背景技术:
螺旋藻是蓝藻门颤藻科螺旋藻属植物,生长于高温强碱阳光强烈的热带湖泊中,是地球上最古老的藻类之一。近几十年来,因其在营养学上的优越性而越来越倍受全世界关注,世界卫生组织将其确认为“人类21世纪最佳保健品”。随着人们对螺旋藻的重新认识和大量需求,应运而生了螺旋藻养殖和深加工产业。我国螺旋藻生物技术产业在八十年代末蓬勃兴起,近几年海南螺旋藻养殖加工业也正悄然崛起,初具规模。
螺旋藻属于蓝藻,它是单细胞生物,但它是若干细胞连结成一个无分支的螺旋形绿状微藻,呈墨绿色。螺旋藻原先生长在碱性湖泊中,是一种极古老的简单生物。它富含丰富的几乎是全面的营养成分。而且含有可调节生理功能的功效成分,甚至含有其它生物少有的特殊功效成分。
其营养成分主要有:蛋白质(60-70%),人体全部必需氨基酸,β-胡萝卜素,不饱和脂肪酸,尤含γ亚麻酸、多种维生素、微量元素,含丰富的铁,还有多糖、叶绿素及特有的藻蓝蛋白(干重6%)。

本发明的目的在于提供一种培育富硒锗保健大米的螺旋藻肥粉。

1、一种培育富硒锗保健大米的螺旋藻肥粉,其特征是:按下列质量份配比组成%
其中(1)所述宏、微量元素群混合纳米粉,按下列质量份配比组成%
宏量元素99.95%+微量元素0.05%=100%;
A宏量元素按下列质量份配比组成%
上述各组分宏量元素之和为100%;占人体总体重的99.95%;
B微量元素按下列质量份配比组成%
上述各组分微量元素之和为100%;占人体总体重的0.05%;
(2)所述维生素族混合纳米粉,按下列质量份配比组成%
维生素族100%=水溶性维生素90%+脂溶性维生素10%,
A水溶性维生素由下列质量份配比组成%
B脂溶性维生素由下列质量份配比组成%
维生素E95%+维生素A、D、K共5%=100%
(3)所述松针系列葡萄籽、银杏叶、瓜果蔬菜提取物酵素酮聚酶、活性多肽酶混合干燥纳米粉,按下列质量份配比组成%
(4)所述葛根、费菜、牛蒡、苦菜富硒锗灵芝人参虫草及酮聚酶、活性多肽酶混合干燥纳米粉,按下列质量份配比组成%
(5)所述富硒锗螺旋藻酵母灵芝菌菇类瓜果蔬菜提取物活性多肽酶混合纳米粉,按下列质量份配比组成%
以上各物质用常规二氧化碳萃取或用60%的酒精,用提取的方法提取,滤液,经薄膜蒸发,回收酒精,并浓缩成1∶1即每毫升含源生药1g,相对密度为1.03-1.05的流浸膏用。用时将流浸膏真空干燥研细与其他物料共同混合,将其混合物料用纳米粒径超细微化通用化装置将物质的大分子进行破碎、乳化、均质、分散,从而粒化成纳米级粒径的小分子,过2000目筛,中心粒径为0.1-5μm,因为药物的吸收常受药物在吸收部位溶出速度的支配,而减小粒径,可以增大在暴露在介质中的表面积,而促进溶解,进而提高药物的吸收度和利用率,增大了药效和治疗效果。使用时用5-10g的纳米粉体用50℃的温水100ml充分溶解,然后逐渐边搅拌边加去离子水达100ml作为原液,PH值调节在5.5-6.5之间,用此原液浸泡种子6-12小时,使种子浸润晾干后播种,或是将上述组分按各组质量份配比混合均匀压制成片,每片1g,每4片溶于100ml水中可用于阳台、庭院栽培的瓜果蔬菜用于根施叶面喷施的中型花盆8-12盆。
用500g的水稻、小麦、玉米等粮食作物的种子浸泡0.1-0.5的溶液1000ml中浸润6-12小时,起种晾干后播种根外追施用原液3ml加纯净水1000ml即为0.3%的溶液作为根外追肥。苗期用0.2%的溶液叶面施肥。每周一次,连续四次,在作物成长期每十天用0.2%的溶液叶面施肥一次,在收获前十天,在不造成植被萎蔫的情况下停止喷施,尽量减少水分的供应,以保证果实的积累和提高储运性,减少裂果。
螺旋藻是一种全天然、高蛋白、富含生理活性物质、营养丰富的功能性食品。螺旋藻原产于非洲的盐碱湖中,是湖中栖息着的火烈鸟的食物。1960年,法国学者开始对钝顶螺旋藻的价值及保健意义作了大量的研究,揭示了螺旋藻具有开发的巨大潜力,而后世界各国的学者作了大量的研究,在1974年联合国粮食大会上,螺旋藻被公认为“超级营养食品”;世界粮农组织曾推荐螺旋藻为21世纪最理想的食物资源。目前,已有美国、日本等50多个国家批准螺旋藻作为食品。中国卫生部也批准螺旋藻为食物新资源。螺旋藻在国内已有大规模养殖和生产,各种保健品已经在国内上市。
螺旋藻是迄今为止发现营养最丰富、最全面、极易被人体消化吸收的绿色天然食品。
螺旋藻的蛋白质含量为65%-72%,各种必需氨基酸齐全。其构成与FAO、WHO等世界性组织为学龄前儿童制订的8种必需氨基酸构成模式很接近。

矿物质差别较大,铁、镁、钾、磷等含量都比较高,此外还含有硒、锗等。这些元素对身体健康和调节免疫功能都是有积极意义的。
大部分螺旋藻的脂肪含量为7%左右,属低脂食品且多为不饱和脂肪酸,更为可贵的是亚油酸含量高达13784mg/kg,γ-亚麻酸含量11970mg/kg,这在其他天然食物中是很罕见的。大部分螺旋藻的碳水化合物总含量为16.5%,并含有丰富的多糖。

小球藻在中国台湾养殖较多,内地很少,它们都是微量元素富集的良好载体,藻类富集微量元素周期较短,富集倍数高,医学保健作用强,经济价值高。
灵芝、香菇、平菇等菌类已有诸多富集元素的研究应用,尤其利用灵芝的抗癌功能与硒的抗肿瘤功效,将二者结合起来发挥协同作用,用平菇培养了富硒菇,以平菇杂交为供试菌株,以要硒酸钠供硒,施量0.2-20ug/L,用罐头瓶进行熟料栽培,各要硒酸钠施量均一次性加水拌水培养料。常规无菌接种后于22-24℃培养,菌丝长满瓶后移出菇房,常规出菇处理。加硒量不同生物效率不同,20ug/g组效好(硒0.687ug/g)。
用灵芝培养灵芝锗,在棉籽壳和麸皮为主要原料的基质中加入特殊处理的1%水溶性锗,拌匀,装入培养瓶,灭菌后接种灵芝菌,25℃培养一个月,在28℃培养室内培养子实体。
灵芝菌丝体富集微量元素效果更佳,用灵芝菌丝体培养富锗灵芝菌丝体,培养液中加入不同浓度的二氧化锗溶液,灭菌后于28℃,802pm培养,采用延期发酵法,结果丝菌体干粉锗达497-3300ug/g(对照13.2ug/g)增加了40-250倍,较子实体富集优越
香菇富集微量元素的产品已多家面市,生产方式与上述平菇富集相似,但香菇多糖具有提高免疫力、抗肿瘤等诸功能,香菇与硒结合发挥了二者协同功能作用。
所以食用菌是微量元素富集的优良载体,不过一般培养至子实体阶段过长,如用发酵法以菌丝体富集微量元素,可以大大缩短培养周期,适用于工业化生产。
