面料就是用来制作服装的材料。作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。在服装大世界里,服装的面料五花八门,日新月异。但是从总体上来讲,优质、高档的面料,大都具有穿著舒适、吸汗透气、悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔美等几个方面的特点。制作在正式的社交场合所穿著的服装,宜选纯棉、纯毛、纯丝、纯麻制品。以这四种纯天然质地面料制作的服装,大都档次较高。有时,穿著纯皮革制作的服装,也是允许的。梭织面料:是把经纱和纬纱相互垂直交织在一起形成的织物。其基本组织有平纹(plain)、斜纹(twill)、缎纹(satin weave)三种。不同的梭织面料也是由这三种基本组织及由其变化多端的组织而构成。针织面料:用织针将纱线或长丝构成线圈,再把线圈相互串套而成,由于针织物的线圈结构特征,单位长度内储纱量较多,因此大多有很好的弹性。针织面料有单面和双面之分。
儿童穿的面料,首先得保证面料无毒,其次得考虑该面料穿着舒适,儿童内衣还要保暖,在保暖的同时需要透气,为此,本发明提出一种柔软型儿童内衣面料以及加工方法。

S2,将按比例的聚丙烯、磺酸化聚苯乙烯、磷酸二氢钾、表面活性剂、增塑剂、增塑助剂、活化剂、偶联剂混合,加热至熔融状态、挤压、喷丝成型,得到A;
S3,再将S2中的A编织成保暖层;
S4,抗菌层、保暖层和贴身层通过针线缝合在一起,抗菌层的顶面喷涂有防水层。
实施例四
本发明提出的一种柔软型儿童内衣面料,包括贴身层、防水层、保暖层和抗菌层,贴身层的顶面设有保暖层,保暖层的顶面设有抗菌层,抗菌层的顶面设有防水层,防水层可以防水,其中抗菌层与防水层之间设有基布,基布由经丝和纬丝交织成2/2组织结构,经丝为60D/28F锦纶长丝,纬丝为棉线螺旋形规则地包覆麻纤纱构成,纬丝捻度为一左一右变换与经丝交织成网眼结构,其中抗菌层包括经纱和纬纱,经纱与纬纱以相互沉浮、交错的方式编织而成,该经纱和纬纱均由银离子尼龙纱线、涤纶纤维和聚酰亚胺纤维组成,涤纶纤维和聚酰亚胺纤维以银离子尼龙纱线为中心轴螺旋捻合而成。
一种柔软型儿童内衣面料的加工方法,包括以下步骤,
S1,保暖层包括以下原料,由以下重量份计的原料制成:天丝纤维42份、棉纤维50份、亚麻纤维13份、氨纶纤维32份、聚丙烯复合纤维14份,聚丙烯复合纤维由以下重量份计的原料制成:聚丙烯50份、磺酸化聚苯乙烯7份、磷酸二氢钾7份、表面活性剂6份、增塑剂6份、增塑助剂3份、活化剂6份、偶联剂2.5份;
S2,将按比例的聚丙烯、磺酸化聚苯乙烯、磷酸二氢钾、表面活性剂、增塑剂、增塑助剂、活化剂、偶联剂混合,加热至熔融状态、挤压、喷丝成型,得到A;
S3,再将S2中的A编织成保暖层;
S4,抗菌层、保暖层和贴身层通过针线缝合在一起,抗菌层的顶面喷涂有防水层。

1.一种柔软型儿童内衣面料,包括贴身层、防水层、保暖层和抗菌层,其特征在于,所述贴身层的顶面设有保暖层,保暖层的顶面设有抗菌层,抗菌层的顶面设有防水层,防水层可以防水,其中抗菌层与防水层之间设有基布,基布由经丝和纬丝交织成2/2组织结构,经丝为60D/28F锦纶长丝,纬丝为棉线螺旋形规则地包覆麻纤纱构成,纬丝捻度为一左一右变换与经丝交织成网眼结构,其中抗菌层包括经纱和纬纱,经纱与纬纱以相互沉浮、交错的方式编织而成,该经纱和纬纱均由银离子尼龙纱线、涤纶纤维和聚酰亚胺纤维组成,涤纶纤维和聚酰亚胺纤维以银离子尼龙纱线为中心轴螺旋捻合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔软型儿童内衣面料,其特征在于,所述贴身层采用经纱和纬纱分别棉线和绒线,且棉线和绒线以相互沉浮、交错的方式编织而成贴身层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔软型儿童内衣面料,其特征在于,所述保暖层采用经纱和纬纱分别羊毛纤维和棉线,且羊毛纤维和棉线以相互沉浮、交错的方式编织而成保暖层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔软型儿童内衣面料,其特征在于,所述防水层采用纳米涂料。
5.一种柔软型儿童内衣面料的加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤,
S1,保暖层包括以下原料,由以下重量份计的原料制成:天丝纤维15~45份、棉纤维30~60份、亚麻纤维5~15份、氨纶纤维15~35份、聚丙烯复合纤维4~17份,聚丙烯复合纤维由以下重量份计的原料制成:聚丙烯30~60份、磺酸化聚苯乙烯5~10份、磷酸二氢钾5~10份、表面活性剂3~7份、增塑剂3~7份、增塑助剂1~3份、活化剂3~7份、偶联剂1~3份;
S2,将按比例的聚丙烯、磺酸化聚苯乙烯、磷酸二氢钾、表面活性剂、增塑剂、增塑助剂、活化剂、偶联剂混合,加热至熔融状态、挤压、喷丝成型,得到A;
S3,再将S2中的A编织成保暖层;
S4,抗菌层、保暖层和贴身层通过针线缝合在一起,抗菌层的顶面喷涂有防水层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种柔软型儿童内衣面料,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、油酸酰胺、椰油基甜菜碱。
