Abstract
本发明公开了一种肿瘤术后病人康复用中药制剂及其制备方法,所述制剂由以下重量份数的原料组成:半边莲、白花蛇舌草、蛇莓各2‑4份,当归、丹参各1‑3份,昆布、海藻、牡蛎各1‑2份,党参、黄芪各1‑2.5份,山药、茯苓各1‑2.5份和甘草0.5‑1份。按照制剂加工方法可以加工成粉剂、颗粒剂和胶囊。本发明中药制剂各中药之间配伍科学,疗效确切,对于促进肿瘤病人术后康复、减轻手术并发症、增强免疫力、延长生存期等有显著优势。本发明药物无副作用,治疗费用低,能有效减轻患者负担。

本发明涉及中草药制剂技术领域,具体为一种肿瘤术后病人康复用的中药制剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着现代生活节奏的加快,人们的生活和工作压力随之增加。为了适应快节奏的生活,越来越多的人生活不规律。长此以往,人体自身免疫系统功能下降,造成肿瘤的发病率提高。面对肿瘤,很多人不得不采用手术治疗。手术治疗是一个非常痛苦的过程,术后常常出现各种不适症状,术后恢复期又非常漫长。这不仅使患者本人忍受煎熬,对病人的家属也造成很大负担,家中的一切都会围绕病人转,家人的生活、工作以及学习等都会受到严重的影响。在这种情况下,病人和家属都急切地期待能够早日康复,早日恢复正常的家庭生活,尽早地参加工作与学习。因此,病人的术后康复对一个家庭来说关系重大,如何才能更快更好的达到术后康复,是一个值得研究和探讨的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对肿瘤病人的术后不适症状以及恢复期长的问题,提供一种能够缓解甚至消除术后不适,并且缩短恢复期的中药制剂,以减轻患者痛苦及家人的负担,使患者及家人的生活早日走上正轨。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种肿瘤术后病人康复用中药制剂,由以下重量份数的原料组成:半边莲、白花蛇舌草、蛇莓各2-4份,当归、丹参各1-3份,昆布、海藻、牡蛎各1-2份,党参、黄芪各1-2.5份,山药、茯苓各1-2.5份和甘草0.5-1份;所述肿瘤术后病人康复用中药制剂为粉剂、片剂、颗粒剂或胶囊。
上述配方进一步优化为:半边莲2-3份、白花蛇舌草2-3份、蛇莓3-4份、当归1-3份、丹参2-3份、昆布1份、海藻2份、牡蛎1-2份、党参1-2份、黄芪1-2.5份、 山药2.5份、茯苓1.5-2.5份和甘草0.5-1份。
进一步的,所述粉剂的制备方法是:按重量份数将半边莲、白花蛇舌草、蛇莓、当归、丹参、昆布、海藻、牡蛎、党参、黄芪、山药、茯苓和甘草混合,粉碎至200-400目,然后用塑料袋包装得到粉剂。
进一步的,所述颗粒剂的制备方法是:按重量份将半边莲、白花蛇舌草、蛇莓、当归、丹参、昆布、海藻、牡蛎、党参、黄芪、山药、茯苓和甘草混合,粉碎至100目粗粉,加入适量糊精、聚乙二醇400和适量纯净水,挤压或喷雾造粒,得颗粒剂。
进一步的,所述片剂的制备方法是:按重量份将半边莲、白花蛇舌草、蛇莓、当归、丹参、昆布、海藻、牡蛎、党参、黄芪、山药、茯苓和甘草混合,粉碎至100目粗粉,加入适量助剂,混合,压片,得片剂。
进一步的,所述胶囊的制备方法有两种:
a、将各组分按重量比混合,粉碎至100目的粗粉,备用;以食用明胶、瓜尔胶、甘油、海藻酸钠和纯净水为胶皮原材料,经化胶、混合升温获得胶液,再将粗粉和胶液进行压丸,定形、干燥,包装,即得。
b、将按重量份将各组分粉碎为100目粗粉,加入2-6倍量的纯净水,煎煮20-40分钟,自然降温至20-45℃,过滤,得滤液,减压浓缩,得密度为1.12-1.15的浓缩液,将浓缩液与步骤a制得的胶液混合,压丸,定形、干燥,包装,即得。

本发明所用中药原料的药理活性如下:
半边莲(Lobelia chinensis Lour.),【别名】急解索、细米草、半边花、水仙花草、镰么仔草等。为桔梗科植物半边莲的干燥全草。全草含生物碱,主要为L-山梗菜碱(L-olbeline),山梗菜酮(olebelanine),山梗菜醇碱(lobelanidine),异山梗菜酮碱(isolobelanine)即去甲山梗菜酮碱,黄酮甙,皂甙,多糖。又有报道含菊糖(inu-lin),对-羟基苯甲酸(p-hydroxy-benzoic acid),延胡索酸(fumaric acid)和琥珀酸(succinicacid)。根茎含半边莲果聚糖(lobeli-nin)。【性味与归经】辛,平。归心、小肠、肺经。【功能与主治】清热解毒,利尿消肿。用于痈肿疔疮,蛇虫咬伤,臌胀水肿,湿热黄疸,湿疹湿疮。
白花蛇舌草(Hedyotis diffusa Willd.),【别名】蛇舌草、羊须草、蛇总管。为茜草科植物白花蛇舌草的干燥全草。【性味与归经】微苦、微甘,微寒。归心、肝、脾经。【功能与主治】清热解毒,消痈散结,利水消肿。用于咽喉肿痛,肺热喘咳,热淋涩痛,湿热黄疸,毒蛇咬伤,疮肿热痈。
蛇莓(Duchesnea indica (Andr.)Focke),【别名】蛇泡草、蛇盘草、蛇果草、龙吐珠、宝珠草、三匹风、三叶莓、地杨梅、三爪风、三爪龙、三脚虎、红顶果(全国中草药汇编)。为蔷薇科植物蛇莓的全草。【性味】:甘苦,寒,有毒。①《别录》:大寒。②《日华子本草》:味甘酸,冷,有毒。③《分类草药性》:味苦,性凉。【归经】:肺;肝;大肠经。【功能主治】清热解毒,散瘀消肿。用于感冒发热,咳嗽,小儿高热惊风,咽喉肿痛,白喉,黄疸型肝炎,细菌性痢疾,阿米巴痢疾,月经过多;外用治腮腺炎,毒蛇咬伤,眼结膜炎,疔疮肿毒,带状疱疹,湿疹。亦可试治癌症。并可用于杀灭孑孓、蝇蛆。
当归(Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels.)【别名】干归、秦哪、西当归、岷当归、金当归、当归身、涵归尾、当归曲、土当归。为伞形科植物当归的干燥根。【性味与归经】甘、辛,温。归肝、心、脾经。【功能与主治】补血活血,调经止痛,润肠通便。用于血虚萎黄,眩晕心悸,月经不调,经闭痛经,虚寒腹痛,风湿痹痛,跌扑损伤,痈疽疮疡,肠燥便秘。酒当归活血通经。用于经闭痛经,风湿痹痛,跌扑损伤。
丹参(Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.),【别名】紫丹参、红根、血参根、大红袍。为唇形科植物丹参的干燥根和根茎。【性味与归经】苦,微寒。归心、肝经。【功能与主治】活血祛瘀,通经止痛,清心除烦,凉血消痈。用于胸痹心痛,脘腹胁痛,瘕瘕积聚,热痹疼痛,心烦不眠,月经不调,痛经经闭,疮疡肿痛。
昆布(klonia kurome),又称"黑菜"、"鹅掌菜"、"五掌菜"等。海带科植物海带(Laminarria japonica Aresch.)或翅藻科植物昆布(Ecklonia kurome Okam.)的干燥叶状体。【性味与归经】咸,寒。归肝、胃、肾经。【功能与主治】软坚散结,消痰,利水。用于瘿瘤,瘰疬,睾丸肿痛,痰饮水肿。
海藻(SARGASSUM),【别名】大叶藻、大蒿子、海根菜、海草。为马尾藻科植物海蒿子Sargassumpallidum(Turn.)C.Ag.或羊栖菜sargassumfusiforme(Harv.)Setch.的干燥藻体,前者习称“大叶海藻”,后者习称“小叶海藻”。【性味与归经】苦、咸,寒。归肝、胃、肾经。【功能与主治】消痰,软坚散结,利水消肿。用于瘿瘤,瘰疬,睾丸肿痛,痰饮水肿。
牡蛎(Concha Ostreae),【别名】左牡蛎、海蛎子壳、左壳。为牡蛎科动物长牡蛎(Ostrea gigas Thunberg)、大连湾牡蛎(Ostrea talienwhanensis Crosse)或近江牡蛎(Ostrea rivularis Gould)的贝壳。【性味与归经】咸,微寒。归肝、胆、肾经。【功能主治】重镇安神,潜阳补阴,软坚散结。用于惊悸失眠,眩晕耳鸣,瘰疬痰核,症瘕痞块。煅牡蛎收敛固涩。用于自汗盗汗,遗精崩带,胃痛吞酸。
党参(Codonopsis pilosula (Franch.) Nannf.),【别名】东党、台党、潞党、口党。为桔梗科植物党参、素花党参或川党参的干燥根。【性味与归经】甘,平。归脾、肺经。【功能与主治】健脾益肺,养血生津。用于脾肺气虚,食少倦怠,咳嗽虚喘,气血不足,面色萎黄,心悸气短,津伤口渴,内热消渴。
黄芪(Leguminosae),别名棉芪,黄耆,独椹,蜀脂,百本,百药棉 。为豆科植物蒙古黄芪Astragalusmembranaceus(Fisch)Bge.var.mongholicus(Bge.)Hsiao或膜荚黄芪Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.的干燥根。【性味与归经】甘,温。
归肺、脾经。【功能主治】补气固表,利尿托毒,排脓,敛疮生肌。用于气虚乏力,食少便溏,中气下陷,久泻脱肛,便血崩漏,表虚自汗,气虚水肿,痈疽难溃,久溃不敛,血虚痿黄,内热消渴;慢性肾炎蛋白尿,糖尿病。
山药(Dioscorea opposita),【别名】薯蓣、土薯、山薯蓣、怀山药、淮山、白山药。为薯蓣科植物薯蓣(Dioscorea opposita Thunb.)的干燥根茎。【性味与归经】甘,平。归脾、肺、肾经。【功能主治】补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精。用于脾虚食少,久泻不止,肺虚喘咳,肾虚遗精,带下,尿频,虚热消渴。麸炒山药补脾健胃。用于脾虚食少,泄泻便溏,白带过多。
茯苓(Wolfiporia cocos),【别名】云苓、松苓、茯灵。为多孔菌科真菌茯苓 Poriacocos (Schw.) Wolf 的干燥菌核。【性味与归经】甘、淡,平。归心、肺、脾、肾经。【功能主治】利水渗湿,健脾宁心。用于水肿尿少,痰饮眩悸,脾虚食少,便溏泄泻,心神不安,惊悸失眠。
甘草(Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch),【别名】国老、甜草、乌拉尔甘草、甜根子。为豆科植物甘草(Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.)、胀果甘草(Glycyrrhiza inflataBat.)或光果甘草(Glycyrrhiza glabra L.)的干燥根。【性味与归经】甘,平。归心、肺、脾、胃经 。【功能主治】补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药。用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。
综上,本发明中药制剂配伍精良,组方合理,诸药合用,共奏益气养血,清热解毒,生肌消肿之功。其中半边莲、白花蛇舌草和蛇莓用于清热解毒;当归和丹参重在活血通络;昆布、海藻和牡蛎有软坚散结之效;党参和黄芪能够益气养血;山药和茯苓有渗湿健脾的作用;甘草能调和各药的药性。上述诸药容清热解毒、活血通络、软坚散结功效为一身,并兼具益气养血、渗湿健脾之功效,加之甘草的调和,使得各成分相辅相成,相得益彰,故对肿瘤患者术后康复有极佳的效果。

本发明肿瘤术后病人康复用中药制剂,制备成胶囊,制备方法为:(1)将按重量份将各组分粉碎为100目粗粉,加入6倍量的纯净水,煎煮40分钟,自然降温至45℃,过滤,得滤液,减压浓缩,得密度为1.15的浓缩液;(2)以食用明胶、瓜尔胶、甘油、海藻酸钠和纯净水为胶皮原材料,经化胶、混合升温获得胶液;(3)将上述浓缩液与胶液混合,压丸,定形、干燥,包装,即得。
实施例15
本发明肿瘤术后病人康复用中药制剂,制备成胶囊,制备方法为:(1)将按重量份将各组分粉碎为100目粗粉,加入3-5倍量的纯净水,煎煮30分钟,自然降温至30-35℃,过滤,得滤液,减压浓缩,得密度为1.13-1.14的浓缩液;(2)以食用明胶、瓜尔胶、甘油、海藻酸钠和纯净水为胶皮原材料,经化胶、混合升温获得胶液;(3)将上述浓缩液与胶液混合,压丸,定形、干燥,包装,即得。
实施例16
本发明肿瘤术后病人康复用中药制剂,制备成片剂,制备方法为:按重量份将半边莲、白花蛇舌草、蛇莓、当归、丹参、昆布、海藻、牡蛎、党参、黄芪、山药、茯苓和甘草混合,粉碎至100目粗粉,加入适量聚乙二醇400或粘合剂和适量纯净水,压片,得到片剂。
实施例17 本发明肿瘤术后病人康复用中药制剂的应用效果
一、本发明肿瘤术后病人康复用中药制剂对动脉瘤术后恢复的促进作用:
1、病例选择
选择某医院自2011年10月-2013年4月,接诊治疗的动脉瘤术后患者 80 例临床观察,病人随机分成两组。治疗组40 例,其中男性 18 例,女性 22 例,年龄 31~ 67岁,平均年龄 45.6 岁。对照组 40 例,其中男性 17 例,女性 23 例,年龄 33 ~ 70岁,平均年龄46.2岁。对两组动脉瘤患者的一般资料进行比较,没有明显的对比差异,因此可以进行研究对比。
2、治疗组患者服用本发明所述胶囊,口服,每日3次,每次1粒,饭前一小时以温开水送服,30 天为一个疗程,服用 2个疗程。对照组根据动脉瘤患者的术后康复状况,予以相应的西医康复药物进行治疗。
3、疗效判定 :
(1) 治愈 :术后临床症状基本消失,患者身体术后恢复正常,病情 6 个月内未复发及转移。
(2) 好转 :术后临床症状明显缓解,患者身体术后恢复状况良好。
(3) 无效 :术后临床症状无明显改善,患者身体术后恢复状况不理想。

以上结果显示,治疗组患者的术后的治愈率和总有效率都明显高于对照组。
二、本发明肿瘤术后病人康复用中药制剂对胃肠肿瘤术后恢复的促进作用:
1、一般资料
选取收集50例胃肠肿瘤的患者。将这 50 例胃肠肿瘤患者随机分组,分为治疗组和对照组这两组,每组各25 例。治疗组当中,男性患者占 18 例、女性患者占 7 例,年龄范围在35 岁到 76 岁之间、平均年龄(59.76±10.16)岁。对照组当中,男性患者占 20 例、女性患者占 5 例,年龄范围在 36 岁到 75 岁之间、平均年龄(59.46±10.83)岁。对两组胃肠肿瘤患者的一般资料进行比较,没有明显的对比差异,因此可以进行研究对比。
2、处理方法
给两组胃肠肿瘤患者,都实施常规方式进行治疗和护理具体内容主要包括:一,在手术前一天,对胃肠肿瘤患者及其家属进行相关治疗和护理的解释。二,在手术后从第一天开始,治疗组患者口服本发明颗粒剂,用法用量为一天2次,每次30粒;对照组服用相应的西医康复药物进行治疗。三,在手术后,患者胃肠功能恢复前,给患者进行营养支持、止血、抗感染、补液,在常规治疗和护理的基础上,未进行其他特殊的治疗和护理。
3、疗效判定:
(1)治愈:术后临床症状基本消失,患者身体术后恢复正常,病情6个月内未复发及转移。
(2)好转:术后临床症状明显缓解,患者身体术后恢复状况良好。
(3)无效:术后临床症状无明显改善,患者身体术后恢复状况不理想。
4、结果
治疗组治愈38例,好转10例,无效2例,治愈率76%,总有效率96%。
对照组治愈21例,好转9例,无效20例,治愈率42%,总有效率60%。
三、本发明中药制剂对上消化道肿瘤术后恢复也有很好的效果
自2012年3月-2015年12月间,治疗食管癌术后病人45例,有效38例,有效率84%。贲门癌术后病人37例,有效31例,有效率84%。胃癌术后病人24例,有效18例,有效率75%。
四、本发明肿瘤术后病人康复用中药制剂对肿瘤术后恢复的典型病例:
1、刘 某,女,54 岁。患者颈动脉瘤手术后,出现全身乏力、手脚麻木、头痛、恶心等术后症状,遵医嘱服用本发明所述粉剂辅助治疗,口服,每日 3 次,每次 5克,饭前一小时以温开水送服,30 天为一个疗程,服用 1个疗程后,上述临床症状明显缓解消失,身体术后康复状况较好,继续服用本发明所述的粉剂2 个疗程后,病情未复发,上述临床症状消失,身体基本恢复正常,病情未复发,已治愈。
2、杨 某,男,52 岁。由于结肠癌做了结肠切除手术,所遗留肠的残端经过腹壁皮肤拉到身体表面,回折成龟颈样后缝在腹部表面,后期造瘘口出现病变,表现为:腹泻,肠造口处黏膜色黑,不红润,由于受到排泄物的浸渍后来甚至出现皮肤湿疹。使用本发明颗粒剂,口服,每日 3 次,两日后,腹泻症状减轻,四日后肠造口处皮肤湿疹好转,黏膜红润,继续服药一个疗程后完全恢复正常。
3、赵 某,女,57岁。患有颈动脉瘤,手术后出现全身乏力、手脚麻木、头痛、恶心等术后症状,遵医嘱服用本发明胶囊剂治疗,口服,每日 3 次,每次 2粒,饭前一小时以温开水送服,30 天为一个疗程,服用 2个疗程后,上述临床症状明显缓解消失,身体术后康复状况较好,继续服用1个疗程后,病情未复发,上述临床症状消失,身体基本恢复正常,病情未复发,已治愈。
由以上实施例可以看出本发明中药制剂对多种肿瘤术后恢复效果显著。肿瘤患者术后处在元气大伤、气血亏虚状态,本发明药物以扶正固本为主,加以活血化瘀、清热解毒、软坚散结类中药,以逐步提高机体的免疫能力,减毒增效,促进患者术后的体力的康复,避免西药的耐药,防止肿瘤的复发与转移,减轻病痛,标本兼职,能大大加快病人术后康复速度。

1.一种肿瘤术后病人康复用中药制剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料组成:半边莲、白花蛇舌草、蛇莓各2-4份,当归、丹参各1-3份,昆布、海藻、牡蛎各1-2份,党参、黄芪各1-2.5份,山药、茯苓各1-2.5份和甘草0.5-1份;
所述中药制剂的剂型为粉剂、颗粒剂或胶囊。
2.根据权利要求1所述的肿瘤术后病人康复用中药制剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料组成:半边莲2-3份、白花蛇舌草2-3份、蛇莓3-4份、当归1-3份、丹参2-3份、昆布1份、海藻2份、牡蛎1-2份、党参1-2份、黄芪1-2.5份、山药2.5份、茯苓1.5-2.5份和甘草0.5-1份;
所述中药制剂的剂型为粉剂、颗粒剂、片剂或胶囊。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的肿瘤术后病人康复用中药制剂,其特征在于,所述粉剂的制备方法是:按重量份数将半边莲、白花蛇舌草、蛇莓、当归、丹参、昆布、海藻、牡蛎、党参、黄芪、山药、茯苓和甘草混合,粉碎至200-400目,然后用塑料袋包装得到粉剂。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的肿瘤术后病人康复用中药制剂,其特征在于,所述颗粒剂的制备方法是:按重量份将半边莲、白花蛇舌草、蛇莓、当归、丹参、昆布、海藻、牡蛎、党参、黄芪、山药、茯苓和甘草混合,粉碎至100目粗粉,加入适量辅料和纯净水,挤压或喷雾造粒,得颗粒剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的肿瘤术后病人康复用中药制剂,其特征在于,所述辅料为糊精或聚乙二醇400。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的肿瘤术后病人康复用中药制剂,其特征在于,所述片剂的制备方法是:按重量份将半边莲、白花蛇舌草、蛇莓、当归、丹参、昆布、海藻、牡蛎、党参、黄芪、山药、茯苓和甘草混合,粉碎至100目粗粉,加入适量辅料和纯净水,挤压、压片,得片剂。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的肿瘤术后病人康复用中药制剂,其特征在于,所述胶囊的制备方法有两种:
a、将各组分按重量比混合,粉碎至100目的粗粉,备用;以食用明胶、瓜尔胶、甘油、海藻酸钠和纯净水为胶皮原材料,经化胶、混合升温获得胶液,再将粗粉和胶液进行压丸,定形、干燥,包装,即得;
b、将按重量份将各组分粉碎为100目粗粉,加入2-6倍量的纯净水,煎煮20-40分钟,自然降温至20-45℃,过滤,得滤液,减压浓缩,得密度为1.12-1.15的浓缩液,将浓缩液与步骤a制得的胶液混合,压丸,定形、干燥,包装,即得。
8.权利要求1或2所述的肿瘤术后病人康复用中药制剂用于制备肿瘤术后病人康复用的中药。
