Abstract

对苯二酚是一种重要的化工产品。工艺流程:将对氨基苯酚、硫酸及水在成盐釜中成硫酸盐后,用泵进入高压反应釜中进行水解反应,水解反应单程转化率为92%。反应以导热油为热载体,利用循环油泵强制循环,将温度控制在230℃,压力为3.5MPa反应2小时,保温10小时后开始连续进料和出料。水解液先进入闪蒸蒸发釜,将压力释放为常压,在此过程中物料会蒸发掉25%的水分(以水蒸气和硫酸雾形式)(G2-1)。该水解浓缩液用三效浓缩器浓缩至原体积的50%,冷却后约有占成品总量的75%的粗品析出,过滤,滤液用醋酸丁酯进行萃取,利用分层,分离出醋酸丁酯层,该工序产生分离废水W1-1。接下来进入脱溶工序,将醋酸丁酯层进行加热,利用沸点差,将醋酸丁酯脱去(脱去的醋酸丁酯经冷凝回用于萃取工序,冷凝温度为50℃。该工序有不凝气体G2-2产生)。将脱去醋酸丁酯的料液和粗品酚一起进一步精馏,精馏条件为真空状况下用导热油加热至250℃左右,蒸出成品,该工序有不凝气体G2-1及釜残S2-1产生。将精馏成品冷却后用切片机切片后包装,入库。产品收率为89%。
