技术领域
本发明涉及防水卷材领域,具体涉及一种抗老化防水卷材及制备方法。
背景技术
防水材料广泛应用于各种工业与民用建筑的屋面、地下室的工程防水,以及地铁、隧道、公路桥梁等市政及水利设施的工程防水中,目前的防水卷材抗破坏力差,易出现刺破或撕裂现象,需耗费人力、物力进行修补,缩短了防水材料的使用寿命,造成资源和资金的浪费。
防水卷材是建筑施工中常用的一种建筑材料,在道路桥梁、屋顶或需要防水的建筑物的施工中,均需要预先铺制防水卷材。而目前常用的防水卷材为高分子聚合物改性沥青,根据防水卷材应用的场所的不同,需要给防水卷材一定的特殊性能,比如在沿海地区和高盐碱地区,因为受盐碱侵蚀,建筑物的防水工程要求比一般的建筑物防水标准更高,尤其要求防水材料要具有优异耐盐碱腐蚀性能和抗氯离子渗透性、能够长时间处于高盐碱环境中仍保持良好防水性能,能够抵抗高温和严寒。在防火等级要求高的应用场所,就要求所需防水卷材有一定的防火阻燃性能,而普通的高分子聚合物改性沥青的防火阻燃性能较差,不能达到使用要求。
防水卷材是整个工程防水的第一道屏障,对整个工程起到至关重要的作用,产品主要有沥青防水卷材和高分子防水卷材,防水卷材的老化成为防水卷材应用所面临的最大的威胁,卷材的老化不仅直接导致防水效果大大降低,还使得卷材变脆、变硬,大大降低利用价值。常见的防水卷材的老化的表现形式为不同程度的收缩、开裂或者卷材有收缩、腐烂现象,卷材的老化对工程的质量造成重大影响,不仅起不到防水效果,还会为整个建筑造成不良影响,卷材的重新铺设又会对用户造成不便,因此,设法减少防水卷材受老化的影响,减慢老化速度,成为目前防水卷材研究的重点之一。
传统的沥青防水卷材,虽然成本低,但是拉伸强度差、延伸率低、温度稳定性差,容易受天气及外界环境的影响,导致防水卷材的防水效果较差、耐老化性能差、使用年限较短,间接增加了用户的使用成本。
因此,研究开发一种能够有保持防水卷材良好防水效果的同时,又具有较好的热稳定性、环境稳定性及较好力学性能的防水卷材具有较好的应用价值及现实意义。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种抗老化防水卷材及制备方法,所述防水卷材不仅具有较好的防水效果,还具有较好的热稳定性、防腐蚀、防氧化老化性能,使用寿命较长,有效避免了现有技术中因防水卷材的快速老化造成的频繁更换防水卷材的状况,降低了劳动成本和使用成本,具有较好的应用价值。

本发明涉及一种抗老化防水卷材,包括基材层,所述基材层为玻纤毡层,所述防水卷材还包括设置在基材层上表面的第一防水层,设置在基材层下表面的第二防水层,所述第一防水层上表面还设置有防腐层,所述防腐层上表面设有第一抗老化层,所述第二防水层下表面设有第二抗老化层。
优选地,所述第一防水层和第二防水层为自粘SBS改性沥青层。
优选地,所述自粘SBS改性沥青层包括如下重量份数的各组分:沥青基质60~70份,SBS 10~20份,改性剂5~10份,填充剂10~20份,抗老化剂0.5~1.5份,抗剥落剂0.1~0.5份,软化剂3~8份,增韧剂1~1.5份、稳定剂0.5~2.5份、相容剂1~3份。
优选地,所述填充料为滑石粉、碳酸钙中的一种。
优选地,所述防腐层为环氧树脂/石墨烯纳米复合材料。
优选地,所述第一抗老化层和第二抗老化层为石墨烯改性聚氨酯涂层。
本发明还涉及一种抗老化防水卷材的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)自粘SBS改性沥青的制备:将沥青基质加热到160~170℃,加入软化剂搅拌0.5~1h;加入SBS、改性剂,充分混合,并于180~185℃、转速为6500~7500rap/min的高剪切速率下剪切10~20min,再向混合物中加入相容剂,170~185℃条件下反应1~2h;向反应混合物中按照配比加入填充料,抗氧化剂,增韧剂、抗剥落剂、稳定剂,搅拌反应0.5~1.5h,反应结束后,冷却,即制得改性沥青;
(2)环氧树脂/石墨烯纳米复合材料的制备:将氧化石墨烯水溶液加入到环氧树脂中,混合搅拌反应2~3h,向混合物中加入维生素C水溶液进行原位还原反应2~3h,清洗、提纯、分离达到所述环氧树脂/石墨烯纳米复合材料。
(3)石墨烯改性聚氨酯涂层的制备:将氧化石墨烯分散在水相中,再与聚氨酯预聚体进行乳化反应,反应结束后滴加维生素C溶液进行原位还原反应,即得到石墨烯改性聚氨酯涂料;
(4)防水卷材的制备:将无纺布层胎基层展开,在玻纤毡层上下表面各涂覆一层自粘SBS改性沥青层,涂覆厚度为0.8~2mm;在一面的SBS改性沥青层表面涂覆防腐复合材料,即聚环氧树脂/石墨烯纳米复合材料,涂覆厚度0.4~0.6mm,在另一面的SBS改性沥青层表面和防腐层的表面均匀涂覆石墨烯改性聚氨酯涂料,涂覆厚度0.3~0.8mm。
优选地,所述防水卷材还可制备成关于基材层上下对称的结构,所述防腐层的层数与所述抗老化层的层数可根据情况增加。。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
(1)本发明所述的抗老化防水卷材,采用双重防水层和双重抗老化层,有效提高防水卷材的防水效果的同时大大提高了防水卷材的抗老化、抗腐蚀性能;
(2)本发明采用环氧树脂/石墨烯纳米复合材料作为防腐层,由于石墨烯具有片层共轭结构,层层叠加形成致密的防腐层,能够有效抑制水对涂膜的浸润与渗透,起到防水防腐作用;由于石墨烯优异的力学性能,使得防卷材有较好的韧性及耐摩擦、耐刮擦性能;
(3)采用石墨烯改性聚氨酯涂层作为抗老化层,由于石墨烯具有片层共轭结构,层层叠加形成致密的防腐层,形成致密的物理防腐层,能够有效抑制水对涂膜的浸润与渗透,起到物理防腐作用;将复合材料涂覆在防水卷材表面形成一层致密的保护膜,不仅提高了防水效果,还使得防水卷材具有较好的力学性能、热稳定性和抗老化性能;
(4)所述防水卷材,各层之间粘合性好,制备工艺简单,反应条件温和,符合目前建筑行业的需求,具有较高的应用价值。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1:
如图1所示,本发明涉及一种抗老化防水卷材,包括基材层1,所述基材层1为玻纤毡层,还包括设置在基材层1上表面的第一防水层2,设置在基材层1下表面的第二防水层3,所述第一防水层2上表面还设置有防腐层4,所述防腐层4上表面设有第一抗老化层5,所述第二防水层3下表面设有第二抗老化层6。其中,所述第一防水层2和第二防水层3为自粘SBS改性沥青层。所述防腐层4为环氧树脂/石墨烯纳米复合材料,所述第一抗老化层5和第二抗老化层6为石墨烯改性聚氨酯涂层。
所述自粘SBS改性沥青层包括如下重量份数的各组分:沥青基质65份,SBS 15份,改性剂8份,填充剂15份,抗老化剂1.0份,抗剥落剂0.3份,软化剂5份,增韧剂1.2份、稳定剂1.5份、相容剂2份。所述填充料为滑石粉。
所述抗老化防水卷材的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)自粘SBS改性沥青的制备:将沥青基质加热到165℃,加入软化剂搅拌0.5h;加入SBS、改性剂,充分混合,并于180℃、转速为7000rap/min的高剪切速率下剪切15min,再向混合物中加入相容剂,180℃条件下反应1.5h;向反应混合物中按照配比加入填充料,抗氧化剂,增韧剂、抗剥落剂、稳定剂,搅拌反应1h,反应结束后,冷却,即制得改性沥青;
(2)环氧树脂/石墨烯纳米复合材料的制备:将氧化石墨烯水溶液加入到环氧树脂中,混合搅拌反应2h,向混合物中加入维生素C水溶液进行原位还原反应2h,清洗、提纯、分离达到所述环氧树脂/石墨烯纳米复合材料。
(3)石墨烯改性聚氨酯涂层的制备:将氧化石墨烯分散在水相中,再与聚氨酯预聚体进行乳化反应,反应结束后滴加维生素C溶液进行原位还原反应,即得到石墨烯改性聚氨酯涂料;
(4)防水卷材的制备:将无纺布层胎基层展开,在玻纤毡层上下表面各涂覆一层自粘SBS改性沥青层,涂覆厚度为1.5mm;在一面的SBS改性沥青层表面涂覆防腐复合材料,即聚环氧树脂/石墨烯纳米复合材料,涂覆厚度0.5mm,在另一面的SBS改性沥青层表面和防腐层的表面均匀涂覆石墨烯改性聚氨酯涂料,涂覆厚度0.5mm。
实施例2:
本发明涉及一种抗老化防水卷材,包括基材层,所述基材层为玻纤毡层,还包括设置在基材层上表面的第一防水层,设置在基材层下表面的第二防水层,所述第一防水层上表面还设置有防腐层,所述防腐层上表面设有第一抗老化层,所述第二防水层下表面设有第二抗老化层。其中,所述第一防水层和第二防水层为自粘SBS改性沥青层。所述防腐层为环氧树脂/石墨烯纳米复合材料,所述第一抗老化层和第二抗老化层为石墨烯改性聚氨酯涂层。
所述自粘SBS改性沥青层包括如下重量份数的各组分:沥青基质60份,SBS 10份,改性剂5份,填充剂10份,抗老化剂0.5份,抗剥落剂0.1份,软化剂3份,增韧剂1份、稳定剂0.5份、相容剂1份。所述填充料为滑石粉。
所述抗老化防水卷材的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)自粘SBS改性沥青的制备:将沥青基质加热到160℃,加入软化剂搅拌1h;加入SBS、改性剂,充分混合,并于185℃、转速为7500rap/min的高剪切速率下剪切10min,再向混合物中加入相容剂, 185℃条件下反应1h;向反应混合物中按照配比加入填充料,抗氧化剂,增韧剂、抗剥落剂、稳定剂,搅拌反应0.5h,反应结束后,冷却,即制得改性沥青;
(2)环氧树脂/石墨烯纳米复合材料的制备:将氧化石墨烯水溶液加入到环氧树脂中,混合搅拌反应2h,向混合物中加入维生素C水溶液进行原位还原反应2h,清洗、提纯、分离达到所述环氧树脂/石墨烯纳米复合材料。
(3)石墨烯改性聚氨酯涂层的制备:将氧化石墨烯分散在水相中,再与聚氨酯预聚体进行乳化反应,反应结束后滴加维生素C溶液进行原位还原反应,即得到石墨烯改性聚氨酯涂料;
(4)防水卷材的制备:将无纺布层胎基层展开,在玻纤毡层上下表面各涂覆一层自粘SBS改性沥青层,涂覆厚度为0.8mm;在一面的SBS改性沥青层表面涂覆防腐复合材料,即聚环氧树脂/石墨烯纳米复合材料,涂覆厚度0.4mm,在另一面的SBS改性沥青层表面和防腐层的表面均匀涂覆石墨烯改性聚氨酯涂料,涂覆厚度0.3mm。
实施例3:
本发明涉及一种抗老化防水卷材,包括基材层,所述基材层为玻纤毡层,还包括设置在基材层上表面的第一防水层,设置在基材层下表面的第二防水层,所述第一防水层上表面还设置有防腐层,所述防腐层上表面设有第一抗老化层,所述第二防水层下表面设有第二抗老化层。其中,所述第一防水层和第二防水层为自粘SBS改性沥青层。所述防腐层为环氧树脂/石墨烯纳米复合材料,所述第一抗老化层和第二抗老化层为石墨烯改性聚氨酯涂层。
所述自粘SBS改性沥青层包括如下重量份数的各组分:沥青基质70份,SBS 20份,改性剂10份,填充剂20份,抗老化剂1.5份,抗剥落剂0.5份,软化剂8份,增韧剂1.5份、稳定剂2.5份、相容剂3份。所述填充料为碳酸钙。
所述抗老化防水卷材的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)自粘SBS改性沥青的制备:将沥青基质加热到170℃,加入软化剂搅拌0.5h;加入SBS、改性剂,充分混合,并于180℃、转速为6500rap/min的高剪切速率下剪切20min,再向混合物中加入相容剂,170℃条件下反应2h;向反应混合物中按照配比加入填充料,抗氧化剂,增韧剂、抗剥落剂、稳定剂,搅拌反应1.5h,反应结束后,冷却,即制得改性沥青;
(2)环氧树脂/石墨烯纳米复合材料的制备:将氧化石墨烯水溶液加入到环氧树脂中,混合搅拌反应3h,向混合物中加入维生素C水溶液进行原位还原反应3h,清洗、提纯、分离达到所述环氧树脂/石墨烯纳米复合材料。
(3)石墨烯改性聚氨酯涂层的制备:将氧化石墨烯分散在水相中,再与聚氨酯预聚体进行乳化反应,反应结束后滴加维生素C溶液进行原位还原反应,即得到石墨烯改性聚氨酯涂料;
(4)防水卷材的制备:将无纺布层胎基层展开,在玻纤毡层上下表面各涂覆一层自粘SBS改性沥青层,涂覆厚度为2mm;在一面的SBS改性沥青层表面涂覆防腐复合材料,即聚环氧树脂/石墨烯纳米复合材料,涂覆厚度0.6mm,在另一面的SBS改性沥青层表面和防腐层的表面均匀涂覆石墨烯改性聚氨酯涂料,涂覆厚度0.8mm。
实施例4:
如图2所示,本发明涉及一种抗老化防水卷材,包括基材层1,所述基材层1为玻纤毡层,基材层1上表面的第一防水层2,设置在基材层1下表面的第二防水层3,所述第一防水层2上表面还设置有第一防腐层4,所述第二防水,3下表面设有第二防腐层5,所述第一防腐层4上表面设有第一抗老化层6,所述第二防腐层5下表面设有第二抗老化层7。其中,所述第一防水层和第二防水层为自粘SBS改性沥青层。所述第一防腐层和第二防腐层为环氧树脂/石墨烯纳米复合材料,所述第一抗老化层和第二抗老化层为石墨烯改性聚氨酯涂层。
其中,防腐层和抗氧化层的层数还可根据实际情况进行增加或者减少,以适应不同环境的需求。
本发明所述的抗老化防水卷材,采用双重防水层和双重抗老化层,有效提高防水卷材的防水效果的同时大大提高了防水卷材的抗老化、抗腐蚀性能;以环氧树脂/石墨烯纳米复合材料防腐层,以石墨烯改性聚氨酯涂层作为抗老化层,由于石墨烯具有片层共轭结构,层层叠加形成致密的防腐层,能够有效抑制水对涂膜的浸润与渗透,起到防水防腐作用;将复合材料涂覆在防水卷材表面形成一层致密的保护膜,不仅提高了防水效果,还使得防水卷材具有较好的力学性能、热稳定性和抗老化性能;所述防水卷材,各层之间粘合性好,制备工艺简单,反应条件温和,符合目前建筑行业的需求,具有较高的应用价值。

Claims (8)

1.一种抗老化防水卷材,包括基材层,所述基材层为玻纤毡层,其特征在于:所述防水卷材还包括设置在基材层上表面的第一防水层,设置在基材层下表面的第二防水层,所述第一防水层上表面还设置有防腐层,所述防腐层上表面设有第一抗老化层,所述第二防水层下表面设有第二抗老化层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗老化防水卷材,其特征在于:所述第一防水层和第二防水层为自粘SBS改性沥青层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抗老化防水卷材,其特征在于:所述自粘SBS改性沥青层包括如下重量份数的各组分:沥青基质60~70份,SBS 10~20份,改性剂5~10份,填充剂10~20份,抗老化剂0.5~1.5份,抗剥落剂0.1~0.5份,软化剂3~8份,增韧剂1~1.5份、稳定剂0.5~2.5份、相容剂1~3份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗老化防水卷材,其特征在于:所述填充料为滑石粉、碳酸钙中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗老化防水卷材,其特征在于:所述防腐层为环氧树脂/石墨烯纳米复合材料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抗老化防水卷材,其特征在于:所述第一抗老化层和第二抗老化层为石墨烯改性聚氨酯涂层。
7.一种根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的抗老化防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)自粘SBS改性沥青的制备:将沥青基质加热到160~170℃,加入软化剂搅拌0.5~1h;加入SBS、改性剂,充分混合,并于180~185℃、转速为6500~7500rap/min的高剪切速率下剪切10~20min,再向混合物中加入相容剂,170~185℃条件下反应1~2h;向反应混合物中按照配比加入填充料,抗氧化剂,增韧剂、抗剥落剂、稳定剂,搅拌反应0.5~1.5h,反应结束后,冷却,即制得改性沥青;
(2)环氧树脂/石墨烯纳米复合材料的制备:将氧化石墨烯水溶液加入到环氧树脂中,混合搅拌反应2~3h,向混合物中加入维生素C水溶液进行原位还原反应2~3h,清洗、提纯、分离达到所述环氧树脂/石墨烯纳米复合材料;
(3)石墨烯改性聚氨酯涂层的制备:将氧化石墨烯分散在水相中,再与聚氨酯预聚体进行乳化反应,反应结束后滴加维生素C溶液进行原位还原反应,即得到石墨烯改性聚氨酯涂料;
(4)防水卷材的制备:将无纺布层胎基层展开,在玻纤毡层上下表面各涂覆一层自粘SBS改性沥青层,涂覆厚度为0.8~2mm;在一面的SBS改性沥青层表面涂覆防腐复合材料,即聚环氧树脂/石墨烯纳米复合材料,涂覆厚度0.4~0.6mm,在另一面的SBS改性沥青层表面和防腐层的表面均匀涂覆石墨烯改性聚氨酯涂料,涂覆厚度0.3~0.8mm。
8.根据权利要求7任一项所述的抗老化防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于:所述防水卷材还可制备成关于基材层上下对称的结构,所述防腐层的层数与所述抗老化层的层数可根据情况增加。
