本发明涉及一种儿童贴身排汗透气棉面料,由以下重量份计的原料制成:天丝纤维20‑50份、棉纤维20‑50份、亚麻纤维10‑30份、氨纶纤维10‑30份、聚丙烯复合纤维5‑15份。本发明还公开了上述面料的制备方法,将天丝纤维、棉纤维、亚麻纤维、氨纶纤维加捻成纬纱,将氨纶纤维、聚丙烯复合纤维加捻成经纱,然后经整经、织造过程获得儿童贴身排汗透气棉面料。本发明的儿童贴身排汗透气棉面料具有良好的吸湿、透气、排汗性能,质地柔软舒适,不起球,对皮肤无刺激,不会影响儿童的身体健康,透气性高达68mL·(cm2·s)‑1

技术领域
本发明属于纺织面料领域,尤其涉及一种儿童贴身排汗透气棉面料。
背景技术
儿童的皮肤比较敏感、细致,所以童装的面料必须柔软性佳且环保。另外,由于儿童都比较活泼好动,较容易出汗,所以儿童面料的吸湿性和透气性、排汗性能都要好。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种具有良好的吸湿、透气、排汗性能,质地柔软舒适,不起球,对皮肤无刺激,不会影响儿童的身体健康的儿童贴身排汗透气棉面料。
本发明为实现上述目的采用的技术方案是:一种儿童贴身排汗透气棉面料,由以下重量份计的原料制成:天丝纤维20-50份、棉纤维20-50份、亚麻纤维10-30份、氨纶纤维10-30份、聚丙烯复合纤维5-15份;
进一步地,所述聚丙烯复合纤维由以下重量份计的原料制成:聚丙烯30-60份、磺酸化聚苯乙烯5-10份、磷酸二氢钾5-10份、表面活性剂3-7份、增塑剂3-7份、增塑助剂1-3份、活化剂3-7份、偶联剂1-3份;
进一步地,所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、油酸酰胺、椰油基甜菜碱;
进一步地,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,增塑助剂为羧甲基纤维素与活性炭粉的混合物;
进一步地,所述活化剂为甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯;
进一步地,所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
本发明还公开了上述的儿童贴身排汗透气棉面料的制备方法,具体步骤为,将天丝纤维、棉纤维、亚麻纤维、氨纶纤维加捻成纬纱,将氨纶纤维、聚丙烯复合纤维加捻成经纱,然后经整经、织造过程获得儿童贴身排汗透气棉面料;
进一步地,所述聚丙烯复合纤维的制备方法为:将按比例的聚丙烯、磺酸化聚苯乙烯、磷酸二氢钾、表面活性剂、增塑剂、增塑助剂、活化剂、偶联剂混合,加热至熔融状态、挤压、喷丝成型。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的儿童贴身排汗透气棉面料具有良好的吸湿、透气、排汗性能,质地柔软舒适,不起球,对皮肤无刺激,不会影响儿童的身体健康,透气性高达68mL〃(cm2〃s)-1
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1:
一种儿童贴身排汗透气棉面料,由以下重量份计的原料制成:天丝纤维50份、棉纤维50份、亚麻纤维30份、氨纶纤维10份、聚丙烯复合纤维15份。
聚丙烯复合纤维由以下重量份计的原料制成:聚丙烯60份、磺酸化聚苯乙烯5份、磷酸二氢钾5份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3份、羧甲基纤维素与活性炭粉质量比为1:1的混合物1份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯3份、硅烷偶联剂3份。
制备方法:
1)将制备聚丙烯复合纤维的各原料按照比例混合,加热至熔融状态、挤压、喷丝成型;
2)将天丝纤维、棉纤维、亚麻纤维、氨纶纤维网络复合,然后在加捻度为530T/M,S向条件下完成加捻;将氨纶纤维、聚丙烯复合纤维加先网络复合,然后在加捻度为640T/M,S向条件下完成加捻,接着整经,采用分条整经,整经车速230r/min,穿综,然后经织造过程获得儿童贴身排汗透气棉面料。
实施例2:
一种儿童贴身排汗透气棉面料,由以下重量份计的原料制成:天丝纤维50份、棉纤维50份、亚麻纤维30份、氨纶纤维10份、聚丙烯复合纤维10份。
聚丙烯复合纤维由以下重量份计的原料制成:聚丙烯60份、磺酸化聚苯乙烯5份、磷酸二氢钾5份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3份、羧甲基纤维素与活性炭粉质量比为1:1的混合物1份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯3份、硅烷偶联剂3份。
制备方法:
1)将制备聚丙烯复合纤维的各原料按照比例混合,加热至熔融状态、挤压、喷丝成型;
2)将天丝纤维、棉纤维、亚麻纤维、氨纶纤维网络复合,然后在加捻度为530T/M,S向条件下完成加捻;将氨纶纤维、聚丙烯复合纤维加先网络复合,然后在加捻度为640T/M,S向条件下完成加捻,接着整经,采用分条整经,整经车速230r/min,穿综,然后经织造过程获得儿童贴身排汗透气棉面料。
实施例3:
一种儿童贴身排汗透气棉面料,由以下重量份计的原料制成:天丝纤维50份、棉纤维50份、亚麻纤维30份、氨纶纤维10份、聚丙烯复合纤维5份。
聚丙烯复合纤维由以下重量份计的原料制成:聚丙烯60份、磺酸化聚苯乙烯5份、磷酸二氢钾5份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3份、羧甲基纤维素与活性炭粉质量比为1:1的混合物1份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯3份、硅烷偶联剂3份。
制备方法:
1)将制备聚丙烯复合纤维的各原料按照比例混合,加热至熔融状态、挤压、喷丝成型;
2)将天丝纤维、棉纤维、亚麻纤维、氨纶纤维网络复合,然后在加捻度为530T/M,S向条件下完成加捻;将氨纶纤维、聚丙烯复合纤维加先网络复合,然后在加捻度为640T/M,S向条件下完成加捻,接着整经,采用分条整经,整经车速230r/min,穿综,然后经织造过程获得儿童贴身排汗透气棉面料。
实施例4:
将实施例1-3的面料进行性能试验,试验结果如下表:

1.一种儿童贴身排汗透气棉面料,其特征在于,由以下重量份计的原料制成:天丝纤维20-50份、棉纤维20-50份、亚麻纤维10-30份、氨纶纤维10-30份、聚丙烯复合纤维5-15份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种儿童贴身排汗透气棉面料,其特征在于,所述聚丙烯复合纤维由以下重量份计的原料制成:聚丙烯30-60份、磺酸化聚苯乙烯5-10份、磷酸二氢钾5-10份、表面活性剂3-7份、增塑剂3-7份、增塑助剂1-3份、活化剂3-7份、偶联剂1-3份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种儿童贴身排汗透气棉面料,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、油酸酰胺、椰油基甜菜碱。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种儿童贴身排汗透气棉面料,其特征在于,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,增塑助剂为羧甲基纤维素与活性炭粉的混合物。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种儿童贴身排汗透气棉面料,其特征在于,所述活化剂为甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种儿童贴身排汗透气棉面料,其特征在于,所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种儿童贴身排汗透气棉面料的制备方法,其特征在于,将天丝纤维、棉纤维、亚麻纤维、氨纶纤维加捻成纬纱,将氨纶纤维、聚丙烯复合纤维加捻成经纱,然后经整经、织造过程获得儿童贴身排汗透气棉面料。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种儿童贴身排汗透气棉面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述聚丙烯复合纤维的制备方法为:将按比例的聚丙烯、磺酸化聚苯乙烯、磷酸二氢钾、表面活性剂、增塑剂、增塑助剂、活化剂、偶联剂混合,加热至熔融状态、挤压、喷丝成型。
