Abstract

本发明公开了一种致密通气用石墨管生产工艺,涉及原料粉碎、混捏、成型、焙烧、石墨化、机械加工、浸渍的生产工艺。尤其是浸渍是在生坯石墨化后经机械加工去芯成管后,再实施浸渍沥青,采用管壁内外两面同时沥青浸渍渗透的加工技术,极大地减少了气孔产生的几率,成品率得到了很大的提升。

一种致密通气用石墨管生产工艺
技术领域
本发明属于石墨化提纯加工领域,特别是涉及一种致密通气石墨管生产工艺。
背景技术
高性能石墨主要指高强度、高密度、高纯度石墨制品,在高科技领域、新技术领域等方面有着宽广的应用空间,广泛应用于化工 、航天、冶金、机械、核能等众多工业领域 ,具有广泛的应用前景 。目前,我国的高性能石墨生产技术尚处在初级阶段,主要产品大都依赖进口。由于炭素的多空性和疏松性,使得碳材料的理化性能和机械性能往往较差,通常采用高温热处理,焙烧和进行石墨化来提高其性能,以满足不同行业需求。石墨化炉高温纯化用通气石墨管,主要要求不漏气并有非常高的耐高温性能及一定的机械强度,其生产难度相当大,往往不能兼备。目前,国内通常采用的先浸渍沥青后进行高温热处理后再进行机械加工的工艺技术,生产出的成品不能达到有害气体(氯气)不泄露的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:克服以上的不足,提供一种不透气的通气用石墨管生产工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:加工工艺:原料粉碎、混捏、成型、焙烧、石墨化、机械加工、浸渍的生产工艺。所述成型采用挤压成型,成型品为ø180*1700mm圆柱体生坯;所述浸渍是在生坯石墨化后经机械加工去芯成管后,再实施浸渍沥青。在1~2 MPa 压力下,管壁内外两面同时浸渍沥青,浸渍时间为24~36分钟。
在本发明的生产工艺中,原料成型为圆柱体生坯,生坯经焙烧、石墨化后去芯成管材,然后在一定的压力下,将管材内外管壁两面同时浸渍沥青,这样的技术方案制成的产品在使用中,减少了产生气孔的几率,提高了管材的致密性,几乎做到了制品不透气。
本发明生产出的石墨管为不漏气、耐高温通气用管,通气压力可达0.5~0.8MPa。
由于采用了上述方案,本发明的有益效果是:在提高生产效率,降低了成本的同时,生产出了一种致密、不漏气且耐一定压力的高性能通气用石墨管,同时柱芯也可再利用。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明工艺作进一步详细说明。
实施例1:
1、原料(石油焦)粉碎磨粉;
2、加沥青,双轴搅拌混捏;
3、挤压成ø180*1700mm圆柱体生坯;
4、1000℃~1200℃焙烧碳化,制成圆柱体炭质制品;
5、石墨化加工;
6、机械加工,取出柱芯,制得石墨质管材;
7、将管材置于密闭仓内,抽真空、加200℃沥青,在1.6KPa压力下,浸渍30分钟;
8、碳化并精加工石墨化管材,制得不透气通气石墨管成品;
9、成品密闭性检测。
实施例2:
1、原料(石油焦、沥青焦)粉碎磨粉;
2、加沥青,加压混捏;
3、挤压成ø180*1700mm圆柱体生坯;
4、1200℃~1500℃焙烧碳化,制成圆柱体炭质制品;
5、石墨化加工;
6、机械加工,取出柱芯,制得炭质管材;
7、将管材置于密闭仓内,抽真空,加沥青,然后在1.6KPa压力下浸渍36分钟;
8、将浸渍后的管材再次碳化;
9、精加工石墨化管材制得不透气通气石墨管成品;
10、成品密闭性检测。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

1.一种致密通气用石墨管生产工艺,其特征在于:经过原料粉碎、混捏、成型、焙烧、石墨化、机械加工、浸渍的工艺步骤。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种致密通气用石墨管生产工艺,其特征在于:所述成型采用挤压成型,成型品为ø180*1700mm圆柱体生坯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种致密通气用石墨管生产工艺,其特征在于:
所述浸渍是在生坯石墨化后经机械加工去芯成管后,再实施浸渍沥青。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种致密通气用石墨管生产工艺,其特征在于:所述浸渍是在1~2 MPa压力下,管壁内外两面同时沥青浸渍。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种致密通气用石墨管生产工艺,其特征在于:所述浸渍时间为24~36分钟。
6.根据权利要求1~5所述的一种致密通气用石墨管生产工艺,其特征在于:所述石墨管为石墨化炉纯化用不透气、耐高温通气管。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种致密通气用石墨管生产工艺,其特征在于:所述通气管的气体压力是0.5~0.8MPa。
