Abstract
本发明的多功能老人行踪管理系统,利用现有的拐杖进行老人大数据行踪管理,通过多个拐杖行踪数据采集终端采集老人的行踪大数据信息,进而通过数据管理中心分析所述老人行踪大数据信息分析得到老人行踪规律数据,可实现对老人的有效服务,另外,本实施例中同样对现有的拐杖结构进行改进,通过将雨伞功能集成到拐杖中,只需要一根伞面长度的伞柄,而不需要多节伸缩在一起的伞柄,因此,伞柄也可以变得更细更短而易于容纳到细细的拐杖杆中,从而利用现有的拐杖结构扩展新的功能,可有益于老年人使用。

本发明涉及一种大数据管理系统,更确切的说涉及一种多功能老人行踪管理系统。
背景技术
目前,中国已经开始进入老龄社会,如何通过大数据有效的服务老人是业界面临的问题;另外一方面,老年用品的需求越来越大,功能也越来越多样化,但老年人日常使用的拐杖却功能单一,已不能适应当下老年人的需求,虽然目前也发明了各种新颖的拐杖,但均是将多种产品简单的合成在一起使用,不符合生产和使用的实际情况,老年人使用和操作并不方便。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种多功能老人行踪管理系统,以及时采集和掌握老人行踪大数据,且便于老年人操作及使用。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种多功能老人行踪管理系统,其包括:多个拐杖行踪数据采集终端和数据管理中心,其中每个拐杖行踪数据采集终端包括:
拐杖手柄以及拐杖杆,所述拐杖手柄中设置有:定位处理模块、行踪数据采集处理模块和行踪数据传送处理模块;其中定位处理模块实时定位老人当前所处地理位置;
行踪数据采集处理模块采集定位到的老人当前所处地理位置信息;
行踪数据传送处理模块将采集到的老人当前所处地位信息发送给数据管理中心;
所述数据管理中心包括:
行踪数据接收处理模块,接收各个拐杖行踪数据采集终端发送来的各个老人地理位置信息;
行踪数据处理模块,根据接收的各个老人地理位置信息确定老人行踪大数据信息,并根据所述老人行踪大数据信息分析得到老人行踪规律数据。
优选地,每个拐杖行踪数据采集终端中还包括:在所述拐杖杆顶部开口并向下凹陷形成第一容纳腔,所述拐杖杆顶部上端横断面上设置有沿圆周均匀分布的多个卡扣孔,拐杖手柄与拐杖杆连接的下部开设有开口向下的第二容纳腔,第二容纳腔内壁具有圆球卡扣凸起;

另外,本发明中还利用现有的拐杖结构扩展新的功能,即通过在拐杖杆顶部开口并向下凹陷形成第一容纳腔,拐杖杆顶部上端横断面上设置有沿圆周均匀分布的多个卡扣孔,拐杖手柄与拐杖杆连接的下部开设有开口向下的第二容纳腔,第二容纳腔内壁具有圆球卡扣凸起;而第一容纳腔内壁上设置有导向纹,在所述第一容纳腔内沿导向纹设置有关闭的伞面部分,伞面部分具有伞面杆,伞面杆下端具有弹性卡钩,这样在启用伞面时,伞面杆下端的弹性卡钩插入对应的卡扣孔中组成伞面的底部支撑,关闭伞面时,伞面沿导向纹容纳在第一容纳腔中,可以顺利使伞面收纳整齐,另外该拐杖手柄的第二容纳腔内壁的圆球卡扣凸起嵌入对应的卡扣孔中固定组成一体的拐杖,通过这样的结构,第一容纳腔由于只需要容纳伞面部分长度的伞柄,而不需要容纳全部长度的伞柄,即伞柄部分只需要到伞面的长度即可,且由于只需要一根伞面长度的伞柄,而不需要多节伸缩在一起的伞柄,因此,伞柄也可以变得更细更短而易于容纳到细细的拐杖杆中。

参考图1,该图是本发明多功能老人行踪管理系统的组成示意图,具体包括多个拐杖行踪数据采集终端S1和数据管理中心S2,具体实现时,由于利用现有的拐杖,因此,可便于老年人使用,而为了实现行踪数据采集,本实施例中每个拐杖行踪数据采集终端S1具体可包括:
拐杖手柄1以及拐杖杆2,所述拐杖手柄1中设置有:定位处理模块S11、行踪数据采集处理模块S12和行踪数据传送处理模块S13;其中定位处理模块S11实时定位老人当前所处地理位置,具体实现时,所述定位处理模块S11可采用GPS定位或移动基站信息定位,实际中也可以采用其他方式,这里不再赘述。

行踪数据传送处理模块S13将采集到的老人当前所处地位信息发送给数据管理中心;

另外,为了便于拐杖行踪数据采集终端的使用,本实施例中同样对现有的拐杖结构进行改进,如图4-图6所示,本实施例的多功能老人拐杖系统包括:拐杖手柄1以及拐杖杆2,其中所述拐杖杆2顶部开口并向下凹陷形成第一容纳腔21,所述拐杖杆2顶部上端横断面上设置有沿圆周均匀分布的多个卡扣孔22,拐杖手柄1与拐杖杆2连接的部分开设有开口向下的第二容纳腔11,第二容纳腔11内壁具有圆球卡扣凸起12。
通常,在将伞面扣起时或装进伞袋中时,通常按照顺时针或逆时针方向将伞面依次相叠,但需要持伞人仔细耐心,且操作需要一定时间,如果操作不好,伞面杂乱,并不容易进入伞袋中,特别是老年人由于年龄的原因,视力和精力都不好,更难操作,为此,本实施例中在所述第一容纳腔21内壁上设置有导向纹23,具体实现时,导向纹可以采用内螺纹的形式,在所述第一容纳腔21内沿导向纹23设置有关闭的伞面部分,这样,将伞面部分放置到第一容纳腔21收纳时,所述导向纹23可按照顺时针或逆时针的方向便捷的收纳伞面,操作及其简便,另外,与现有技术不同的,本实施例中伞面部分具有伞面杆,伞面杆下端具有弹性卡钩3(参考图6),启用伞面时,即往上拉出伞面时,伞面杆下端的弹性卡钩3随着伞面一起向上移动,当弹性卡钩3移动到卡扣孔处时,由于弹力向外弹出,插入对应的卡扣孔中组成伞面的底部支撑,关闭伞面时,弹性卡钩3的卡扣受到挤压,向内收缩,与伞面一起容纳在第一容纳腔中,而该拐杖手柄的第二容纳腔内壁的圆球卡扣凸起嵌入对应的卡扣孔中固定组成一体的拐杖。
需要说明的,雨伞容纳在拐杖中时,可能会附着有雨水,为便于雨水排除,本实施例中可将所述第一容纳腔11底部设置为呈V形或U形,V形或U形最低部开设有与外部相通的排水孔5。
另外,本实施例中拐杖手柄1以及拐杖杆2连接时,所述圆球卡扣凸起数量可小于卡扣孔数量也可实现连接,而所述弹性卡钩数量最好等于卡扣孔数量以便更好的支撑伞面,具体实现时,卡扣孔数量可为3个,例如参考图2,在拐杖杆2顶部上端横断面上设置有沿圆周均匀分布的3个卡扣孔,实际中也可以为4个,甚至更多,这里不再赘述。
另外,老年人一般视力不好,为了便于在光线较暗的状况下看清地面,还可以进一步扩展拐杖的功能,例如,本发明中在拐杖手柄1前端可设置照明灯3,在拐杖手柄1的后端设置该照明灯3的开关4,这里不再赘述。
虽然本发明的较佳实施例已揭露如上,本发明并不受限于上述实施例,任何本技术领域内的技术人员,在不脱离本发明所揭露的范围内,当可作些许的改动与调整。
Claims (10)
1.一种多功能老人行踪管理系统,其特征在于,包括:多个拐杖行踪数据采集终端和数据管理中心,其中每个拐杖行踪数据采集终端包括:
拐杖手柄以及拐杖杆,所述拐杖手柄中设置有:定位处理模块、行踪数据采集处理模块和行踪数据传送处理模块;其中定位处理模块实时定位老人当前所处地理位置;
行踪数据采集处理模块采集定位到的老人当前所处地理位置信息;
行踪数据传送处理模块将采集到的老人当前所处地位信息发送给数据管理中心;
所述数据管理中心包括:
行踪数据接收处理模块,接收各个拐杖行踪数据采集终端发送来的各个老人地理位置信息;
行踪数据处理模块,根据接收的各个老人地理位置信息确定老人行踪大数据信息,并根据所述老人行踪大数据信息分析得到老人行踪规律数据。
2.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述定位处理模块采用GPS定位或移动基站信息定位。
3.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述老人行踪规律数据包括老人聚集热点位置、老人行走热点路线。
4.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,每个拐杖行踪数据采集终端中还包括:在所述拐杖杆顶部开口并向下凹陷形成第一容纳腔,所述拐杖杆顶部上端横断面上设置有沿圆周均匀分布的多个卡扣孔,拐杖手柄与拐杖杆连接的下部开设有开口向下的第二容纳腔,第二容纳腔内壁具有圆球卡扣凸起;
所述第一容纳腔内壁上具有导向纹,在所述第一容纳腔内沿导向纹设置有关闭的伞面部分,伞面部分具有伞面杆,伞面杆下端具有弹性卡钩,启用伞面时,伞面杆下端的弹性卡钩插入对应的卡扣孔中组成伞面的底部支撑,关闭伞面时,伞面沿导向纹容纳在第一容纳腔中,该拐杖手柄的第二容纳腔内壁的圆球卡扣凸起嵌入对应的卡扣孔中固定组成一体的拐杖。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多功能老人拐杖系统,其特征在于,所述第一容纳腔底部呈V形或U形,在V形或U形最低部开设有与外部相通的排水孔。
6.根据权利要求1所述的多功能老人拐杖系统,其特征在于,拐杖手柄前端设置有照明灯,后端设置有该照明灯的开关。
7.根据权利要求1所述的多功能老人拐杖系统,其特征在于,所述圆球卡扣凸起数量小于卡扣孔数量,所述弹性卡钩数量等于卡扣孔数量。
8.一种拐杖行踪数据采集终端,其特征在于,包括:
拐杖手柄以及拐杖杆,所述拐杖手柄中设置有:定位处理模块、行踪数据采集处理模块和行踪数据传送处理模块;其中定位处理模块实时定位老人当前所处地理位置;
行踪数据采集处理模块采集定位到的老人当前所处地理位置信息;
行踪数据传送处理模块将采集到的老人当前所处地位信息发送给数据管理中心。
9.根据权利要求8所述的终端,其特征在于,所述定位处理模块采用GPS定位或移动基站信息定位。
10.根据权利要求8或9所述的终端,其特征在于,还包括:在所述拐杖杆顶部开口并向下凹陷形成第一容纳腔,所述拐杖杆顶部上端横断面上设置有沿圆周均匀分布的多个卡扣孔,拐杖手柄与拐杖杆连接的下部开设有开口向下的第二容纳腔,第二容纳腔内壁具有圆球卡扣凸起;
所述第一容纳腔内壁上具有导向纹,在所述第一容纳腔内沿导向纹设置有关闭的伞面部分,伞面部分具有伞面杆,伞面杆下端具有弹性卡钩,启用伞面时,伞面杆下端的弹性卡钩插入对应的卡扣孔中组成伞面的底部支撑,关闭伞面时,伞面沿导向纹容纳在第一容纳腔中,该拐杖手柄的第二容纳腔内壁的圆球卡扣凸起嵌入对应的卡扣孔中固定组成一体的拐杖。
