目前,中国已经开始进入老龄社会,老年用品的需求越来越大,功能也越来越多样化,但老年人日常使用的拐杖却功能单一,已不能适应当下老年人的需求,虽然目前也发明了各种新颖的拐杖,但均是将多种产品简单的合成在一起使用,不符合生产和使用的实际情况,老年人使用和操作并不方便,另一方面,如何通过大数据有效的服务老人是业界面临的问题。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种拐多功能杖行踪数据采集终端及多功能老人行踪管理系统,以便于老年人操作及使用,并及时采集和掌握老人行踪大数据。

另外,还包括,在所述拐杖手柄中设置有:定位处理模块、行踪数据采集处理模块和行踪数据传送处理模块;其中定位处理模块实时定位老人当前所处地理位置;

通常,在将伞面扣起时或装进伞袋中时,通常按照顺时针或逆时针方向将伞面依次相叠,但需要持伞人仔细耐心,且操作需要一定时间,如果操作不好,伞面杂乱,并不容易进入伞袋中,特别是老年人由于年龄的原因,视力和精力都不好,更难操作,为此,本实施例中在所述第一容纳腔21内壁上设置有导向纹23,具体实现时,导向纹可以采用内螺纹的形式,这样,将伞面关闭放置到第一容纳腔21收纳时,所述导向纹23可按照顺时针或逆时针的方向便捷的收纳伞面,类似与螺丝与螺纹的结合一样,操作及其简便,另外,本实施例中伞面部分具有伞面杆,即伞面连接有一个伞面杆,与现有技术不同的,伞面杆下端具有弹性卡钩3(参考图5),启用伞面时,拉出伞面后,可将弹性卡钩3移动到卡扣孔处时,弹性卡钩3由于弹力向外弹出,插入对应的卡扣孔中组成伞面的底部支撑,即拐杖杆与伞面杆组合在一起对伞面支撑,关闭伞面时, 弹性卡钩3的卡扣受到挤压,向内收缩,与伞面一起容纳在第一容纳腔中,而该拐杖手柄的第二容纳腔内壁的圆球卡扣凸起嵌入对应的卡扣孔中固定组成一体的拐杖。
需要说明的,雨伞容纳在拐杖中时,可能会附着有雨水,为便于雨水排除,本实施例中可将所述第一容纳腔11底部设置为呈V形或U形,V形或U形最低部开设有与外部相通的排水孔5。

另外,行踪数据采集处理模块S12采集定位到的老人当前所处地理位置信息;

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多功能拐杖行踪数据采集终端,其特征在于,所述终端采用拐杖形状,具体包括:
    拐杖手柄以及拐杖杆,其中在所述拐杖杆顶部开口并向下凹陷形成第一容纳腔,所述拐杖杆顶部上端横断面上设置有沿圆周均匀分布的多个卡扣孔,拐杖手柄与拐杖杆连接的下部开设有开口向下的第二容纳腔,第二容纳腔内壁具有圆球卡扣凸起;
    所述第一容纳腔内壁上具有导向纹,在所述第一容纳腔内沿导向纹可容纳关闭的伞的伞面,与伞面相连的伞面杆即伞柄下端具有弹性卡钩,打开伞面时,伞面杆下端的弹性卡钩插入对应的卡扣孔中组成伞面的底部支撑,关闭伞面时,伞面沿导向纹容纳在第一容纳腔中,该拐杖手柄的第二容纳腔内壁的圆球卡扣凸起嵌入对应的卡扣孔中固定组成一体的拐杖。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的终端,其特征在于,还包括,在所述拐杖手柄中设置有:定位处理模块、行踪数据采集处理模块和行踪数据传送处理模块;其中定位处理模块实时定位老人当前所处地理位置;
    行踪数据采集处理模块采集定位到的老人当前所处地理位置信息;
    行踪数据传送处理模块将采集到的老人当前所处地位信息发送给数据管理中心。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的终端,其特征在于,所述定位处理模块采用GPS定位或移动基站信息定位。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的终端,其特征在于,所述第一容纳腔底部呈V形或U形,在V形或U形最低部开设有与外部相通的排水孔。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的终端,其特征在于,拐杖手柄前端设置有 照明灯,后端设置有该照明灯的开关。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的终端,其特征在于,所述圆球卡扣凸起数量小于卡扣孔数量,所述弹性卡钩数量等于卡扣孔数量。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的终端,其特征在于,卡扣孔数量为3个或4个。
  8. 一种多功能老人行踪管理系统,其特征在于,包括:数据管理中心和多功能拐杖行踪数据采集终端,所述多功能拐杖行踪数据采集终端采用拐杖形状,具体包括:
    拐杖手柄以及拐杖杆,其中在所述拐杖杆顶部开口并向下凹陷形成第一容纳腔,所述拐杖杆顶部上端横断面上设置有沿圆周均匀分布的多个卡扣孔,拐杖手柄与拐杖杆连接的下部开设有开口向下的第二容纳腔,第二容纳腔内壁具有圆球卡扣凸起;
    所述第一容纳腔内壁上具有导向纹,在所述第一容纳腔内沿导向纹可容纳关闭的伞的伞面,与伞面相连的伞面杆即伞柄下端具有弹性卡钩,打开伞面时,伞面杆下端的弹性卡钩插入对应的卡扣孔中组成伞面的底部支撑,关闭伞面时,伞面沿导向纹容纳在第一容纳腔中,该拐杖手柄的第二容纳腔内壁的圆球卡扣凸起嵌入对应的卡扣孔中固定组成一体的拐杖。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的系统,其特征在于,所述数据管理中心包括:
    行踪数据接收处理模块,接收各个拐杖行踪数据采集终端发送来的各个老人地理位置信息;
    行踪数据处理模块,根据接收的各个老人地理位置信息确定老人行踪大数据信息,并根据所述老人行踪大数据信息分析得到老人行踪规律 数据。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一容纳腔底部呈V形或U形,在V形或U形最低部开设有与外部相通的排水孔。
