在棉纺织经纱上浆工程中,浆液对经纱的渗透一直被认为是浆液的重要性能,它影响浆纱工艺流程和浆纱性能。渗透性好,可加快浆纱速度,减少压浆次数,可降低上浆温度,也能加大经纱覆盖系数;渗透性差,上述参数都需调整,甚至需要预湿工序以提高浆液对原棉经纱的渗透性,在浆料对经纱纤维的黏合方面、浆料在经纱纤维间的分布状态也会受影响。浆液对经纱的润湿渗透由于受到浆液黏度的影响,其测试和评价一直是个难题,研究报道很少,仅有布片替代法或相关因素理论分析。目前,随着纺织高密度品种、上浆节能新工艺的开发,需要采用低黏度、低温浆液上浆,对浆液渗透性能也越来越关注。
渗透剂一般分为非离子和阴离子两类。非离子的有JFC、JFC-1、JFC-2、JFC-E等;阴离子的有快速渗透剂T、耐碱渗透剂OEP-70、耐碱渗透剂AEP、高温渗透剂JFC-M等等:按应用pH值范围分类:耐强碱性渗透剂、耐弱碱性渗透剂、近中性用渗透剂、弱酸性用渗透剂、耐强酸性渗透剂等。
强碱性共组液主要应用阴离子型渗透剂,分子量小这可以溶解和使用,非离子型不易溶解和使用,主要用丝光和精炼渗透剂;强酸性工做液除了磺酸盐类几乎全部的阴离子型渗透剂可以用,多数非离子型渗透剂可以使用,用作羊毛炭化用渗透剂,其他工做液弱碱性弱酸性或者中性,多数阴离子渗透剂和非离子型渗透剂可以使用,用作退浆漂白或者防皱整理等用途中,应用范围比较窄,一般需要根据工作液pH值及工作用途调节渗透剂的添加种类。
在染整工艺中使用渗透剂时,工做液的pH值以及无机盐的含量对其效果发挥着至关重要的作用,当渗透剂被利用的不适当时,不仅会影响渗透剂的溶解度,甚至会使渗透剂溶解失活。所以开发一种具有广阔应用范围,对pH值适应性广,可以用于多种染整工艺的渗透剂具有较为广阔的市场前景。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的问题,提供一种新型润湿剂和渗透剂,渗透性好,耐强酸、强碱、氧化剂和重金属盐,耐高温,广泛应用于织物的上浆、漂白、退浆、精炼、染色和后整理等多种工艺中,可用于纯棉织物的丝光处理和羊毛织物的炭化处理,应用前景广阔。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种含反式-4-[(2-氨基-3,5-二溴苄基)氨基]环己醇的润湿剂,包括以下重量份数的组分:
反式-4-[(2-氨基-3,5-二溴苄基)氨基]环己醇1-1.2份、檬酸三胺3-5份、甲基橙0.1-0.5份、硫酸钠12-14份、硝酸锌0.5-0.7份、二甲苯磺酸钠3-4份、甲基异噻唑啉酮0.6-0.9份、聚乙二醇100-120份、去离子水300-350份。
优选的,包括以下重量份数的组分:
反式-4-[(2-氨基-3,5-二溴苄基)氨基]环己醇1-1.2份、檬酸三胺4.5-5份、甲基橙0.1-0.4份、硫酸钠12-14份、硝酸锌0.5份、二甲苯磺酸钠3.6-4份、甲基异噻唑啉酮0.6-0.9份、聚乙二醇100-110份、去离子水340-350份。
优选的,所述聚乙二醇为聚乙二醇400。
上述含反式-4-[(2-氨基-3,5-二溴苄基)氨基]环己醇的润湿剂的制备方法,其特征在于:
将檬酸三胺、硫酸钠、硝酸锌、二甲苯磺酸钠与甲基异噻唑啉酮按照重量份数混合后采用紫外光照射处理100-200分钟,滴加甲基橙溶液及部分去离子水搅拌均匀,加入聚乙二醇溶液密封低速搅拌加热处理1-3小时后添加剩余去离子水震荡30-40分钟添加反式-4-[(2-氨基-3,5-二溴苄基)氨基]环己醇制得润湿剂。
优选的,所述紫外光照射处理时间为100-120分钟;
所述密封低速搅拌加热处理的低速搅拌速率为10-15rpm。
上述含反式-4-[(2-氨基-3,5-二溴苄基)氨基]环己醇的润湿剂的应用:将所述润湿剂应用为棉纺织物的丝光渗透剂,添加量为10g-20g/L。
上述含反式-4-[(2-氨基-3,5-二溴苄基)氨基]环己醇的润湿剂的应用:将所述润湿剂应用为羊毛炭化用渗透剂,添加量为15-20g/L。
上述含反式-4-[(2-氨基-3,5-二溴苄基)氨基]环己醇的润湿剂的应用,将所述润湿剂应用于染整工业的退浆、漂白和染色和防皱整以及织造工程中的上浆工艺,添加量为2-30g/L。
反式-4-[(2-氨基-3,5-二溴苄基)氨基]环己醇在医药技术领域应用为止咳类药物,本申请将该物质应用到纺织助剂技术领域,利用其分子特殊性,与甲基异噻唑啉酮、檬酸三胺及聚乙二醇等分子结合,降低混合溶液中分子量,提高疏水集团的稳定性,将支链和亲水基保护在大分子内侧,达到良好的耐酸耐碱耐高温作用,当进入到整理工作液中,有效的将小分子基团及亲水基释放出来,帮助纤维或者织物表面快速的被水或者含有染料和助剂的水溶液润湿,帮助他们渗透到纤维内的空隙中,与纤维充分接触。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明渗透剂的渗透性好,耐强酸、强碱、氧化剂和重金属盐,耐高温,广泛应用于织物的上浆、漂白、退浆、精炼、染色和后整理等多种工艺中,可用于纯棉织物的丝光处理和羊毛织物的炭化处理。
在染整工业的退浆、漂白和染色和防皱整以及织造工程中的上浆工艺中本发明制备得到的润湿剂具有良好的渗透表现:当织物进行漂白时,渗透剂能够使得漂白液均匀而又迅速的渗透到纤维材料中去,显著提高漂白速度;当织物进行亚氯酸钠漂白时,渗透剂渗透能力强,泡沫少,能够有效促进漂白剂与纤维的接触;当织物进行防皱整理工艺时,渗透剂能够快速而均匀的进入纤维内部,防止表面树脂现象,提高整理剂与织物的相容性。
在强碱及高温条件下的精炼工艺,本发明渗透剂能够有效帮助碱液进入纤维内部,通过乳化及分散和去污作用将纤维表面的天然杂质去除,具有出色的耐碱和耐高温性能。
在强酸性工做液中进行羊毛炭化工艺中,本发明渗透剂能够均匀的润湿羊毛,对植物类杂质也能很好的渗透,促进反应的顺利进行,具有优异的耐酸性。
本发明渗透剂使用量少,在使用过程中不产生泡沫经济效益高,与反应中的其他整理剂、催化剂以及其他添加剂的相同性好,具有极高的市场推广价值。
具体实施方式:
为了更好的理解本发明,下面通过实施例对本发明进一步说明,实施例只用于解释本发明,不会对本发明构成任何的限定。
实施例一
一种含反式-4-[(2-氨基-3,5-二溴苄基)氨基]环己醇的润湿剂,包括以下重量份数的组分:
反式-4-[(2-氨基-3,5-二溴苄基)氨基]环己醇1份、檬酸三胺3份、甲基橙0.1份、硫酸钠12份、硝酸锌0.5份、二甲苯磺酸钠3份、甲基异噻唑啉酮0.6份、聚乙二醇100份、去离子水300份。
所述聚乙二醇为聚乙二醇400。
其制备方法为:
将檬酸三胺、硫酸钠、硝酸锌、二甲苯磺酸钠与甲基异噻唑啉酮按照重量份数混合后采用紫外光照射处理100分钟,滴加甲基橙溶液及部分去离子水搅拌均匀,加入聚乙二醇溶液密封以搅拌速率为10rpm进行低速搅拌加热处理1小时,后添加剩余去离子水震荡30分钟添加反式-4-[(2-氨基-3,5-二溴苄基)氨基]环己醇制得润湿剂。
实施例二
一种含反式-4-[(2-氨基-3,5-二溴苄基)氨基]环己醇的润湿剂,包括以下重量份数的组分:
反式-4-[(2-氨基-3,5-二溴苄基)氨基]环己醇1.2份、檬酸三胺5份、甲基橙0.5份、硫酸钠14份、硝酸锌0.7份、二甲苯磺酸钠4份、甲基异噻唑啉酮0.9份、聚乙二醇120份、去离子水350份。
所述聚乙二醇为聚乙二醇400。
其制备方法为:
将檬酸三胺、硫酸钠、硝酸锌、二甲苯磺酸钠与甲基异噻唑啉酮按照重量份数混合后采用紫外光照射处理200分钟,滴加甲基橙溶液及部分去离子水搅拌均匀,加入聚乙二醇溶液密封以搅拌速率为15rpm进行低速搅拌加热处理1时,后添加剩余去离子水震荡40分钟添加反式-4-[(2-氨基-3,5-二溴苄基)氨基]环己醇制得润湿剂。
实施例三
一种含反式-4-[(2-氨基-3,5-二溴苄基)氨基]环己醇的润湿剂,包括以下重量份数的组分:
反式-4-[(2-氨基-3,5-二溴苄基)氨基]环己醇1份、檬酸三胺4.5份、甲基橙0.1份、硫酸钠12份、硝酸锌0.5份、二甲苯磺酸钠3.6份、甲基异噻唑啉酮0.6份、聚乙二醇100份、去离子水340份。
所述聚乙二醇为聚乙二醇400。
其制备方法为:
将檬酸三胺、硫酸钠、硝酸锌、二甲苯磺酸钠与甲基异噻唑啉酮按照重量份数混合后采用紫外光照射处理200分钟,滴加甲基橙溶液及部分去离子水搅拌均匀,加入聚乙二醇溶液密封以搅拌速率为15rpm进行低速搅拌加热处理3小时,后添加剩余去离子水震荡40分钟添加反式-4-[(2-氨基-3,5-二溴苄基)氨基]环己醇制得润湿剂。
实施例四
一种含反式-4-[(2-氨基-3,5-二溴苄基)氨基]环己醇的润湿剂,包括以下重量份数的组分:
反式-4-[(2-氨基-3,5-二溴苄基)氨基]环己醇1.2份、檬酸三胺5份、甲基橙0.4份、硫酸钠14份、硝酸锌0.5份、二甲苯磺酸钠4份、甲基异噻唑啉酮0.9份、聚乙二醇110份、去离子水350份。
所述聚乙二醇为聚乙二醇400。
其制备方法为:
将檬酸三胺、硫酸钠、硝酸锌、二甲苯磺酸钠与甲基异噻唑啉酮按照重量份数混合后采用紫外光照射处理200分钟,滴加甲基橙溶液及部分去离子水搅拌均匀,加入聚乙二醇溶液密封以搅拌速率为15rpm进行低速搅拌加热处理3小时,后添加剩余去离子水震荡40分钟添加反式-4-[(2-氨基-3,5-二溴苄基)氨基]环己醇制得润湿剂。
实施例五
一种含反式-4-[(2-氨基-3,5-二溴苄基)氨基]环己醇的润湿剂,包括以下重量份数的组分:
反式-4-[(2-氨基-3,5-二溴苄基)氨基]环己醇1份、檬酸三胺5份、甲基橙0.1份、硫酸钠14份、硝酸锌0.5份、二甲苯磺酸钠3.6份、甲基异噻唑啉酮0.9份、聚乙二醇100份、去离子水350份。
所述聚乙二醇为聚乙二醇400。
其制备方法为:
将檬酸三胺、硫酸钠、硝酸锌、二甲苯磺酸钠与甲基异噻唑啉酮按照重量份数混合后采用紫外光照射处理120钟,滴加甲基橙溶液及部分去离子水搅拌均匀,加入聚乙二醇溶液密封以搅拌速率为15rpm进行低速搅拌加热处理2小时,后添加剩余去离子水震荡30分钟添加反式-4-[(2-氨基-3,5-二溴苄基)氨基]环己醇制得润湿剂。
实施例六
一种含反式-4-[(2-氨基-3,5-二溴苄基)氨基]环己醇的润湿剂,包括以下重量份数的组分:
反式-4-[(2-氨基-3,5-二溴苄基)氨基]环己醇1.2份、檬酸三胺4.5份、甲基橙0.4份、硫酸钠12份、硝酸锌0.5份、二甲苯磺酸钠4份、甲基异噻唑啉酮0.6份、聚乙二醇110份、去离子水340份。
所述聚乙二醇为聚乙二醇400。
其制备方法为:
将檬酸三胺、硫酸钠、硝酸锌、二甲苯磺酸钠与甲基异噻唑啉酮按照重量份数混合后采用紫外光照射处理120分钟,滴加甲基橙溶液及部分去离子水搅拌均匀,加入聚乙二醇溶液密封以搅拌速率为15rpm进行低速搅拌加热处理2小时,后添加剩余去离子水震荡40分钟添加反式-4-[(2-氨基-3,5-二溴苄基)氨基]环己醇制得润湿剂。
应用一:
将所述润湿剂应用为棉纺织物的丝光渗透剂,添加量为10g-20g/L。
应用二:
将所述润湿剂应用为羊毛炭化用渗透剂,添加量为15-20g/L。
应用三:
将所述润湿剂应用于染整工业的退浆、漂白和染色和防皱整以及织造工程中的上浆工艺,添加量为2-30g/L。

空白对照为整理工艺中不添加润湿剂,与空白对照相比,可以达到良好润湿效果记作+,+越多代表效果越明显。
Claims (8)
1.一种润湿剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的组分:
反式-4-[(2-氨基-3,5-二溴苄基)氨基]环己醇1-1.2份、檬酸三胺3-5份、甲基橙0.1-0.5份、硫酸钠12-14份、硝酸锌0.5-0.7份、二甲苯磺酸钠3-4份、甲基异噻唑啉酮0.6-0.9份、聚乙二醇100-120份、去离子水300-350份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种润湿剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的组分:
反式-4-[(2-氨基-3,5-二溴苄基)氨基]环己醇1-1.2份、檬酸三胺4.5-5份、甲基橙0.1-0.4份、硫酸钠12-14份、硝酸锌0.5份、二甲苯磺酸钠3.6-4份、甲基异噻唑啉酮0.6-0.9份、聚乙二醇100-110份、去离子水340-350份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种润湿剂,其特征在于:所述聚乙二醇为聚乙二醇400。
4.权利要求1或2所述的一种润湿剂的制备方法,其特征在于:将檬酸三胺、硫酸钠、硝酸锌、二甲苯磺酸钠与甲基异噻唑啉酮按照重量份数混合后采用紫外光照射处理100-200分钟,滴加甲基橙溶液及部分去离子水搅拌均匀,加入聚乙二醇溶液密封低速搅拌加热处理1-3小时后添加剩余去离子水震荡30-40分钟添加反式-4-[(2-氨基-3,5-二溴苄基)氨基]环己醇制得润湿剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种润湿剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述紫外光照射处理时间为100-120分钟;所述密封低速搅拌加热处理的低速搅拌速率为10-15rpm。
6.权利要求1或2所述的一种润湿剂的应用,其特征在于:将所述润湿剂应用为棉纺织物的丝光渗透剂,添加量为10g-20g/L。
7.权利要求1或2所述的一种润湿剂的应用,其特征在于:将所述润湿剂应用为羊毛炭化用渗透剂,添加量为15-20g/L。
8.权利要求1或2所述的一种润湿剂的应用,其特征在于:将所述润湿剂应用于染整工业的退浆、漂白和染色和防皱整以及织造工程中的上浆工艺,添加量为2-30g/L。
