本发明提供一种荔枝果汁及其制备方法,属于食品加工领域,所述荔枝果汁的原料包括荔枝、红莲花瓣、柚子皮、蜂蜜、甘草、草贝母、打火草。本发明还提供所述荔枝果汁的制备方法,其制备方法包括:制备红莲荔枝汁、制备中草药粉、制备柚子皮中草药汁、制备混合果汁、制备荔枝果汁。本发明的在口感上香甜清爽,滋味浓厚;在功效上不仅有蔬果的营养,原料间共同作用还可养脾益肾,清热安神,理气养心,强身健体,本发明的荔枝果汁无有害添加剂,值得推广。

本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种荔枝果汁及其制备方法。
背景技术
现今社会,人们工作压力大,导致人体产生一系列的亚健康病症,例如,头痛失眠、眼干眼涩、记忆力减退、脾胃不合等症。市场上从而出现了多种功能性饮料,但其中多数含有化学物质或是一些无安全保障的中药成分,这些物质添加在饮料中,长期饮用会对人体造成二次伤害。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于:提供一种荔枝果汁及其制备方法;该荔枝果汁以荔枝、红莲花瓣、柚子皮以及多种中草药成分为主要原料制备而成,在口感上香甜清爽,滋味浓厚,在功效上不仅有蔬果的营养,原料间共同作用还可养脾益肾,理气养胃,清热解毒,强身健体。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种荔枝果汁,主要由以下重量份的原料制成:荔枝50-80份、红莲花瓣10-25份、柚子皮20-25份、蜂蜜10-40份、甘草9-15份、草贝母5-14份、打火草5-14份。
进一步地,所述荔枝果汁由以下重量份的原料制成:荔枝60-70份、红莲花瓣15-20份、柚子皮21-23份、蜂蜜20-30份、甘草10-12份、草贝母8-12份、打火草8-12份。
进一步地,所述荔枝果汁由以下重量份的原料制成:荔枝65份、红莲花瓣18份、柚子皮22份、蜂蜜25份、甘草11份、草贝母10份、打火草10份。
本发明还提供上述荔枝果汁得制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)制备红莲荔枝汁:将采摘好的红莲花瓣洗净,放入蜂蜜后捣烂过滤,去除滤渣,得红莲汁;将荔枝去皮、去核,然后放入榨汁机中榨制,得到荔枝汁;将所得荔枝汁与红莲汁混合搅拌均匀,得到红莲荔枝汁;
2)制备中草药粉:将甘草、草贝母和打火草洗净,混合放入打碎机中打碎至过60木筛,得到中草药粉待用;
3)制备柚子皮中草药汁:将柚子皮洗净切小块,混合步骤2)所得中草药粉一起加入搅拌机,再加入50-100重量份的水,过滤去渣,得到柚子皮中草药汁;
4)制备混合果汁:混合步骤1)所得的红莲荔枝汁、步骤3)所得的柚子皮中草药汁,并加入100-200重量份纯净水,充分搅匀,得到混合果汁;
5)制备荔枝果汁:将步骤4)所得的混合果汁在300-600MPa条件下超高压杀菌5-10min,再进行无菌灌装,而后将容器中的空气抽净,充入惰性气体,即得成品荔枝果汁。
进一步地,在步骤5)中,充入的惰性气体为氮气或者氖气。
本发明中部分原料的相关特性如下:甘草:其味甘,性平,归十二经。有解毒、祛痰、止痛、解痉以至抗癌等药理作用。在中医上,甘草补脾益气,滋咳润肺,缓急解毒,调和百药。生用主治咽喉肿痛,痛疽疮疡,胃肠道溃疡以及解药 毒、食物中毒等;蜜炙主治脾胃功能减退,大便溏薄,乏力发热以及咳嗽、心悸等。草贝母:其味苦,性温,具有平喘、止咳、镇痛、抗癌功效。主治支气管炎,哮喘,乳癌,鼻咽癌。打火草:期望诶甘、性平。具有清凉解毒,止咳定喘功效。主治感冒咳嗽,急、慢性气管炎,风湿性腿痛,高血压。
本发明的有益效果是:(1)本发明的荔枝果汁在果汁中添加几种中草药成分,各成分相互配合和促进,对人体有益的成分和功效大大提高,通过上述各成分之间的相互作用,使其性状更加温和,非常利于人体吸收,能起到止咳平喘、清热解毒、降血脂、降血压、提高人体免疫力的功能;(2)本发明的荔枝果汁是以红莲花瓣、荔枝、柚子皮为主要原料制备而成,其在口感上香甜清爽,滋味浓厚,在功效上不仅有蔬果的营养,原料间共同作用还可养脾益肾,清热安神,理气养心,清热养胃,强身健体;(3)本发明的制备方法简单,易于操作,且制作过程不添加以及不产生任何有害物质,真正做到安全健康,适合结构化生产。

下面的实施例可以帮助本领域的技术人员更全面地理解本发明,但不可以以任何方式限制本发明。
实施例1 一种荔枝果汁,由如下重量份的原料制备而成:荔枝50份、红莲花瓣10份、柚子皮20份、蜂蜜10份、甘草9份、草贝母5份、打火草5份。制备方法如下:
1)制备红莲荔枝汁:将采摘好的红莲花瓣洗净,放入蜂蜜后捣烂过滤,去除滤渣,得红莲汁;将荔枝去皮、去核,然后放入榨汁机中榨制,得到荔枝汁;将所得荔枝汁与红莲汁混合搅拌均匀,得到红莲荔枝汁;
2)制备中草药粉:将甘草、草贝母和打火草洗净,混合放入打碎机中打碎至过60木筛,得到中草药粉待用;
3)制备柚子皮中草药汁:将柚子皮洗净切小块,混合步骤2)所得中草药粉一起加入搅拌机,再加入50重量份的水,过滤去渣,得到柚子皮中草药汁;
4)制备混合果汁:混合步骤1)所得的红莲荔枝汁、步骤3)所得的柚子皮中草药汁,并加入100重量份纯净水,充分搅匀,得到混合果汁;
5)制备荔枝果汁:将步骤4)所得的混合果汁在300MPa条件下超高压杀菌5min,再进行无菌灌装,而后将容器中的空气抽净,充入惰性气体,即得成品荔枝果汁。
实施例2一种荔枝果汁,由如下重量份的原料制备而成:荔枝65份、红莲花瓣18份、柚子皮18份、蜂蜜25份、甘草12份、草贝母10份、打火草10份;制备方法如下:
1)制备红莲荔枝汁:将采摘好的红莲花瓣洗净,放入蜂蜜后捣烂过滤,去除滤渣,得红莲汁;将荔枝去皮、去核,然后放入榨汁机中榨制,得到荔枝汁;将所得荔枝汁与红莲汁混合搅拌均匀,得到红莲荔枝汁;
2)制备中草药粉:将甘草、草贝母和打火草洗净,混合放入打碎机中打碎至过60木筛,得到中草药粉待用;
3)制备柚子皮中草药汁:将柚子皮洗净切小块,混合步骤2)所得中草药粉一起加入搅拌机,再加入80重量份的水,过滤去渣,得到柚子皮中草药汁;
4)制备混合果汁:混合步骤1)所得的红莲荔枝汁、步骤3)所得的柚子皮中草药汁,并加入150重量份纯净水,充分搅匀,得到混合果汁;
5)制备荔枝果汁:将步骤4)所得的混合果汁在450MPa条件下超高压杀菌7min,再进行无菌灌装,而后将容器中的空气抽净,充入惰性气体,即得成品荔枝果汁。
实施例3一种荔枝果汁,由如下重量份的原料制备而成:荔枝80份、红莲花瓣25份、柚子皮25份、蜂蜜40份、甘草15份、草贝母14份、打火草14份。制备方法如下:
1)制备红莲荔枝汁:将采摘好的红莲花瓣洗净,放入蜂蜜后捣烂过滤,去除滤渣,得红莲汁;将荔枝去皮、去核,然后放入榨汁机中榨制,得到荔枝汁;将所得荔枝汁与红莲汁混合搅拌均匀,得到红莲荔枝汁;
2)制备中草药粉:将甘草、草贝母和打火草洗净,混合放入打碎机中打碎至过60木筛,得到中草药粉待用;
3)制备柚子皮中草药汁:将柚子皮洗净切小块,混合步骤2)所得中草药粉一起加入搅拌机,再加入100重量份的水,过滤去渣,得到柚子皮中草药汁;
4)制备混合果汁:混合步骤1)所得的红莲荔枝汁、步骤3)所得的柚子皮中草药汁,并加入200重量份纯净水,充分搅匀,得到混合果汁;
5)制备荔枝果汁:将步骤4)所得的混合果汁在600MPa条件下超高压杀菌10min,再进行无菌灌装,而后将容器中的空气抽净,充入惰性气体,即得成品荔枝果汁。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种荔枝果汁,其特征在于,所述荔枝果汁由以下重量份的原料制成:荔枝60-70份、红莲花瓣15-20份、柚子皮21-23份、蜂蜜20-30份、甘草10-12份、草贝母8-12份、打火草8-12份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种荔枝果汁,其特征在于,所述荔枝果汁由以下重量份的原料制成:荔枝65份、红莲花瓣18份、柚子皮22份、蜂蜜25份、甘草11份、草贝母10份、打火草10份。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种荔枝果汁的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
