Abstract

本发明涉及一种注塑机喷嘴,该喷嘴包括连接在一起的喷嘴端部、喷嘴缩颈和喷嘴尾部以及自所述喷嘴端部至所述喷嘴尾部的输料腔、喷嘴壁上开设的加热型腔。所述加热型腔内设有加热丝,该加热丝通过所述喷嘴壁上开设的接口与外部电源连通;所述加热型腔与所述喷嘴端部相接处设有加热孔成型塞;所述喷嘴尾部上沿所述输料腔扩径方向依次设有六方螺栓、连接螺纹。本发明结构简单、实用,能对注塑机的喷嘴头进行持续有效加热,热传导效率高、能耗低、阻力小。同时,可防止因为温度不够,喷嘴散热时其内的塑料凝固而造成喷嘴头堵塞的现象出现,有利于设备的后续维护,从而提高生产工作效率,具有较高的产业化利用价值。

一种注塑机喷嘴
技术领域
本发明涉及注塑成型应用领域,尤其涉及一种注塑机喷嘴。
背景技术
将热塑性塑料或热固定性塑料制成各种形状的塑料制品的主要成型设备是注塑机及塑料成型模具,其工作时需要将固态原料融化,然后通过送料管和喷嘴注射到模具中成型。而在注塑机里面最重要的就是注塑喷嘴,它承担着注塑工艺里面最核心的技术,在目前常用的注塑设备中,一般在完成注射后,滞留在喷嘴处的熔融塑料容易堵塞喷射孔,有时候还会发生物料热流过早的冷凝而导致输料管阻塞,这样就要花费时间来对喷嘴进行清理,花费了大量的时间和精力,浪费资源并且操作不方便;另外,堵塞后处理起来比较麻烦,影响正常的生产,给产品品质造成严重的隐患。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种热传导效率高、能耗低的注塑机喷嘴。
为解决上述问题,本发明所述的一种注塑机喷嘴,其特征在于:该喷嘴包括连接在一起的喷嘴端部、喷嘴缩颈和喷嘴尾部以及自所述喷嘴端部至所述喷嘴尾部的输料腔、喷嘴壁上开设的加热型腔;所述加热型腔内设有加热丝,该加热丝通过所述喷嘴壁上开设的接口与外部电源连通;所述加热型腔与所述喷嘴端部相接处设有加热孔成型塞;所述喷嘴尾部上沿所述输料腔扩径方向依次设有六方螺栓、连接螺纹。
所述喷嘴缩颈处的过渡圆弧为R20~30mm。
所述喷嘴尾部行腔尺寸与注塑机料筒内径相匹配。
所述喷嘴尾部通过连接螺纹与注塑机料筒相连。
所述输料腔的内径沿所述喷嘴端部、所述喷嘴缩颈、所述喷嘴尾部逐渐增大。
所述输料腔内壁设有通过喷涂工艺而成型的厚度为0.2~0.3mm的改性聚四氟乙烯涂层。
所述加热型腔沿喷嘴轴向均布至少12个。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、本发明中加热型腔内设有加热丝,该加热丝通过喷嘴壁上开设的接口与外部电源连通,这种放置加热方式加热速度快,能对注塑机的喷嘴头进行持续有效加热,热传导效率高、能耗低、阻力小。同时,可防止因为温度不够,喷嘴散热时其内的塑料凝固而造成喷嘴头堵塞的现象出现,有利于设备的后续维护,从而提高生产工作效率,具有较高的产业化利用价值。
2、本发明中输料腔内壁设有通过喷涂工艺而成型的厚度为0.2~0.3mm的改性聚四氟乙烯涂层,该涂层在260℃之内可连续使用,具有优良的耐热性能,极低的摩擦系数、良好的耐磨性以及极好的化学稳定性。
3、本发明结构简单、实用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种注塑机喷嘴,该喷嘴包括连接在一起的喷嘴端部1、喷嘴缩颈4和喷嘴尾部10以及自喷嘴端部1至喷嘴尾部10的输料腔5、喷嘴壁上开设的加热型腔6。
加热型腔6内设有加热丝7,该加热丝7通过喷嘴壁上开设的接口3与外部电源连通;加热型腔6与喷嘴端部1相接处设有加热孔成型塞2;喷嘴尾部10上沿输料腔5扩径方向依次设有六方螺栓8、连接螺纹9。
其中:喷嘴缩颈4处的过渡圆弧为R20~30mm。
喷嘴尾部10行腔尺寸与注塑机料筒内径相匹配。
喷嘴尾部10通过连接螺纹9与注塑机料筒相连。
输料腔5的内径沿所述喷嘴端部1、喷嘴缩颈4、喷嘴尾部10逐渐增大。
输料腔5内壁设有通过喷涂工艺而成型的厚度为0.2~0.3mm的改性聚四氟乙烯涂层,该涂层在260℃之内可连续使用,具有优良的耐热性能,极低的摩擦系数、良好的耐磨性以及极好的化学稳定性。
加热型腔6沿喷嘴轴向均布至少12个。
加热型腔6由喷嘴端部1和喷嘴尾部10相向加工成型。加热孔成型塞2从喷嘴端部1封闭加热型腔6。
使用时,通过扳手拧动六方螺栓8安装喷嘴即可。

1.一种注塑机喷嘴,其特征在于:该喷嘴包括连接在一起的喷嘴端部(1)、喷嘴缩颈(4)和喷嘴尾部(10)以及自所述喷嘴端部(1)至所述喷嘴尾部(10)的输料腔(5)、喷嘴壁上开设的加热型腔(6);所述加热型腔(6)内设有加热丝(7),该加热丝(7)通过所述喷嘴壁上开设的接口(3)与外部电源连通;所述加热型腔(6)与所述喷嘴端部(1)相接处设有加热孔成型塞(2);所述喷嘴尾部(10)上沿所述输料腔(5)扩径方向依次设有六方螺栓(8)、连接螺纹(9)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种注塑机喷嘴,其特征在于:所述喷嘴缩颈(4)处的过渡圆弧为R20~30mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种注塑机喷嘴,其特征在于:所述喷嘴尾部(10)行腔尺寸与注塑机料筒内径相匹配。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种注塑机喷嘴,其特征在于:所述喷嘴尾部(10)通过连接螺纹(9)与注塑机料筒相连。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种注塑机喷嘴,其特征在于:所述输料腔(5)的内径沿所述喷嘴端部(1)、所述喷嘴缩颈(4)、所述喷嘴尾部(10)逐渐增大。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种注塑机喷嘴,其特征在于:所述输料腔(5)内壁设有通过喷涂工艺而成型的厚度为0.2~0.3mm的改性聚四氟乙烯涂层。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种注塑机喷嘴,其特征在于:所述加热型腔(6)沿喷嘴轴向均布至少12个。
