本发明提供一种限温器外杯自动送料装置,可自动将振动盘排列好的限温器外杯送入输送带的自动冲压母模座上,实现限温器外杯生产全自动化。该自动送料装置包括输送带母模,所述输送带母模上方两侧分别为挡料板和料带口,所述挡料板具有与限温器外杯侧面适配的挡料弧面,所述料带口与料带连接,所述料带与振动盘连接,所述料带口处设有旋转拨杆,所述料带包括两组相对距离相等的限位槽,所述两组限位槽之间的距离大于限温器外杯主体的直径且小于限温器外杯杯口的翻边直径,所述每组限位槽包括下传送限位线和上传送限位线,所述下传送限位线与振动盘的出料口连接,所述上传送限位线相对所述下传送限位线与振动盘的出料口连接处悬空设置。

一种限温器外杯自动送料装置
技术领域
本发明涉及小家电零配件加工技术领域,具体涉及一种限温器外杯自动送料装置。
背景技术
传统磁钢限温器结构一般包括底部均通孔的限温器内杯和限温器外杯。而限温器外杯则需要在侧壁冲出用于与电饭锅底座装配的定位部a,如图1所示。目前,由于利润值问题和限温器外杯的如图2所示的特殊结构,该定位部a的冲切还是使用传统的手动作业冲压的技术,不仅效率不高,而且容易发生冲压伤手等安全事故。目前为了促进自动化生产,可以利用振动盘使限温器外杯自动排列好位置,但是,如何将振动盘排列好的限温器外杯送入到输送带的自动冲压母模座是一个技术难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种限温器外杯自动送料装置,可自动将振动盘排列好的限温器外杯送入输送带的自动冲压母模座上,实现限温器外杯生产全自动化。
根据本发明提供的限温器外杯自动送料装置,包括输送带母模,所述输送带母模上方两侧分别为挡料板和料带口,所述挡料板具有与限温器外杯侧面适配的挡料弧面,所述料带口与料带连接,所述料带与振动盘连接,所述料带口处设有旋转拨杆,所述料带包括两组相对距离相等的限位槽,所述两组限位槽之间的距离大于限温器外杯主体的直径且小于限温器外杯杯口的翻边直径,所述每组限位槽包括下传送限位线和上传送限位线,所述下传送限位线与振动盘的出料口连接,所述上传送限位线相对所述下传送限位线与振动盘的出料口连接处悬空设置。
本发明的限温器外杯自动送料装置工作时,由振动盘排列好的限温器外杯,从出料口进入料带,由料带的上传送限位线和下传送限位线夹住并往前送,在料带的料带口处,由旋转拨杆击打限温器外杯的侧壁,将限温器外杯打飞离开料带,限温器外杯飞出后,经过挡料板的阻挡后自然下落,由于有挡料板的挡料弧面以及料带口和旋转拨杆的限位,刚好对准下落至下方的输送带母模中,完成送料,随着输送带的运行,再将完成送料的母模带入下一工位开始冲切,实现全自动化,其工作效率高,安全可靠。
进一步的,所述挡料弧面和所述旋转拨杆的作用面均为弹性材质,以防止对限温器外杯的破坏变形。

下面对照附图,通过对实施实例的描述,对本发明的具体实施方式如所涉及的各构件的形状、构造、各部分之间的相互位置及连接关系、各部分的作用及工作原理等作进一步的详细说明。
如图3-6,本发明的限温器外杯自动送料装置,包括输送带母模1,输送带母模1上方两侧分别为挡料板2和料带口31,挡料板2具有与限温器外杯4侧面适配的挡料弧面21,料带口31与料带3连接,料带3与振动盘(图中未示出)连接,料带口31处设有旋转拨杆5,料带3包括两组相对距离相等的限位槽32和限位槽33,两组限位槽32和限位槽33之间的距离大于限温器外杯4主体的直径且小于限温器外杯4杯口的翻边直径,限位槽32包括下传送限位线321和上传送限位线322,下传送限位线321与振动盘的出料口(图中未示出)连接,上传送限位线322相对下传送限位线321与振动盘的出料口连接处悬空设置。
本发明的限温器外杯自动送料装置工作时,由振动盘排列好的限温器外杯4,从出料口进入料带3,由料带3的上传送限位线322和下传送限位线321夹住并往前送,在料带3的料带口31处,由旋转拨杆5击打限温器外杯4的侧壁,将限温器外杯4打飞离开料带3,限温器外杯4飞出后,经过挡料板2的阻挡后自然下落,由于有挡料板2的挡料弧面21以及料带口31和旋转拨杆5的限位,刚好对准下落至下方的输送带母模1中,完成送料,随着输送带的运行,再将完成送料的母模带入下一工位开始冲切,实现全自动化,其工作效率高,安全可靠。
作为优选的实施方式,挡料弧面21和旋转拨杆5的作用面均为弹性材质,以防止对限温器外杯4的破坏变形。

1.一种限温器外杯自动送料装置,其特征在于包括输送带母模,所述输送带母模上方两侧分别为挡料板和料带口,所述挡料板具有与限温器外杯侧面适配的挡料弧面,所述料带口与料带连接,所述料带与振动盘连接,所述料带口处设有旋转拨杆,所述料带包括两组相对距离相等的限位槽,所述两组限位槽之间的距离大于限温器外杯主体的直径且小于限温器外杯杯口的翻边直径,所述每组限位槽包括下传送限位线和上传送限位线,所述下传送限位线与振动盘的出料口连接,所述上传送限位线相对所述下传送限位线与振动盘的出料口连接处悬空设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的限温器外杯自动送料装置,其特征在于所述挡料弧面和所述旋转拨杆的作用面均为弹性材质。
