Abstract

喹烯酮是一种重要的化工原料,喹烯酮的生产工艺为:在溶解釜内加入喹烯酮原料药粗品,用计量泵加入甲醇,同时升温至40℃左右,喹烯酮原料药混合溶解约5h,待完全溶解后用夹套冷冻水降温,降至5℃左右,产品结晶析出,再放入过滤器进行离心过滤,得到晶体去烘干。母液送至精馏塔回收套用。烘干后的晶体经过粉碎、过筛、混合后,包装得到喹烯酮产品。

主要用途:本产品抑菌作用强,促生长作用显著,对大多数革兰氏阴性菌有抑制作用,无毒,无致癌、致畸、致突变作用,作为饲料添加剂广泛用于成年及幼年家畜、家禽、鱼虾等。
3、工艺说明
在溶解釜内加入喹烯酮原料药粗品,用计量泵加入甲醇,同时升温至40℃左右,
喹烯酮原料药混合溶解约5h,待完全溶解后用夹套冷冻水降温,降至5℃左右,产品结晶析出,再放入过滤器进行离心过滤,得到晶体去烘干。母液送至精馏塔回收套用。烘干后的晶体经过粉碎、过筛、混合后,包装得到喹烯酮产品。
