它车载计算机设备300可以控制电动车辆和/或上述特征的一个或多个方面。在一些示例中,计算机系统或其它车载计算机设备300可包括平板型计算机,个人数据助理、智能手机、游戏控制台和/或用于控制电动车辆的专用计算机系统。前述计算设备中的任何特定的一个可以完全地或至少部分地被配置成呈现类似于计算机系统300的特征。
计算机设备300示出为其所包括的硬件元件,该硬件元件可以经由总线302而互相电连接(或在适当时可以以其它方式连通)。硬件元件可包括:具有一个或多个处理器304的处理单元,处理器包括但不限于一个或多个通用处理器和/或一个或多个专用处理器(例如,数字信号处理芯片、图形加速处理器、和/或类似物);一个或多个输入设备306,其可包括但不限于转向盘、气候控制按钮或其它用户输入接收按钮、和/或类似物;以及一个或多个输出设备308,其可包括但不限于演示设备(例如,计算机屏幕)、GPS、和/或类似物。
计算机系统300还可包括(和/或连通到)一个或多个非暂态存储设备310,存储设备可包括但不限于本地和/或网络可访问的存储器,和/或可包括但不限于硬盘驱动器、驱动器阵列、光学存储设备、诸如随机存取存储器和/或只读存储器的固态存储设备,该存储设备可以是可编程的、可快闪更新的、和/或类似的。这样的存储设备可被配置成实现任何合适的数据存储,包括但不限于各种文件系统、数据库结构、和/或类似物。
计算机设备300也可包括通信子系统312,其可包括但不限于:调制解调器;网卡(无线的和/或有线的);红外通信设备;无线通信设备和/或芯片组,例如,BluetoothTM设备、802.11设备、WiFi设备、WiMax设备;蜂窝通信设施,例如,GSM(全球移动通信系统)、W-CDMA(宽带码分多址)、LTE(长期演进)等;和/或类似物。通信子系统312可以允许与网络(例如,下述网络,以举一个示例)、其它计算机系统、和/或本文所述任何其它设备交换数据。在许多实施例中,计算机系统300还将包括工作存储器314,其可包括如上所述的随机存取存储器和/或只读存储器设备。
计算机设备300也可包括软件元件,其示出为当前位于工作存储器314内,包括操作系统316、设备驱动程序、可执行库、和/或其它代码,例如一个或多个应用程序318,该应用程序可包括由各种实施例提供的计算机程序,和/或可以设计用于实现方法和/或配置由如本文所述其它实施例提供的系统。举例来说,结合上文讨论的(多种)方法和/或系统部件描述的一个或多个程序可能被实现为可由计算机(和/或计算机内的处理器)执行的代码和/或指令;在一方面,然后,这样的代码和/或指令可用来构造和/或调整通用计算机(或其它设备),以根据所描述的方法执行一个或多个操作。

显而易见的是,以上实施例可以根据具体要求进行大量或本质性的修改。例如,也可能使用定制的硬件,和/或特定的元件可能在硬件、软件(包括诸如小程序等的可移植软件)或两者中实现。此外,可以采用到诸如网络输入/输出设备的其它计算设备的连接。
如上所述,在一个方面,一些实施例可以采用计算机系统(例如,计算机设备300)来执行根据本发明的各种实施例的方法。根据一组实施例,这样的方法的一些或全部程序由计算机系统300响应于处理器304而被执行,该处理器304执行包含在工作存储器314中的一个或多个指令的一个或多个序列(其可以并入操作系统316和/或诸如应用程序318的其它代码中)。这样的指令可以从诸如一个或多个存储设备310的另一个计算机可读介质读入工作存储器314中。仅仅举例来说,包含在工作存储器314中的指令的序列的执行可以使得处理器304执行本文所述方法的一个或多个程序。

实体和/或有形的计算机可读介质的示例形式可包括软盘、软磁盘、硬盘、磁带、或任何其它磁性介质、致密盘、任何其它光学介质、ROM、RAM等、任何其它存储芯片或盒、或任何其它介质(计算机可以从该介质读取指令和/或代码)。各种形式的计算机可读介质可以涉及将一个或多个指令的一个或多个序列携带到处理器304以用于执行。举例来说,指令可以初始地携带在远程计算机的磁盘和/或光盘上。远程计算机可能将指令加载到其动态存储器中,并且将指令作为信号在传输介质上发送,以由计算机系统300接收和/或执行。
通信子系统312(和/或其部件)通常将接收信号,并且总线302接着可能将信号(和/或由信号携带的数据、指令等)携带到工作存储器314,处理器304从工作存储器314检索并执行指令。由工作存储器314接收的指令可以可选地在由处理器304执行之前或之后存储在非暂态存储设备310上。
还应当理解,计算机设备300的部件可以被分布在网络上。例如,一些处理可以在一个位置使用第一处理器执行,而其它处理可以由远离第一处理器的另一个处理器执行。计算机系统300的其它部件可以类似地分布。因此,计算机设备300可以解释为在多个位置执行处理的分布式计算系统。在一些情况下,计算机系统300可以被理解为单个计算设备,例如,不同的膝上型计算机、台式计算机等,视上下文而定。
虽然已结合附图中所示具体实施例描述了本发明,但应当理解,在不脱离本发明的精神、范围和背景的情况下,由本发明提供的马达转子组件和电动车辆马达可具有各种变型。本领域的普通技术人员还应意识到,由本发明公开的实施例中的参数以不同的方式(例如,尺寸、形状、元件或材料的类型)变化,并且这些变化应落入本发明和权利要求的精神和范围内。
以上讨论的方法、系统和设备是示例。各种配置可以在适当时省略、替换或添加各种方法步骤或程序或系统部件。例如,在替代的配置中,可以以不同于所描述的顺序来执行方法,和/或可以添加、省略和/或组合各个阶段。另外,关于某些配置描述的特征可以在各种其它配置中结合。配置的不同方面和元件可以以类似的方式结合。另外,技术在演进,因此元件中的许多是示例,而非限制本发明或权利要求的范围。

Claims (26)

1.一种用于部件的紧固方法,包括:
提供具有第一通孔的第一部件;
提供具有第二通孔的第二部件;
使所述第一部件的所述第一通孔和所述第二部件的所述第二通孔对齐;
将第一材料插入到对齐的所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔中;
将第二材料插入到对齐的所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔中;
将对齐的所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔中的所述第一材料与所述第二材料混合而形成混合物;以及
使得所述第一材料和所述第二材料的所述混合物在对齐的所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔中膨胀以形成面积大于对齐的所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔的面积的轻量化帽栓,从而所述轻量化帽栓将所述第一部件和所述第二部件连接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中:
所述第一材料包括异氰酸酯,并且所述第二材料包括多元醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中:
所述第一材料和所述第二材料的所述混合物的膨胀形成外边缘,所述外边缘具有比对齐的所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔的面积更大的面积。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中:
所述用于部件的紧固方法用于连接车辆的两个部件。
5.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中:
所述用于部件的紧固方法用于连接电动车辆的两个部件。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中:
所述第一部件和所述第二部件由异质金属材料制成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第一材料和所述第二材料的所述混合物由于化学反应而在对齐的所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔中膨胀。
8.根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括使所膨胀的混合物硬化,其中,所硬化的混合物比所述第一部件、所述第二部件或设置在所述第一部件或所述第二部件上的包层中的至少一者更软。
9.根据权利要求1所述的紧固方法,其中所述第一部件的外表面与所述第二部件的外表面接触,并且所述第一部件和所述第二部件不在彼此之内。
10.一种紧固的组件,包括:
第一部件,其中,所述第一部件形成有第一通孔;
第二部件,其中,所述第二部件形成有第二通孔,并且在组装期间,在所述第一部件上的所述第一通孔与在所述第二部件上的所述第二通孔对齐;以及
连接部件,所述连接部件布置在对齐的所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔内,所述连接部件通过以下方式形成:
将第一材料插入到对齐的所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔中;
将第二材料插入到对齐的所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔中;
在对齐的所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔中将所述第一材料与所述第二材料混合;
使得所述第一材料和所述第二材料的混合物在对齐的所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔中膨胀并硬化,从而将所述第一部件和所述第二部件连接在一起。
11.根据权利要求10所述的组件,其中:
所述第一材料包括异氰酸酯,并且所述第二材料包括多元醇。
12.根据权利要求10所述的组件,其中:
所述第一材料和所述第二材料的所述混合物的膨胀形成外边缘,所述外边缘具有比对齐的所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔的面积更大的面积。
13.根据权利要求12所述的组件,其中:
所述第一部件和所述第二部件是车辆的两个部件。
14.根据权利要求12所述的组件,其中:
所述第一部件和所述第二部件是电动车辆的两个部件。
15.根据权利要求10所述的组件,其中:
所述第一部件和所述第二部件由异质金属材料制成。
16.根据权利要求10所述的组件,其中,所述第一材料和所述第二材料的所述混合物由于化学反应而在对齐的所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔中膨胀。
17.根据权利要求10所述的组件,其中,所硬化的混合物比所述第一部件、所述第二部件或设置在所述第一部件或所述第二部件上的包层中的至少一者更软。
18.根据权利要求10所述的组件,其中所述第一部件的外表面与所述第二部件的外表面接触,并且所述第一部件和所述第二部件不在彼此之内。
19.一种机动车组件,包括:
第一车身部件,所述第一车身部件形成有第一通孔;
第二车身部件,所述第二车身部件形成有第二通孔,所述第二通孔与所述第一通孔至少部分地对齐;以及
整体的连接部件,所述整体的连接部件至少部分地设置在所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔中,所述整体的连接部件由至少第一材料和第二材料的混合物在对齐的所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔中膨胀和硬化而形成以将所述第一车身部件和所述第二车身部件连接在一起,并且所述整体的连接部件包括比所述第一通孔宽的第一膨胀部分和比所述第二通孔宽的第二膨胀部分。
20.根据权利要求19所述的组件,其中:
所述第一材料包括异氰酸酯,并且所述第二材料包括多元醇。
21.根据权利要求19所述的组件,其中,所述第一膨胀部分和所述第二膨胀部分在所述混合物的硬化期间通过所述第一材料和所述第二材料的混合物的膨胀形成。
22.根据权利要求21所述的组件,其中:
所述第一车身部件和所述第二车身部件是车辆的两个部件。
23.根据权利要求21所述的组件,其中:
所述第一车身部件和所述第二车身部件是电动车辆的两个部件。
24.根据权利要求19所述的组件,其中:
所述第一车身部件和所述第二车身部件由异质金属材料制成。
25.根据权利要求19所述的组件,其中,所述第一材料和所述第二材料的所述混合物由于化学反应而在对齐的所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔中膨胀。
