Abstract
通过从一幅面料上按一展开面的形状将鞋帮切
出的鞋帮制造方法,鞋帮的形状通过将展开的材料部
分连接形成接缝而成。在加工面料(1)时,展开面(2)
通过不同的加工措施,如采用不同的制造方式,不同
的线材料,颜色,材料厚度,用一种或多种材料等等,
同面料(1)的制备同时进行加工,进而把面料切成鞋
帮展开面并加工成鞋帮,从而省时和经济地加工出鞋
帮来。
Description
本发明与由一幅织物面料制造鞋成形部分的方法有关。这种方法是采用带有许多按鞋帮展开面形状的图样的织物面料来制造鞋成形部分,将这些展开面从织物面料切出并将鞋帮缝合在一起成为一上面部分,以及将所配的鞋底部分设在展开面的不经切开的外缘的边缘区域。本发明还涉及按上述方法所制造的鞋成形部分。
上述的方法是由DE-PS627876得知的。这里一幅面料是这样制造的,它看起来是连续的不同织物的三种横条,在这些横条上印上一鞋帮的U形展开面形状的图样。横条是这样制造的,即总是第一种用于后跟贴皮,第二种是用于鞋面和侧面部分,第三种是用于前脚尖贴皮的。因此,第二种横条加工成弹性的和多层的,而其它两种横条按非弹性的和耐用的型式加工。也可以编入加强线和作为后跟的横条可以加工为空心的织物,在该空心织物中可以推放入一后跟贴皮。U形部分从织物切出,在开口的U形边,它形成后跟贴皮,将之缝合然后按未加详细描述的方法装上鞋底。
本发明的目的在于,对前面已知的方法作进一步改进,鞋帮同所配的鞋底部分可以是多种组成形式,可以连同条形的标志,装饰物等等一起加工,以便使这种鞋帮的加工仍是经济的和价格适宜的。
为此本发明采用带有许多鞋帮展开面形状的图样的织物面料来制造鞋成形部分的方法,将这些展开面从织物面料切出并将鞋帮部分缝合在一起成为一上面部分,以及相配的鞋底部分设在配置的展开面不经切开的外缘的边缘区域,在加工织物面料时,通过在织物面料上的印花过程或通过在面料内的纺织加工过程,不仅图样或部分图样是按照鞋帮的展开的形状而且还按照鞋底的形状;每一鞋帮的展开面直接配置一鞋底部分并且将鞋底部分装在鞋帮展开面的正确位置处;在加工织物面料时,展开面或设置展开面所在的区域,按另外的编织方式和/或编织方式来加工作为鞋底部分或设置这些图样所在的区域;在鞋承载时具有不同负载的展开面及/或鞋底部分的区域,按与负载相适应的编织方式及/或编结方式来加工;互相配置的展开面及鞋底部分在从织物面料处切出时并不完全分开,而是通过相应的织物切段来保持相互连接;带有鞋底部分的展开面分开的的各单元先将展开面在设定的接缝位置连接成一鞋帮,并且最后将鞋底部分缝合或钉合到相应的展开面的自由外缘处。
根据本发明的方法,仅是织物面料的那些部分要按要求的质量、厚度、多层性等等来加工,即要符合鞋帮或相配的鞋底部分的图样或图样的某一范围,而织物面料的其它范围相反地可以由简易的或便宜的质地构成,它们仅仅加工完以后同织物中图样或有这种图样的区域连在一起。因此,这样切出来的边脚料是一种简易的便宜的织物。与此相反在已知的带横条的编织物处,全部的边脚料例如是昂贵的中空的编织物、多层编织物等等。
根据本发明的方法的其它优点是,即单个图样或部分图样直接地在织物面料创造时能按要求的鞋码加工出来。由此,边脚料还可以进一步加以限制,因为单个图样或部分图样按设定的尺寸可以直接地互相连接。单个的图样或部分的图样对应于以后的负载或要求的型式可以配置为软的、刚性的、弹性的、不同颜色的等等。仅需要补充安装上内部和/或外部的加强元件,例如内和/或外的前脚尖贴皮,后跟贴皮等等。
当采用程序控制的面料加工设备时,可以按照所建立的程序,根据以后鞋码的展开面的尺寸,对单个区域或外形的编织型式或编结型式,以及对线或纤维的类型及/或前颜色进行几乎是任意的选择。因此仅仅是少数的单个部分分开进行加工,然后安装到鞋帮上。
本发明的其它优越性的细节在以下的权利要求中给出并凭借着下列附图对实例加以详细的说明,在图中:
图1为一段面料的俯视图,该面料具有在面料制造时所加工的用于一鞋帮的展开面。
图2表示面料的切取的部分,该面料带有用于不同鞋帮的多个展开面。
图3为鞋的侧视图,带有按图1及图2所示的面料展开面的所构成的上面部分或鞋帮部分。
图4表示带有展开面的面料切取部分,在展开面的两侧面配置有鞋底部分切段以及一鞋舌。
图5表示一展开的面料切取部分,在展开面的一侧是一前脚鞋底部分的分段和在另一侧为后脚或后跟部分鞋底部分的分段。
图1及图2中用1标注面料,面料的制造是通过在纺织时惯用的方法,例如通过编织及/或编结及/或刺绣生产单独的或大量的用于鞋帮的展开面2,如图3示例中所表示的鞋帮的侧面。
面料基底4可以是一惯用的例如用经线和纬线构成的编织物或针织物。展开面2按不同的各单个部分或区域分开,这些单独部分或区域互相通过不同的材料制造方式及/或通过不同的纤维或线,例如由毛线,由带金属线的毛线,由丝,由带金属线的丝或由带人造纤维或类似物的棉及/或纤维或不同颜色的线,包括那些金属或通过不同的印色及或通过不同的加工出的纤维绳或纤维绳的组合,如绞转,平行的加工等等来互相衬托起来。
鞋帮3的各单个部分或区域可以是这样的区域,在其上面还有一镶边,例如具有一耐磨损的部分。例如范围5及6的设定是为了用于获得一内或外的后跟贴皮9(图3)。展开面2由面料1切出后将边缘7和8缝合,这样便形成后跟线缝。最后由相接的区域5及6而获得如图3所示的后跟贴皮9,例如可采用粘上及/或缝上的方法。
相应地在鞋尖10处,外形是按边缘11及12的缝合而成,这样在鞋尖处形成一接缝。为了减少磨损,可以在前面区域,靠近脚趾区域14的前边缘13处装上在图3中所示的脚趾贴皮15,它是特地粘贴上及/或缝上的。
因为通常脚趾区域14是相当柔软或具有弹性和必要时还应制造或可透气的,根据发明,在脚趾区域14的面料相应地通过编织型式、编织型式及/或通过对使用材料适当的选择,例如用丝线或人造材料来制造。这种制造的方式能附带产生这样的结果,即脚趾区域14具有良好的透气性。
例如这些可以通过网格型编织物或网格型针织结构来达到。
用位置16及17标明的区域表示用作标记的单独部分,如在本行业里有名的“Formstrip”是本申请人的标记。
在图3中示出,从脚背范围18至脚跟范围19间,延伸的区域20,21及22不仅要设计为拉伸带子的形状并且要制造成特别具有抗拉力。为了获得要求的效果,该鞋帮区域可以在面料1制造时通过适当的措施特地来完成。例如可以在此处选用特别抗拉力的纤维或线。必要时所述的材料可以是双层或多层的,或特别厚的编织,或是编结的或是附加刺绣的。
特别是当(例如如图3中)没有设置附加的安鞋带的楦形状的镶边时,鞋带范围23及24可以按形状稳定性的要求来进行加工。
最后在图1及图2所示的实例中,面料1上的展开面2的26及27区域按与其它区域不同的外形、颜色和加工形式进行加工,成形以后,在所描述的后跟接缝处装上一图3所描述的后跟贴皮28。
显然,在面料1上可以加工出不同外形及/或不同花样以及不同尺寸的任意数量的展开面2。为此,首先适于采用的是程序控制的,特别是计算机控制的加工设备,这样加工方式,颜色,花样、尺寸等等可能任意进行变化。
按照本发明的一个具有优越性的进一步构成,在鞋帮了的展开面2上还可以有一起制造的按内鞋底形状的单独部分29。在切出后此单独部分29与展开面2连在一起,及在由展开面2所构成的鞋帮的成形及固定之时或以后,单独部分29折叠到鞋底平面并到鞋帮3的下边缘区域,在展开面2处由外轮廓30及31确定,可按已知的方法,例如通过粘贴、缝合、钉缝等等方法进行固定。
在制造面料1时或在面料制造之后及必要时在展开面2切出之后,在展开面2适当的或优选的位置设有刺绣物,例如带孔的刺绣物、工厂的标志或其它的符号或标志。
最后还可以在展开面切出之前或以后在前脚范围装一鞋舌32(图3)。在鞋帮2加工以后,必要时附带地装上或形成一内鞋底及/或一中间鞋底。
加工的鞋帮3紧接着送到粘结模具,注射模具或注塑模具,通过已知的措施,在这些模型中形成如图3所示的中间鞋底33及鞋跟底34。
迄今所描述的本发明的方法的优越性尤其在于,即采用已开发的纺织机,可以在一次操作程序中,在面料中置入特别是可以织入多至7种不同的纺织纤维或线以及同样多的颜色。正如已提到过的,通过计算机控制的程序(以有关的基本图样为出发点)可以加工制造出任意的尺寸和不同的鞋帮型式。由面料加工得出的鞋帮具有很轻的重量,例如鞋码8的鞋帮重量在70克至80克之间。与过去所知的方法比较,这种鞋帮部分的制造费用是非常低的。
在图1及图2中位置号1.1表示不经加工的平面区域,它位于用于鞋帮3或鞋舌40的展开面2之外。
按照本发明进一步有利的结构,鞋底部分29可以进一步地予以改进。在图1及图2中以单独部分表示的鞋底29经纵向的,横向的或斜向分开,这样鞋底可由两部分或多部分构成,这时展开面2的每个外轮廓30、31处至少各设置有一鞋底切段。
按图4的实例在外轮廓31处是一在以后所成的鞋底的全长上延伸的鞋底切段29.1,约为鞋底29的一半,在外轮廓30处设有构成鞋底29的其余部分的鞋底切段29.2。鞋底29.1及29.2二者相互补充成为完整的鞋底部分29。同时其外轮廓29.3及29.4优先采用一纵向接缝来互相连接,例如通过缝合及/或粘合及/或热压合等等。
在图5的实例中,在鞋帮3的展开面2的外轮廓31处设置一前脚鞋底切段29.5及在外轮廓30处设置一后跟鞋底切段29.6。对着鞋帮3的中间的外轮廓29.7及29.8在以后相互连接然后整个鞋底29。这时相应的外轮廓29.7及29.8形成的接缝为横的,斜的或斜和略为S形等等的延伸。最佳选择的接缝路线是,不会或在任何情况下不会对脚底产生不舒适的压力。
按图4的实例还设置一鞋舌40,它是在面料1的加工步骤中,采用不同的纺织结构及/或编织图样及/或刺绣或采用一种或多种印花等而成。在面料1上可以相应某种鞋型及/或某种鞋码,无论在形状、尺寸、一种颜色或多种颜色、图样等等方面加工不同的鞋舌40。最好展开面2总是与所配的鞋舌40一起在同一面料1上加工出来。
面料1的最佳面积利用是将鞋舌40置于两个展开段42与43之间的空余面积处。展开段42与43在以后形成鞋的后面部分,即后跟部分。
最好是每一展开面2至少有5种(最佳选择是多于10种)及鞋舌40最少有2种(最好至少为三种)是相互不同加工的即外貌不同的图样。
本发明结构的进一步优点是面料1按下列方式制造的,即没有设置展开面2或鞋舌40的面积区域1.1由尽可能简易的和价格便宜的、轻的材质组成。例如面积区域1.1可以按网纱的方式或采用少的至非常少的经线及/或纬线及/或例如采用细线等来制造。这样便保证鞋的成形部分,如鞋的上面部分即鞋帮部分连同鞋底和/或鞋舌可获得特别经济的加工。
最好是在展开面2,鞋底部分29,特别是鞋底部分切段29.1及29.2或29.5及29.6的区域采用的材料的纺织部分具有吸湿性。因此最好采用棉质的。吸水性材料成分至少约占总材料的25%。根据使用情况可高达100%。
如已经说明的,所需的面料可以由程序控制的面料加工设备制造,其程序经过相应的基本调整以后,几乎可以任意地适应于各个鞋帮展开面的尺寸或各个区段或轮廓的编织或编结的型式的改变,以及线或纤维类型方面的改变和/或颜色方面的变化。
Claims (16)
1、采用带有许多按鞋帮展开面形状的图样的织物面料来制造鞋成形部分的方法,将这些展开面从织物面料切出并将鞋帮部分缝合在一起成为一上面部分,以及相配的鞋底部分设在配置的展开面的不经切开的外缘的边缘区域,其特征在于该方法还具有下列步骤:
--在加工织物面料(1)时,通过在织物面料(1)上的印花过程及/或通过在面料内的纺织加工过程,其上图样或部分图样不仅是按照鞋帮(3)的展开面(2)的形状,而且还按照鞋底部分(29)的形状;
--每一鞋帮(3)的展开面(2)直接配置一鞋底部分(29)并且将鞋底部分(29)装在鞋帮(3)展开面(2)的正确位置处;
--在加工织物面料(1)时展开面(2)或设置展开面(2)所在的区域,按另外的编织方式及/或编结方式来加工作为鞋底部分(29)或设置这些同图样所在的区域;
--在鞋承载时具有不同的负载展开面(2)及/或鞋底部分(29)的区域,按与负载相适应的编织方式及/或编织方式来制造;
--互相配置的展开面(2)及鞋底部分(29)在从织物面料(1)处切出时并不完全相互分开,而是通过相应的织物切段来保持互相连接的;
--带有鞋底部分(29)的展开面(2)分开的各单元首先将展开面(2)在设定的接缝位置连接成一鞋帮(3)并且最后将鞋底部分(29)缝合或钉合到相应的展开面(2)的自由外缘处。
2、按权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,展开面(2)及/或鞋底部分(29)在鞋帮(3)或鞋底部分(29)的高负荷区域,在从织物面料(1)切出之前或以后要设置加强结构。
3、按权利要求1或2的方法,其特征在于,在鞋帮(3)的展开面(2)的外轮廓(30、31)附有一个在以后构成的鞋底全长上延伸的单独部分,其形状各为一鞋底部分切段(29.1,29.2),其外轮廓(29.3,29.54)可连接成一纵向接缝以形成鞋底部分(29)。
4、按照权利要求1或2的方法,其特征在于,在鞋帮(3)的展开面(2)的外轮廓(30或31)处加工出一前脚鞋底部分切段(29.5)及在另外的外轮廓(31或30)处加工出一后跟一鞋底部分切段(29.6),它们对着鞋帮(3)中间的外轮廓(29.7或29.8)可以通过一横的,斜的,S形的或相似的延伸的接缝来互相连接,并且由此形成鞋底部分(29)。
5、按照权利要求1至4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在展开面(2)及鞋底部分(29)切出以前或以后,至少在展开面(2)处加工或设置一刺绣物。
6、按照权利要求5的方法,其特征在于,刺绣物至少部分地加工为带孔的刺绣。
7、按照权利要求1至6任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在鞋帮(3)加工以后,设置一内鞋底或中间鞋底。
8、按照权利要求1至7任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在展开面(2)及鞋底部分(29)切出以前或以后,在展开面(2)处设置一鞋舌(32),它是经特别的缝合及/或粘合及/或钉合的。
9、按照权利要求8的方法,其特征在于,在编织面料(1)上鞋舌(40)是采用不同的图样,不同的纺织方式,颜色,印花及其它类似的方法来制造的。
10、按照权利要求9的方法,其特征在于,鞋舌(40)是在同一面料(1)内制造的,即如同展开面(2)连同鞋底部分(29)或鞋底切段(29.1,29.2;29.5,29.6)一样。
11、按照权利要求10的方法,其特征在于,鞋舌(40)至少部分地设置在空余面积(41)内,该空余面积是在以后可形成脚跟部分的展开切段(42,43)之间。
12、按照权利要求1至11任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,制造过程中不是为展开面(2)或不是为包括鞋舌(40)在内的展开面(2)制备的面料(1)的面积区域(1.1)具有较一般的质量及/或密度及/或重量较轻。
13、按照权利要求1至12所述的方法制造的鞋成形部分,其特征在于,每个展开面(2)看来至少具有5种不同加工方式的图样。
14、按权利要求13的鞋成形部分,其特征在于,每一鞋舌(40)至少具有两种不同加工方式的图样。
15、按权利要求13或14的鞋成形部分,其特征在于,鞋底部分(29)或鞋底部分切段(29.1,29.2;29.5,29.6)采用良好的湿性材料特别是用棉质的纺织物构成。
16、按照权利要求15的鞋成形部分,其特征在于,吸湿性良好的材料至少占总材料的25%。
