为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的技术方案是:一种鲫鱼味汤料,包括按重量比的以下配料:盐15份,味精 1份,鲫鱼香精0.1份,干鲫鱼丁1份,干葱段2份,奶粉2份,明胶1份,蒜粉 1份。
本发明提供的鲫鱼味汤料,经热水冲泡后就得到鲫鱼汤,方便快捷,且营养丰富。
