Abstract
本发明公开了一种陶瓷陶土及其制备方法,包括以下质量份数的物质组成:膨胀珍珠岩150‑180份、钠长石粉末80‑120份、干化淤泥粉末60‑80份、黄泥60‑70份、铁砂粉15‑20份、碳化硅6‑15份、石英石粉末3‑6份、氧化锆6‑12份、膨润土3‑12份、颜料4‑6份、玻璃纤维丝7‑10份、余量为纯净水;1、温度匹配特性。烧成 1200‑1300℃时,体积膨胀 10‑15 倍,添加 8‑10%之间,不会改变瓷土固有特性;现有高温瓷土烧成温度均在:1200‑1300℃之间,物理特性适合,不用特别调配高温瓷土的配方,是操作简单实用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种陶瓷陶土及其制备方法。
背景技术
瓷器的主要制作工艺为 :先将瓷土配成泥浆,在模具当中灌注成型,在经历高温烧 成之后,表面施釉,在经过复烧,使其成为瓷器。现有的陶瓷瓷土因为了满足酒瓶特性的需 要,烧制温度越来越高,使瓷土中的石英与高岭土几乎完全瓷化,其特性接近于玻璃酒瓶。 回顾历史,随着陶瓷技术广泛运用在白酒行业包装上,不难看出,传统“陶”与未瓷化的“半 瓷”密度低,可以加强原酒与空气的离子交换,对原酒陈酿过程中起到不可替代的陈化作 用。如今,越来越强,越来越致密的“高温陶瓷瓶”以它的优势取代了,“陶”和“半瓷”。但是,不透气的陶瓷材质,作为白酒酒瓶的包装应用,最大的缺点就是过于密封。丢失了原本需要陈化,需要自然接触的良好发酵环境。
膨胀珍珠岩通常在常温环境下用于户外的建筑物、热力设备等作松填绝热保温材料领域。在此之前,膨胀珍珠岩在高温密闭环境下,用作酒瓶包装还未见相关报道。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种陶瓷陶土及其制备方法。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种陶瓷陶土,包括以下质量份数的物质组成:
膨胀珍珠岩 150-180份
钠长石粉末 80-120份
干化淤泥粉末 60-80份
黄泥 60-70份
铁砂粉 15-20份
碳化硅 6-15份
石英石粉末 3-6份
氧化锆 6-12份
膨润土 3-12份
颜料 4-6份
玻璃纤维丝 7-10份
余量为纯净水。

一种陶瓷陶土的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)选取膨胀珍珠岩、钠长石粉末和干化淤泥粉末,将膨胀珍珠岩、钠长石粉末和干化淤泥粉末通过研磨机进行混合研磨,研磨时间15-25min,直至将混合的各组分研磨至100-200目细粒,得到混合物;
2)在步骤1)中所得到的混合物中加入黄泥、铁砂粉、碳化硅和石英石粉末,而后加入一勺水进行搅拌,搅拌时间10-15min,搅拌至糊状,得到糊状物;
3)在步骤2)中所得到的糊状物中依次加入氧化锆、膨润土、颜料和玻璃纤维丝,加入完成后,加入剩余水,而后使用搅拌棒顺时针搅拌15次,再逆时针搅拌15次,重复上述搅拌步骤2-3次,而后静置5min后,用手掌无序搅拌2-5min,最后即可得到本发明的陶瓷陶土。
本发明的有益效果是:1、温度匹配特性。烧成 1200-1300℃时,体积膨胀 10-15倍,添加 8-10%之间,不会改变瓷土固有特性;现有高温瓷土烧成温度均在:1200-1300℃之间,物理特性适合,不用特别调配高温瓷土的配方,是操作简单实用。
2、色彩匹配特性:烧成 1200-1300℃时,颜色白,与高档瓷瓶颜色要求匹配。但是:膨胀珍珠岩中含有少量的铁,球磨后需要对浆料进行除铁处理。
3、高温下的安全性和稳定性较原有技术大大提高。

氧化锆 6-12份
膨润土 3-12份
颜料 4-6份
玻璃纤维丝 7-10份
余量为纯净水。

6.一种如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的陶瓷陶土的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
选取膨胀珍珠岩、钠长石粉末和干化淤泥粉末,将膨胀珍珠岩、钠长石粉末和干化淤泥粉末通过研磨机进行混合研磨,研磨时间15-25min,直至将混合的各组分研磨至100-200目细粒,得到混合物;
在步骤1)中所得到的混合物中加入黄泥、铁砂粉、碳化硅和石英石粉末,而后加入一勺水进行搅拌,搅拌时间10-15min,搅拌至糊状,得到糊状物;
在步骤2)中所得到的糊状物中依次加入氧化锆、膨润土、颜料和玻璃纤维丝,加入完成后,加入剩余水,而后使用搅拌棒顺时针搅拌15次,再逆时针搅拌15次,重复上述搅拌步骤2-3次,而后静置5min后,用手掌无序搅拌2-5min,最后即可得到本发明的陶瓷陶土。
