本发明涉及一种新型多色彩木塑复合材料的生产设备,它包括机架,在所述机架上方一端设有主电机,所述主电机与螺杆相连,所述螺杆安装在机筒内,在所述机筒上设有主喂料口和副喂料口,在所述主喂料口和副喂料口之间的机筒上设有真空抽气口,所述真空抽气口与抽真空装置相连,所述主喂料口与主喂料装置相连,所述副喂料口与副喂料装置相连,所述螺杆由锥形段和柱形段组成,所述柱形段设在锥形段的浅螺槽处。本发明挤出压力高,带有主喂料装置、副喂料装置、抽真空装置的锥形单螺杆挤出机,挤出速度合理,无气泡鼓包,用于生产高木粉含量多色彩木塑复合材料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种木塑复合材料的生产设备,具体涉及一种多彩木塑复合材料的生产设备。
背景技术
传统的木塑复合材料通体颜色一致,无色彩,多色彩木塑复合材料的开发成为研究热点之一。传统的单螺杆挤出机由于无抽真空装置,无主喂料装置,容易产生气泡,鼓包等问题,通过低速度挤出来生产,挤出压力小,效率低下,已经被行业所淘汰。现有的多色彩木塑复合材料主要采用锥形双螺杆挤出机生产,在浅色木塑粒子中,添加深色色母来得到多色彩木塑复合材料。木塑复合材料的主要原料是回收塑料,成分不稳定,特别是多组分的混杂回收塑料,性能差异较大。锥形双螺杆挤出机塑化较好,色母容易与多组分的混杂回收塑料制备的木塑粒子相容合或者部分相容合,造成多色彩木塑复合材料底色颜色加深,色彩线条不稳定,重现性差,特别是容易出现色彩混合斑点,产品报废率很高。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种挤出压力高,带有主喂料装置、副喂料装置、抽真空装置的锥形单螺杆挤出机,挤出速度合理,无气泡鼓包,用于生产高木粉含量多色彩木塑复合材料的设备。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的一种新型多色彩木塑复合材料的生产设备,它包括机架,在所述机架上方一端设有主电机,所述主电机与螺杆相连,所述螺杆安装在机筒内,在所述机筒上设有主喂料口和副喂料口,在所述主喂料口和副喂料口之间的机筒上设有真空抽气口,所述真空抽气口与抽真空装置相连,所述主喂料口与主喂料装置相连,所述副喂料口与副喂料装置相连,所述螺杆由锥形段和柱形段组成,所述柱形段设在锥形段的浅螺槽处。
所述主喂料口、副喂料口和真空抽气口都设在螺杆锥形段处的机筒上。
所述螺杆锥形段的螺槽深度逐渐减小,至与柱形段连接处最小。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:第一,本发明采用单螺杆挤出,塑化混合能力减弱,木塑粒子与色母粒不容易相融合,有效解决了多组分回收塑料生产多彩木塑复合材料色彩不稳定的问题;第二,本发明设计了一组锥形的单螺杆,螺杆由锥形段和柱形段组成,锥形段螺杆的螺槽逐渐变浅,且明显深于柱形段,使得木塑粒子在锥形段螺杆中没有完全填满,始终处于“饥饿喂料”状态,并在此段受热,水分挥发,用抽真空装置抽走;第三,本发明设计了主喂料装置,使本发明所述的单螺杆挤出机可分别调节主机转速和主喂料转速,即挤出压力可调节,解决了单螺杆挤出时色彩形状不可调节的问题,丰富了色彩的纹理;第四,本发明设计了锥形段与柱形段相结合的螺杆结构,增加了单螺杆的挤出压力,适用于高木粉含量多色彩木塑复合材料的生产;第五,本发明设计了副喂料装置,改变传统的直接将色母粒与木塑粒子先混合后再挤出的方式,简化了生产步骤,同时使色母的添加量可随时调节,有利于随时调整色彩的纹路和丰富程度。

下面结合附图和实施例对发明作进一步的说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明所述的一种新型多色彩木塑复合材料的生产设备,它包括机架1,在所述机架1上方一端设有主电机2,所述主电机2与螺杆3相连,所述螺杆3安装在机筒4内,在所述机筒4上设有主喂料口5和副喂料口6,在所述主喂料口5和副喂料口6之间的机筒4上设有真空抽气口7,所述真空抽气口7与抽真空装置8相连,所述主喂料口5与主喂料装置9相连,所述副喂料口6与副喂料装置10相连,所述螺杆3由锥形段11和柱形段12组成,所述柱形段12设在锥形段11的浅螺槽处;所述主喂料口5、副喂料口6和真空抽气口7都设在螺杆3锥形段11处的机筒上;所述螺杆3的锥形段11的螺槽深度逐渐减下,至柱形段12处最小。本发明采用单螺杆挤出,螺杆由锥形段和柱形段组成,增加了主喂料装置、副喂料装置和抽真空装置,挤出压力高,产品致密,无气泡鼓包,并且色彩稳定,可调节,色彩的丰富程度高,适用于高木粉含量多色彩木塑复合材料的生产。
本发明提供了一种思路及方法,具体实现该技术方案的方法和途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围,本实施例中未明确的各组成部分均可用现有技术加以实现。

1.一种新型多色彩木塑复合材料的生产设备,其特征在于:它包括机架(1),在所述机架(1)上方一端设有主电机(2),所述主电机(2)与螺杆(3)相连,所述螺杆(3)安装在机筒(4)内,在所述机筒(4)上设有主喂料口(5)和副喂料口(6),在所述主喂料口(5)和副喂料口(6)之间的机筒(4)上设有真空抽气口(7),所述真空抽气口(7)与抽真空装置(8)相连,所述主喂料口(5)与主喂料装置(9)相连,所述副喂料口(6)与副喂料装置(10)相连,所述螺杆(3)由锥形段(11)和柱形段(12)组成,所述柱形段(12)设在锥形段(11)的浅螺槽处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型多色彩木塑复合材料的生产设备,其特征在于:所述主喂料口(5)、副喂料口(6)和真空抽气口(7)都设在螺杆(3)锥形段(11)处的机筒上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型多色彩木塑复合材料的生产设备,其特征在于:所述螺杆(3)锥形段(11)的螺槽深度逐渐减小,至与柱形段(12)连接处最小。
