本发明提供了一种热熔胶配方及其制作方法,其成分包括:EVA树脂35-60份;增粘剂30-45份;乙烯辛烯共聚物3-6份;聚异丁烯2-4份;稳定剂0.5-2份;抗氧剂0.3-0.5份。将EVA树脂、乙烯辛烯共聚物、聚异丁烯在80-90℃搅拌10-15分钟,加入稳定剂和抗氧剂,搅拌5-10分钟,加入增粘剂,升温至110℃搅拌10-15分钟,降温至80℃,通过挤出机挤出,切割冷却。本发明成分合理,稳定性高,成分环保,粘合度高,尤其适用于家具加工领域。

本发明涉及热熔胶领域,特别是涉及一种热熔胶配方及其制作方法。
背景技术
热熔胶用途广泛,不同领域对热熔胶的性能要求不尽相同。使用在家具领域时,除了对热熔胶安全性、稳定性和粘合度的要求较高之外,还要求其绿色环保,以免长时间摆放在室内时对人体造成危害。家具制造领域对热熔胶使用量较大,成本控制也是需要考量的范围。现在市面上成分合理,稳定性高,成分环保,粘合度高的热熔胶还不多见,有待开发。
发明内容
为了克服现有热熔胶的不足之处,本发明提供了一种热熔胶配方及其制作方法。

本发明的有益之处在于:成分合理,稳定性高,成分环保,粘合度高,尤其适用于家具加工领域。

一种热熔胶配方及其制作方法,其成分每百份包括:
将EVA树脂、乙烯辛烯共聚物、聚异丁烯在85℃搅拌15分钟,加入稳定剂和抗氧剂,搅拌10分钟,加入增粘剂,升温至110℃搅拌15分钟,降温至80℃,通过挤出机挤出,切割冷却。
实施例2
一种热熔胶配方及其制作方法,其成分每百份包括:
将EVA树脂、乙烯辛烯共聚物、聚异丁烯在90℃搅拌10分钟,加入稳定剂和抗氧剂,搅拌5分钟,加入增粘剂,升温至110℃搅拌15分钟,降温至80℃,通过挤出机挤出,切割冷却。
实施例3
一种热熔胶配方及其制作方法,其成分每百份包括:
将EVA树脂、乙烯辛烯共聚物、聚异丁烯在90℃搅拌8分钟,加入稳定剂和抗氧剂,搅拌8分钟,加入增粘剂,升温至110℃搅拌12分钟,降温至80℃,通过挤出机挤出,切割冷却。
