本发明公开了一种具有抗菌止血功效的蚕丝缝合线及其制备方法。其由以下原料制成:芳香聚酯40‑50份、蚕丝蛋白25‑35份、何首乌粉15‑20份、黄芪胶20‑25份、明胶14‑18份、十二烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠11‑14份、甘油5‑15份、羊毛酯1‑5份、角鲨烷3‑7份、氮酮3‑8份、甘薯淀粉20‑30份、粘合剂10‑15份、元胡粉6‑10份、甘草酸二钾6‑10份、肌氨酸钠8‑10份、茶多酚5‑10份、蒲黄粉3‑5份、棕榈蜡3‑7份、三七参12‑18份。本发明提供的具有抗菌止血功效的蚕丝缝合线及其制备方法,具有良好的血液相容性和组织相容性,无炎症反应,在人体内无排异性和不良反应,具有促进伤口愈合的功效,缩短治疗时间,使用方便。

一种具有抗菌止血功效的蚕丝缝合线及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于化妆品领域,具体涉及一种具有抗菌止血功效的蚕丝缝合线及其制备方法。
背景技术
手术缝合线是指在外科手术当中,用于伤口结扎缝合止血以及组织缝合的一种特殊用线。根据其生物降解性能可分为两类:不可吸收线和可吸收线。前者具有拉力强度高、易于消毒灭菌、组织反应低的特点,但是在体内不降解,所以缝合后需要拆线,易带来二次疼痛和感染以及留下疤痕;后者在体内可以降解成为可溶性产物,被人体吸收并逐步排泄出体外,从而减轻了病人痛苦。临床应用中理想的可吸收缝合材料应满足以下条件:通用性、无菌性、无电解性、无表面张力、无过敏性和无致癌性,易于操作,不利于细菌生长,打结时能确保线结安全而无磨损或切割,能对抗组织内的收缩,缝合目的达到后能被组织吸收而且反应轻微。然而医学界常用的可吸收缝合线多为羊肠线、高分子化学合成线,使用时存在生物相容性差,易引发组织免疫性反应,吸收不充分及机械性能差等问题。
蚕丝是一种生态学非污染的天然纤维,天然可降解性材料,属绿色环保产品。同时蚕丝具有改善发炎性伤口功效,针对发炎性伤口的实际检试,结果医疗专业常用的亲水性敷料在前5天期间,其对伤口面积的缩小,几乎没有帮助,但蚕丝蛋白则在前5天即能将发炎性伤口缩小57%。目前用于手术的可吸收线,机械性能差,效果较为单一。基于此,本发明通过将传统中医学中天然中草药、植物提取液与结合丝素蛋白并应用到外科缝合线中,研发出一种具有抗菌止血功效的蚕丝缝合线。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有抗菌止血功效的蚕丝缝合线及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种具有抗菌止血功效的蚕丝缝合线,由以下重量份数的原料制成:芳香聚酯40-50份、蚕丝蛋白25-35份、何首乌粉15-20份、黄芪胶20-25份、明胶14-18份、十二烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠11-14份、甘油5-15份、羊毛酯1-5份、角鲨烷3-7份、氮酮3-8份、甘薯淀粉20-30份、粘合剂10-15份、元胡粉6-10份、甘草酸二钾6-10份、肌氨酸钠8-10份、茶多酚5-10份、蒲黄粉3-5份、棕榈蜡3-7份、三七参12-18份。
所述粘合剂为羧甲基纤维素钠、黄原胶、羟乙基纤维素中的一种或几种。
所述三七参为干三七参经超微粉碎得到的三七参粉末。
一种具有抗菌止血功效的蚕丝缝合线的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按重量份称取各原料,将原料加入反应釜中,于室温下超声1-6h后,然后加热并搅拌1-3h,得到共混物;共混物经挤出、水冷、风干、切粒,得到母粒;将母粒加热融化、脱泡及喷丝,形成初级纤维,再将初级纤维水浴二次拉伸,即得丝素蛋白缝合线。
所述超声波频率为25-33KHz,加热温度为50-80℃。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的具有抗菌止血功效的蚕丝缝合线及其制备方法,具有良好的血液相容性和组织相容性,无炎症反应,在人体内无排异性和不良反应,具有促进伤口愈合的功效,缩短治疗时间,使用方便。

1.一种具有抗菌止血功效的蚕丝缝合线,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成:芳香聚酯40-50份、蚕丝蛋白25-35份、何首乌粉15-20份、黄芪胶20-25份、明胶14-18份、十二烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠11-14份、甘油5-15份、羊毛酯1-5份、角鲨烷3-7份、氮酮3-8份、甘薯淀粉20-30份、粘合剂10-15份、元胡粉6-10份、甘草酸二钾6-10份、肌氨酸钠8-10份、茶多酚5-10份、蒲黄粉3-5份、棕榈蜡3-7份、三七参12-18份。

4.一种权利要求 1所述的具有抗菌止血功效的蚕丝缝合线的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤 :按重量份称取各原料,将原料加入反应釜中,于室温下超声1-6h后,然后加热并搅拌1-3h,得到共混物;共混物经挤出、水冷、风干、切粒,得到母粒;将母粒加热融化、脱泡及喷丝,形成初级纤维,再将初级纤维水浴二次拉伸,即得丝素蛋白缝合线。
