Abstract
本发明提出一种哑面抗刮紫外光固化涂料,按质量百分比由以下组分组成:30‑45%的多官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,25‑35%的活性稀释剂,2‑8%的光引发剂,4‑8%的哑粉,4‑8%的PTFE蜡粉,15‑25%的溶剂;所述多官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸酯包括3官能度、6官能度和9官能度的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯中的一种或几种。经过本发明的哑面抗刮紫外光固化涂料涂布紫外固化的薄膜,雾度高,雾度值为41‑70%;光泽度低,光泽度值为10‑25GU;抗刮性好,且涂料中未添加硅氧烷助剂,在薄膜上易进行后制程的印刷,重涂性好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其涉及一种哑面紫外光固化涂料及其在哑光薄膜的应用。
背景技术
随着人们审美观念的不断变化,对印刷薄膜产品的要求不断提高,于是哑光膜应运而生。哑光膜是一种低光泽、高雾度成漫反射哑光效果的包装用膜,薄膜表面类似纸面具有非常低的光泽,其表面反射光弱而柔和,具有手感舒适、外观宁静典雅、印刷时色彩能够逼真再现等诸多优点,有类纸包装膜或者自然光光泽膜之称。但现有的哑光膜存在着表面粗糙,耐刮性差,印刷适性差以及不够哑光等特点。因此,现有的哑光膜有待进一步的改进。目前薄膜哑光的生产方法有两种:
通过三台挤出机共挤出形成三层结构,分别是哑光层、芯层、功能层。此种方法芯层为透明层,哑光效果是哑光层呈现出来的,缺点在于:哑光层表面较软,缺陷表现为不耐刮擦,容易泛白。
薄膜上涂布哑光涂料,在涂层固化后薄膜表面形成哑光涂层,从而达到哑光效果,缺点在于:涂层附着力的要求高,哑光层上再做印刷的难度大,雾度很难做高。
发明内容
为解决上述不足,本发明提出一种哑面抗刮紫外光固化涂料,应用在薄膜涂布可得到雾度高,光泽度低,抗刮性好的哑光薄膜。
本发明提出一种哑面抗刮紫外光固化涂料,按质量百分比由以下组分组成:30-45%的多官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,25-35%的活性稀释剂,2-8%的光引发剂,4-8%的哑粉,4-8%的PTFE蜡粉,15-25%的溶剂;所述多官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸酯包括3官能度、6官能度和9官能度的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述活性稀释剂是1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯。
优选的,所述光引发剂是1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮。
优选的,所述的溶剂是丁酮、醋酸乙酯、醋酸丁酯、甲苯、二甲苯、环己酮中的一种或几种。
本发明还提出一种上述的哑面抗刮紫外光固化涂料的应用,将制备好的哑面抗刮紫外光固化涂料涂布在薄膜基材上再进行烘烤和UV固化得到涂层干膜,制成哑面抗刮薄膜。
优选的,所述薄膜基材是OPP薄膜、PC薄膜或PET薄膜。
优选的,所述涂层干膜的厚度为2-10um。
优选的,所述烘烤的温度为80℃,烘烤的时间为1-2min。
优选的,所述UV固化的固化能量为200-400mj/cm2。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明的哑面抗刮紫外光固化涂料在薄膜OPP、PET和PC上的附着力好。
2、紫外光固化涂料干膜的厚度为2-10um,厚度低,成本低。
3、经过本发明的哑面抗刮紫外光固化涂料涂布紫外固化的薄膜,雾度高,雾度值为41-70%;光泽度低,光泽度值为10-25GU;抗刮性好,且涂料中未添加硅氧烷助剂,在薄膜上易进行后制程的印刷,重涂性好。

为了使本发明技术的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明技术进行进一步详细说明。
实施例一:
一种哑面抗刮紫外光固化涂料,按质量百分比由以下组分组成:30%的9官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,35%的1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯,6%的1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮,6%的哑粉,6%的PTFE蜡粉,8%的丁酮,9%的环己酮。
将上述组分制备的哑面抗刮紫外光固化涂料涂布在OPP、PET或PC薄膜上,将薄膜进行烘烤,烘烤温度为80℃,热烘时间1-2min,再进行UV固化,固化能量为200-400mj/cm2,制成哑面抗刮薄膜。烘烤和UV固化得到的涂层干膜厚度为2-10um;哑面抗刮薄膜样品透光率为90%,雾度为50%,光泽度为19GU,铅笔硬度测试500g力负重H,且在哑光膜上凸版印刷杭华UV 161 NH色墨,百格测试附着5B。
实施例二:
一种哑面抗刮紫外光固化涂料,按质量百分比由以下组分组成:45%的6官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,25%的1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯,4%的1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮,5%的哑粉,4%的PTFE蜡粉,7%的醋酸乙酯,10%的醋酸丁酯。
将上述组分制备的哑面抗刮紫外光固化涂料涂布在OPP、PET或PC薄膜上,将薄膜进行烘烤,烘烤温度为80℃,热烘时间1-2min,再进行UV固化,固化能量为200-400mj/cm2,制成哑面抗刮薄膜。烘烤和UV固化得到的涂层干膜厚度为2-10um;哑面抗刮薄膜样品透光率为91%,雾度为41%,光泽度为25GU,铅笔硬度测试500g力负重2H,且在哑光膜上凸版印刷杭华UV 161 NH色墨,百格测试附着5B。
实施例三:
一种哑面抗刮紫外光固化涂料,按质量百分比由以下组分组成:10%的9官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,20%的3官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,30%的1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯,5%的1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮,4%的哑粉,8%的PTFE蜡粉,13%的甲苯,10%的二甲苯。
将上述组分制备的哑面抗刮紫外光固化涂料涂布在OPP、PET或PC薄膜上,将薄膜进行烘烤,烘烤温度为80℃,热烘时间1-2min,再进行UV固化,固化能量为200-400mj/cm2,制成哑面抗刮薄膜。烘烤和UV固化得到的涂层干膜厚度为2-10um;哑面抗刮薄膜样品透光率为89%,雾度为70%,光泽度为10GU,铅笔硬度测试500g力负重F,且在哑光膜上凸版印刷杭华UV 161 NH色墨,百格测试附着4B。
实施例四:
一种哑面抗刮紫外光固化涂料,按质量百分比由以下组分组成:20%的6官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,20%的3官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,28%的1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯,8%的1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮,8%的哑粉,5%的PTFE蜡粉,5%的甲苯,6%的环己酮。
将上述组分制备的哑面抗刮紫外光固化涂料涂布在OPP、PET或PC薄膜上,将薄膜进行烘烤,烘烤温度为80℃,热烘时间1-2min,再进行UV固化,固化能量为200-400mj/cm2,制成哑面抗刮薄膜。烘烤和UV固化得到的涂层干膜厚度为2-10um;哑面抗刮薄膜样品透光率为89.5%,雾度为60%,光泽度为15GU,铅笔硬度测试500g力负重F,且在哑光膜上凸版印刷杭华UV 161 NH色墨,百格测试附着5B。
实施例五:
一种哑面抗刮紫外光固化涂料,按质量百分比由以下组分组成:15%的9官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,10%的6官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,10%的3官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,32%的1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯,2%的1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮,4%的哑粉,7%的PTFE蜡粉,8%醋酸乙酯,8%的甲苯,4%的环己酮。
将上述组分制备的哑面抗刮紫外光固化涂料涂布在OPP、PET或PC薄膜上,将薄膜进行烘烤,烘烤温度为80℃,热烘时间1-2min,再进行UV固化,固化能量为200-400mj/cm2,制成哑面抗刮薄膜。烘烤和UV固化得到的涂层干膜厚度为2-10um;哑面抗刮薄膜样品透光率为90.5%,雾度为47%,光泽度为22GU,铅笔硬度测试500g力负重H,且在哑光膜上凸版印刷杭华UV 161 NH色墨,百格测试附着4B。

1.一种哑面抗刮紫外光固化涂料,其特征在于,按质量百分比由以下组分组成:30-45%的多官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,25-35%的活性稀释剂,2-8%的光引发剂,4-8%的哑粉,4-8%的PTFE蜡粉,15-25%的溶剂;所述多官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸酯包括3官能度、6官能度和9官能度的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯中的一种或几种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的哑面抗刮紫外光固化涂料,其特征在于,所述活性稀释剂是1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的哑面抗刮紫外光固化涂料,其特征在于,所述光引发剂是1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮。
4.根据权利要求1所述的哑面抗刮紫外光固化涂料,其特征在于,所述的溶剂是丁酮、醋酸乙酯、醋酸丁酯、甲苯、二甲苯、环己酮中的一种或几种。
5.一种权利要求1-4任意一项所述的哑面抗刮紫外光固化涂料的应用,其特征在于,将制备好的哑面抗刮紫外光固化涂料涂布在薄膜基材上再进行烘烤和UV固化得到涂层干膜,制成哑面抗刮薄膜。
6.根据权利要求5所述的应用,其特征在于,所述薄膜基材是OPP薄膜、PC薄膜或PET薄膜。
7.根据权利要求5所述的应用,其特征在于,所述涂层干膜的厚度为2-10um。
8.根据权利要求5所述的应用,其特征在于,所述烘烤的温度为80℃,烘烤的时间为1-2min。
9.根据权利要求5所述的应用,其特征在于,所述UV固化的固化能量为200-400mj/cm2。
