Abstract

本发明公开了一种高保水的酸性染料数码印花浆,按照质量百分比计,由以下原料组成:蔗糖脂肪酸酯1.3‑1.7%、焦磷酸二氢钠2.8‑3.5%、柠檬酸淀粉酯1.3‑1.8%、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯1.0‑1.5%、柠檬苦素0.3‑0.5%,余量为水。本发明采用蔗糖脂肪酸酯作为增稠剂,采用焦磷酸二氢钠、柠檬酸淀粉酯和山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯复配得到的混合物作为成膜剂和防渗透剂,以柠檬苦素作为成膜助剂,在各组分的共同作用下,表现出优异的保水性能和防渗化性能,利用本发明数码印花浆进行数码印花得到的面料花色鲜艳、无渗化、清晰度高、精度高。

技术领域
本发明涉及数码印花浆料技术领域,具体是一种高保水的酸性染料数码印花浆。
背景技术
酸性染料(Acid Dyes)是一类结构上带有酸性基团的水溶性染料,在酸性介质中进行染色。酸性染料大多数含有磺酸钠盐,能溶于水,色泽鲜艳、色谱齐全。主要用于羊毛、蚕丝和锦纶等染色,也可用于皮革、纸张、墨水等方面。对纤维素纤维一般无着色力。
数码印花,是用数码技术进行的印花。数码印花技术是随着计算机技术不断发展而逐渐形成的一种集机械、计算机机电子信息技术为一体的高新技术产品。这项技术的出现与不断完善,给纺织印染行业带来了一个全新的概念,其先进的生产原理及手段,给纺织印染带来了一个前所未有的发展机遇。
目前,酸性染料数码印花浆料成分包括聚丙烯酸钠、淀粉、氯化铵、水等,保水性能较差,印花过程中容易从织物的一面渗透到另一面,导致花色发散、清晰度不高的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高保水的酸性染料数码印花浆,利用其印花得到的织物花色清晰度高、精确度高。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种高保水的酸性染料数码印花浆,按照质量百分比计,由以下原料组成:蔗糖脂肪酸酯1.3-1.7%、焦磷酸二氢钠2.8-3.5%、柠檬酸淀粉酯1.3-1.8%、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯1.0-1.5%、柠檬苦素0.3-0.5%,余量为水。
作为本发明进一步的方案:按照质量百分比计,由以下原料组成:蔗糖脂肪酸酯1.4-1.6%、焦磷酸二氢钠2.8-3.2%、柠檬酸淀粉酯1.5-1.7%、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯1.3-1.5%、柠檬苦素0.38-0.42%,余量为水。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述的柠檬酸淀粉酯与山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯的用量之和等于焦磷酸二氢钠的用量。
作为本发明进一步的方案:按照质量百分比计,由以下原料组成:蔗糖脂肪酸酯1.5%、焦磷酸二氢钠3.0%、柠檬酸淀粉酯1.6%、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯1.4%、柠檬苦素0.4%,余量为水。
所述的高保水的酸性染料数码印花浆在数码印花中的应用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用蔗糖脂肪酸酯作为增稠剂,采用焦磷酸二氢钠、柠檬酸淀粉酯和山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯复配得到的混合物作为成膜剂和防渗透剂,以柠檬苦素作为成膜助剂,在各组分的共同作用下,表现出优异的保水性能和防渗化性能,利用本发明数码印花浆进行数码印花得到的面料花色鲜艳、无渗化、清晰度高、精度高。

本发明实施例中,一种高保水的酸性染料数码印花浆,按照质量百分比计,由以下原料组成:蔗糖脂肪酸酯1.3%、焦磷酸二氢钠3.5%、柠檬酸淀粉酯1.3%、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯1.0%、柠檬苦素0.5%,余量为水。

本发明实施例中,一种高保水的酸性染料数码印花浆,按照质量百分比计,由以下原料组成:蔗糖脂肪酸酯1.7%、焦磷酸二氢钠2.8%、柠檬酸淀粉酯1.8%、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯1.5%、柠檬苦素0.3%,余量为水。

本发明实施例中,一种高保水的酸性染料数码印花浆,按照质量百分比计,由以下原料组成:蔗糖脂肪酸酯1.4%、焦磷酸二氢钠3.2%、柠檬酸淀粉酯1.7%、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯1.5%、柠檬苦素0.38%,余量为水。

本发明实施例中,一种高保水的酸性染料数码印花浆,按照质量百分比计,由以下原料组成:蔗糖脂肪酸酯1.6%、焦磷酸二氢钠2.8%、柠檬酸淀粉酯1.5%、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯1.3%、柠檬苦素0.42%,余量为水。

本发明实施例中,一种高保水的酸性染料数码印花浆,按照质量百分比计,由以下原料组成:蔗糖脂肪酸酯1.5%、焦磷酸二氢钠3.0%、柠檬酸淀粉酯1.6%、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯1.4%、柠檬苦素0.4%,余量为水。
对比例1
在实施例5的基础上,以柠檬酸淀粉酯取代山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯,其余与实施例5完全相同。
对比例2
在实施例5的基础上,以山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯取代柠檬酸淀粉酯,其余与实施例5完全相同。
对比例3
在实施例5的基础上,以焦磷酸二氢钠取代柠檬酸淀粉酯和山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯,其余与实施例5完全相同。
对比例4
在实施例5的基础上,以焦磷酸二氢钠取代柠檬酸淀粉酯和山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯,并删除柠檬苦素这一组分,其余与实施例5完全相同。
现采用上述实施例1-5以及对比例1-4制得的数码印花浆对真丝面料进行数码印花,测试数码印花浆的保水性能和防渗化性能。其中,保水性能的测试步骤如下:取100g配制好的浆料,在温度25℃、湿度65-75%的恒温恒湿箱中放置24h后,称取剩余浆料的重量;采用保水率来表示剩余浆料占据初始浆料重量的百分比,保水率的单位为%,保水率越高,保水性能就越好。防渗化性能的测试步骤如下:通过电脑绘制点样,采用印花浆料在真丝面料上绘制25个直径为4cm的圆形墨点,然后对真丝面料上浆、印花、水洗、烘干,通过电脑扫描仪扫描真丝面料,扫描仪的设置为600dpi,亮度为-75,对比度为50;所得图像用CPAS图像处理软件分析,通过图像分析得到真丝面料上圆形墨点的面积(cm2);采用渗化率来表示汽蒸处理后圆形墨点面积与汽蒸处理前圆形墨点面积之差占据汽蒸处理前圆形墨点面积的百分比,渗化率的单位为%,取25个圆形墨点的渗化率的平均值来衡量数码印花浆的防渗化性能,渗化率越低,说明防渗化性能越好。测试得到的保水率和渗化率结果如表1所示。

由表1可以看出:实施例1-5制得的数码印花浆的保水率为99.8-100%,渗化率为0.246-0.293%,其中,实施例1-5的数码印花浆的保水率显著高于对比例1-4,而渗化率则显著低于对比例1-4,说明本发明数码印花浆具有优异的保水性能和防渗化性能,对真丝面料数码印花后,花色鲜艳、清晰、不发散、无渗化;对比实施例5和对比例1-4,可以发现本发明是在焦磷酸二氢钠、柠檬酸淀粉酯、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯以及柠檬苦素与其余组分的共同作用下,才具有的如此优异的保水性能和防渗化性能。

1.一种高保水的酸性染料数码印花浆,其特征在于,按照质量百分比计,由以下原料组成:蔗糖脂肪酸酯1.3-1.7%、焦磷酸二氢钠2.8-3.5%、柠檬酸淀粉酯1.3-1.8%、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯1.0-1.5%、柠檬苦素0.3-0.5%,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高保水的酸性染料数码印花浆,其特征在于,按照质量百分比计,由以下原料组成:蔗糖脂肪酸酯1.4-1.6%、焦磷酸二氢钠2.8-3.2%、柠檬酸淀粉酯1.5-1.7%、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯1.3-1.5%、柠檬苦素0.38-0.42%,余量为水。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高保水的酸性染料数码印花浆,其特征在于,所述的柠檬酸淀粉酯与山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯的用量之和等于焦磷酸二氢钠的用量。
4.根据权利要求2所述的高保水的酸性染料数码印花浆,其特征在于,按照质量百分比计,由以下原料组成:蔗糖脂肪酸酯1.5%、焦磷酸二氢钠3.0%、柠檬酸淀粉酯1.6%、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯1.4%、柠檬苦素0.4%,余量为水。
