Abstract
本发明公开了一种金花茶含片的制作方法,所述金花茶含片的制作方法包括以下步骤:1)将牛蒡、罗汉果、甜菜菊、芹菜、酸浆草、竹蔗、茅根、胖大海、去离子水采用超声波进行水提和醇提得到第一提取液和第二提取液;2)将金花茶花朵、金花茶叶冷冻干燥粉碎,加入冰醋酸、乙醇和去离子水,放置高压脉冲波电场中20‑30分钟后,采用超声波提取得到所述第三提取液;3)将第一提取液、第二提取液和第三提取液合并减压喷雾干燥后得到粉末,按重量比1∶1∶5加入硬脂酸镁、羟丙甲纤维素、环糊精混合进行压片,压片后,得到所述含片;本发明制成的金花茶含片具有显著的抗氧化、提高身体机能、调节血糖、提高身体免疫力,并且适合各种人群使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及金花茶保健品技术领域,具体涉及一种金花茶含片的制作方法。
背景技术
据中国疾病预防控制中心营养与食品安全所、广西壮族自治区疾病预防控制中心、广西壮族自治区卫生监督检验中心、北京疾病预防控制中心中心营养与食品安全所、广西壮族自治区分析测试研究中心、广西中医学院、广西农学院实验中心等权威机构检验表明:金花茶属无毒级、含有400多种营养物质、无毒副作用。富含茶多糖、茶多酚、总皂甙、总黄酮、茶色素、咖啡因、蛋白质、维生素B1、B2、维生素C、维生素E、叶酸、脂肪酸、B-胡萝卜素等多种天然营养成份;金花茶含有茶氨酸、苏氨酸等几十种氨基酸,以及富含有多种对人体具有重要保健作用的天然有机锗(Ge)、硒(Se)、钼(Mo)、锌(Zn)、钒(V)等微量元素,和钾(K)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)等宏量元素。目前的金花茶多为纯花朵茶,味道单一,制作工艺复杂,或是制成口服液等。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的提供一种金花茶含片的制作方法。
本发明提供的技术方案为:
一种金花茶含片的制作方法,所述金花茶含片的制作方法包括以下步骤:
1)将70重量份牛蒡、150重量份罗汉果、30重量份甜菜菊、40重量份芹菜、100重量份酸浆草、45重量份竹蔗、30重量份茅根、100重量份胖大海、1000重量份去离子水采用高速搅拌机搅拌1-2小时后,加入10重量份纤维素酶和15重量份果胶酶,调节pH值至4-5,温度为45℃,静置1-2小时后,超声波提取0.5-1小时后,进行灭酶,过滤得到第一提取液和滤渣,往滤渣中加入500重量份质量分数70%的乙醇回流提取1-2次,过滤得到第二提取液;
2)将800份重量份金花茶花朵、150份重量份金花茶叶冷冻干燥至水分含量小于10%,机械粉碎后过100目筛子,加入50份冰醋酸、700份乙醇和500份去离子水,放置高压脉冲波电场中20-30分钟后,采用超声波提取1-2小时,过滤、通过减压浓缩装置回收乙醇和冰醋酸后得到所述第三提取液;
3)将第一提取液、第二提取液和第三提取液合并减压喷雾干燥后得到粉末,按重量比1∶1∶5加入硬脂酸镁、羟丙甲纤维素、环糊精混合后高速搅拌均匀最后进行压片,压片后,进行冷冻干燥至含片的水分含量小于8%,得到所述含片;其中减压喷雾干燥能降低干燥温度,减少有效物质的氧化和损失;
其中硬脂酸镁、羟丙甲纤维素、环糊精的总重为粉末的10-30倍。
优选的是,步骤2)中还包括在放置高压脉冲波电场前,加入10重量份纤维素酶,静置30分钟。
优选的是,步骤3)中加入所述粉末重量1%的螺旋藻粉与硬脂酸镁、羟丙甲纤维素、环糊精混合后高速搅拌均匀最后进行压片,添加螺旋藻粉能使含片具有润肠通便调节肠胃的作用。
优选的是,步骤3)中加入所述粉末重量1-5%的珍珠粉与硬脂酸镁、羟丙甲纤维素、环糊精混合后高速搅拌均匀最后进行压片,珍珠粉不仅能作为附型剂,还对肠胃粘膜具有修复作用。
优选的是,步骤1)中所述超声波的工作频率为50-100赫兹,步骤2)中所述超声波的工作频率为50-100赫兹,在超声波的作用下,有效物质易于析出和提取。
优选的是,步骤3)中所述减压喷雾干燥,其中压力为0.2个大气压,干燥的温度为50-70℃;所述高压脉冲电场,电压为30-40kv,脉冲数为20。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1)本发明制作方法的制成的金花茶含片不仅具有金花茶的抗氧化、提高身体机能、调节血糖的作用,其中牛蒡、芹菜、苦瓜具有显著降血压血脂的作用,竹蔗和茅根具有利尿键肾的作用,采用罗汉果、甜菜菊调节金花茶含片的甜味和掩盖其他药物的苦涩味道,并且适合糖尿病或是高血糖患者使用,添加的胖大海和酸浆草对于对于牙龈肿痛、口腔溃疡及咽炎有显著的效果;本发明方法制备的金花茶、竹蔗、螺旋藻和珍珠粉协同作用能调节内分泌失调和稳定情绪,减少失眠多梦,有效治疗黄褐斑和痤疮。
2)本发明的制作方法采用酶解后通过超声波水提取和醇提取牛蒡、罗汉果、甜菜菊、芹菜、酸浆草、竹蔗、茅根、胖大海中的有效成分,二次提取提高有效成分的提取率,金花茶花朵、金花茶叶采用冷冻干燥能保留金花茶花朵、金花茶叶中茶多酚、茶多糖及总黄酮和多种微量元素,经过酶解能将植物细胞的纤维素膜酶解有利于有效物质提取,再经过高压脉冲电场有利于植物细胞的破裂有效物质的析出,总体提高的金花茶和茶叶中的有效物质的提取率,提高金花茶和茶叶的利用率,使得本发明制成的金花茶含片具有显著的抗氧化、提高身体机能、调节血糖、提高身体免疫力,并且适合各种人群使用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
实施例1:
一种金花茶含片的制作方法包括以下步骤:
1)将70重量份牛蒡、150重量份罗汉果、30重量份甜菜菊、40重量份芹菜、100重量份酸浆草、45重量份竹蔗、30重量份茅根、100重量份胖大海、1000重量份去离子水采用高速搅拌机搅拌1小时后,加入10重量份纤维素酶和15重量份果胶酶,调节pH值至4,温度为45℃,静置1小时后,超声波提取0.5小时后,进行灭酶,过滤得到第一提取液和滤渣,往滤渣中加入500重量份质量分数70%的乙醇回流提取1次,过滤得到第二提取液;
2)将800份重量份金花茶花朵、150份重量份金花茶叶冷冻干燥至水分含量小于10%,机械粉碎后过100目筛子,加入50份冰醋酸、700份乙醇和500份去离子水,放置高压脉冲波电场中20分钟后,采用超声波提取1小时,过滤、通过减压浓缩装置回收乙醇和冰醋酸后得到所述第三提取液;
3)将第一提取液、第二提取液和第三提取液合并减压喷雾干燥后得到粉末,按重量比1∶1∶5加入硬脂酸镁、羟丙甲纤维素、环糊精混合后高速搅拌均匀最后进行压片,每片1-2克重,压片后,进行冷冻干燥至含片的水分含量小于8%,得到所述含片;
其中硬脂酸镁、羟丙甲纤维素、环糊精的总重为粉末的10倍。
实施例2
一种金花茶含片的制作方法,所述金花茶含片的制作方法包括以下步骤:
1)将70重量份牛蒡、150重量份罗汉果、30重量份甜菜菊、40重量份芹菜、100重量份酸浆草、45重量份竹蔗、30重量份茅根、100重量份胖大海、1000重量份去离子水采用高速搅拌机搅拌2小时后,加入10重量份纤维素酶和15重量份果胶酶,调节pH值至5,温度为45℃,静置2小时后,超声波提取1小时后,进行灭酶,过滤得到第一提取液和滤渣,往滤渣中加入500重量份质量分数70%的乙醇回流提取1-2次,过滤得到第二提取液;
2)将800份重量份金花茶花朵、150份重量份金花茶叶冷冻干燥至水分含量小于10%,机械粉碎后过100目筛子,加入50份冰醋酸、700份乙醇、500份去离子水及10重量份纤维素酶,静置30分钟后,放置高压脉冲波电场中30分钟后,采用超声波提取2小时,过滤、通过减压浓缩装置回收乙醇和冰醋酸后得到所述第三提取液;
3)将第一提取液、第二提取液和第三提取液合并减压喷雾干燥后得到粉末,按重量比1∶1∶5加入硬脂酸镁、羟丙甲纤维素、环糊精混合后高速搅拌均匀最后进行压片,压片后,进行冷冻干燥至含片的水分含量小于8%,得到所述含片;
其中硬脂酸镁、羟丙甲纤维素、环糊精的总重为粉末的10-30倍。
实施例3
一种金花茶含片的制作方法包括以下步骤:
1)将70重量份牛蒡、150重量份罗汉果、30重量份甜菜菊、40重量份芹菜、100重量份酸浆草、45重量份竹蔗、30重量份茅根、100重量份胖大海、1000重量份去离子水采用高速搅拌机搅拌2小时后,加入10重量份纤维素酶和15重量份果胶酶,调节pH值至5,温度为45℃,静置2小时后,超声波提取1小时后,进行灭酶,过滤得到第一提取液和滤渣,往滤渣中加入500重量份质量分数70%的乙醇回流提取1-2次,过滤得到第二提取液;
2)将800份重量份金花茶花朵、150份重量份金花茶叶冷冻干燥至水分含量小于10%,机械粉碎后过100目筛子,加入50份冰醋酸、700份乙醇和500份去离子水,放置高压脉冲波电场中25分钟后,采用超声波提取1.5小时,过滤、通过减压浓缩装置回收乙醇和冰醋酸后得到所述第三提取液;
3)将第一提取液、第二提取液和第三提取液合并减压喷雾干燥后得到粉末,加入所述粉末重量1%的螺旋藻粉,再按重量比1∶1∶5加入硬脂酸镁、羟丙甲纤维素、环糊精混合后高速搅拌均匀最后进行压片,压片后,进行冷冻干燥至含片的水分含量小于8%,得到所述含片;
其中硬脂酸镁、羟丙甲纤维素、环糊精的总重为粉末的20倍。
实施例4
一种金花茶含片的制作方法包括以下步骤:
1)将70重量份牛蒡、150重量份罗汉果、30重量份甜菜菊、40重量份芹菜、100重量份酸浆草、45重量份竹蔗、30重量份茅根、100重量份胖大海、1000重量份去离子水采用高速搅拌机搅拌1.5小时后,加入10重量份纤维素酶和15重量份果胶酶,调节pH值至4,温度为45℃,静置2小时后,超声波提取0.5小时后,进行灭酶,过滤得到第一提取液和滤渣,往滤渣中加入500重量份质量分数70%的乙醇回流提取1次,过滤得到第二提取液;所述超声波的工作频率为80赫兹;
2)将800份重量份金花茶花朵、150份重量份金花茶叶冷冻干燥至水分含量小于10%,机械粉碎后过100目筛子,加入50份冰醋酸、700份乙醇、500份去离子水和10重量份纤维素酶,静置30分钟后,放置高压脉冲波电场中25分钟,再采用超声波提取2小时,过滤、通过减压浓缩装置回收乙醇和冰醋酸后得到所述第三提取液;所述超声波的工作频率为50-100赫兹;
3)将第一提取液、第二提取液和第三提取液合并减压喷雾干燥后得到粉末,加入所述粉末重量1%的螺旋藻粉和所述粉末重量5%的珍珠粉,再按重量比1∶1∶5加入硬脂酸镁、羟丙甲纤维素、环糊精混合后高速搅拌均匀最后进行压片,压片后,进行冷冻干燥至含片的水分含量小于8%,得到所述含片;
其中硬脂酸镁、羟丙甲纤维素、环糊精的总重为粉末的25倍;
所述减压喷雾干燥,其中压力为0.2个大气压,干燥的温度为60℃;所述高压脉冲电场,电压为30kv,脉冲数为20。
毒性试验:
对小鼠进行急性毒性测试,采用健康的大鼠喂食染毒,染毒后大鼠未见异常,观察期无死亡。
临床试验
本发明使用方法可吞服或口含,一天1-2片
黄某,女,40岁,经常口腔溃疡,高血脂,每天1片服用本发明1月后,血脂下降至正常值,服用过程中未见口腔溃疡,继续服用本发明2个月,血脂在正常值,无口腔溃疡,后续不服用本发明观察2个月,血脂平稳在正常值,并且无口腔溃疡。
李某,男,15岁,牙痛1个月,服用本发明每天2片,服用一天后牙痛明显减缓,一星期后,牙痛治愈。
廖某,男,60岁,高血糖高血压5年,服用本发明,每天2片,1个月后血糖血压有所下降,继续服用2个月后,血糖血压测试在正常值,不服用本发明继续观察半年,患者血糖血压均无升高,在正常值范围内。
林某,女,30岁,内分泌失调,常有失眠脸上黄褐斑痤疮明显,服用本发明,每天2片,1星期后痤疮渐渐消失,失眠现象有所缓解,服用1个月后黄褐斑渐渐消除,无失眠症状,痤疮完全治好,继续服用2个月后黄褐斑清除,停止服用继续观察3个月,黄褐斑痤疮都无复发,并且无失眠症状。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的实施例。
Claims (6)
1.一种金花茶含片的制作方法,其特征在于,所述金花茶含片的制作方法包括以下步骤:
1)将70重量份牛蒡、150重量份罗汉果、30重量份甜菜菊、40重量份芹菜、100重量份酸浆草、45重量份竹蔗、30重量份茅根、100重量份胖大海、1000重量份去离子水采用高速搅拌机搅拌1-2小时后,加入10重量份纤维素酶和15重量份果胶酶,调节pH值至4-5,温度为45℃,静置1-2小时后,超声波提取0.5-1小时后,进行灭酶,过滤得到第一提取液和滤渣,往滤渣中加入500重量份质量分数70%的乙醇回流提取1-2次,过滤得到第二提取液;
2)将800份重量份金花茶花朵、150份重量份金花茶叶冷冻干燥至水分含量小于10%,机械粉碎后过100目筛子,加入50份冰醋酸、700份乙醇和500份去离子水,放置高压脉冲波电场中20-30分钟后,采用超声波提取1-2小时,过滤、通过减压浓缩装置回收乙醇和冰醋酸后得到所述第三提取液;
3)将第一提取液、第二提取液和第三提取液合并减压喷雾干燥后得到粉末,按重量比1∶1∶5加入硬脂酸镁、羟丙甲纤维素、环糊精混合后高速搅拌均匀最后进行压片,压片后,进行冷冻干燥至含片的水分含量小于8%,得到所述含片;
其中硬脂酸镁、羟丙甲纤维素、环糊精的总重为粉末的10-30倍。
2.如权利要求1所述的金花茶含片的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中还包括在放置高压脉冲波电场前,加入10重量份纤维素酶,静置30分钟。
3.如权利要求1所述的金花茶含片的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤3)中加入所述粉末重量1%的螺旋藻粉与硬脂酸镁、羟丙甲纤维素、环糊精混合后高速搅拌均匀最后进行压片。
4.如权利要求1所述的金花茶含片的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤3)中加入所述粉末重量1-5%的珍珠粉与硬脂酸镁、羟丙甲纤维素、环糊精混合后高速搅拌均匀最后进行压片。
5.如权利要求1所述的金花茶含片的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤1)中所述超声波的工作频率为50-100赫兹,步骤2)中所述超声波的工作频率为50-100赫兹。
6.如权利要求1所述的金花茶含片的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤3)中所述减压喷雾干燥,其中压力为0.2个大气压,干燥的温度为50-70℃;所述高压脉冲电场,电压为30-40kv,脉冲数为20。
