背景技术
铝合金轮毂在锻造过程中,由于产品结构多样,特别是中心位置凸出,预压时铝棒定位非常困难,而且容易倾倒,导致定位发生偏差,最终的产品会一边料过多,一边缺料的情况发生。传统技术使用平面预压,虽然定位准确,但是材料利用率大大降低,成本上升。

本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种利用模具结构定位,计算工件拔模力,使产品定位准确避免偏心,减少材料损耗,提高材料利用率,节约成本的轿车锻造铝合金轮毂弹性预压模具。
本实用新型轿车锻造铝合金轮毂弹性预压模具的技术方案是:其特征在于包括上模压板和下模连接板,下模连接板上安装下模连接承座,下模连接承座上设置芯模镶块,芯模镶块周围设置下芯模,且芯模镶块与下芯模上下错位设置,下芯模上设置工位,工件放置在工位上,在下模连接承座中设置弹簧连杆,弹簧连杆的外壁设置弹簧,弹簧连杆的顶部连接下芯模,弹簧连杆的底部设有限位块。
本实用新型的轿车锻造铝合金轮毂弹性预压模具,设备在工作时,先将工件放置在下芯模和芯模镶块上,再上模压板由动力带动缓慢下压直至接触工件,工件带动下芯模向下挤压弹簧直至接触到下模连接承座,此时,上模压板继续施加压力,对工件进行预压成型,直至达到预压高度,锻件成型后,上模压板才由动力带动缓慢上升,下芯模在弹簧的作用下通过弹簧连杆将工件顶出,与芯模镶块分离,最后由人工或机械手取出工件。本方案的整个预压过程包括上料、下压、预压、复位和取件5个阶段,其特点是通过弹簧连接芯模将工件顶出脱模,通过下芯模和芯模镶块的错位装配,保证工件定位准确,避免了产品偏心,锻压完成后使用弹簧的变形力通过顶出芯模将工件顶出,避免芯模粘在模具上,同时提高了生产效率,满足生产要求,同时提高了材料利用率上节省开支,降低生产成本。
