本发明涉及油墨智能反应釜领域,具体涉及一种油墨智能反应釜。
背景技术
油墨是用于包装材料印刷的重要材料,它通过印刷将图案、文字表现在承印物上油墨中包括主要成分和辅助成分,它们均匀地混合并经反复轧制而成一种粘性胶状流体。反应釜是锅体、锅盖、搅拌器、电加热油夹管、支承及传动装置、轴封装置、溢油槽等组成,并配有电加热棒及测温、测压表。反应釜广泛应用于石油、化工、橡胶、农药、染料、医药、食品,用来完成硫化、硝化、氢化、烃化、聚合、缩合等工艺过程的压力容器。油墨智能反应釜是生产油墨的设备之一,目前油墨反应釜存在着智能化程度不高以及反应不完全的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种油墨智能反应釜,以解决现有技术中智能化程度不高以及反应不完全的缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:一种油墨智能反应釜,所述油墨智能反应釜包括釜体、反应釜电机、搅拌轴和支座,所述釜体固定在支座上,所述釜体上端设置有进料口、安全阀、进气口和出气口,所述釜体的外壁上设置有操作面板,所述釜体的底侧设置有出料口,所述反应釜电机固定于釜体的顶端,所述反应釜电机上设置有控制器,所述控制器与操作面板连接,所述反应釜电机下侧与设置在釜体内部的搅拌轴连接,所述搅拌轴上设置有温湿度传感器和压力传感器,所述温湿度传感器和压力传感器与控制器连接。
优选的,所述搅拌轴上设置有十字形搅拌桨叶。
优选的,所述十字形搅拌桨叶上设置有导液板,所述导液板通过螺钉固定在十字形搅拌桨叶上。
优选的,所述十字形搅拌桨叶之间设置有条形刮板,所述条形刮板的端部设置有刮板垫片。
优选的,所述釜体的上侧设置有观察口。

此外,如图2所示,所述搅拌轴3上设置有十字形搅拌桨叶14,所述十字形搅拌桨叶14上设置有导液板15,所述导液板15通过螺钉16固定在十字形搅拌桨叶14上,所述十字形搅拌桨叶14之间设置有条形刮板17,所述条形刮板17的端部设置有刮板垫片18,所述釜体1的上侧设置有观察口19。
