本发明提供了一种聚酯瓶片脱水干燥箱,包括箱体、筒体、支架、电机、传动箱、保护罩、搅拌器和挡板;箱体下方两边设置排水管道,箱体两侧内壁中间设置电加热丝,箱体两侧内壁上方设置朝下的风机;电机固定设置在箱体底部,电机上方与传动箱连接,电机和传动箱外部设置保护罩,搅拌器一端与传动箱连接,另一端贯穿保护罩和筒体底部伸入筒体内侧;筒体底部通过支撑杆与电机的输出轴连接,筒体内壁上设置通向箱体的出水孔和挡板;与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:该设备能够实现同步离心脱水和加热干燥的功能,聚酯瓶片脱水率更高,干燥时间短,加热温度更加均匀,结构简单、操作方便、设计合理,适用范围广,具有广泛的应用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及化纤行业干燥装置领域,具体涉及一种聚酯瓶片脱水干燥箱。
背景技术
PET聚酯材料因为其良好的阻隔性使其成为各种碳酸饮料、果汁、奶乳制品、茶饮料、矿泉水等食品和饮料最主要的包装材料。在我国,目前所有的PET塑料瓶全部是由从石油中提炼的原生PET原料制造而成,每年高达300万吨的PET塑料瓶产量消耗了超过1800万吨的石油,同时也造成了巨大的环境压力。根据我国国情必须走持续发展道路,采取绿色GDP战略,循环经济战略等等一系列措施,回收利用PET聚酯瓶生产涤纶长丝完全顺应循环经济要求,有利于保护环境、节约资源。其中聚酯瓶回收后经过粉碎成片、清洗后需要经过初步干燥脱除水分才能进行下一步的熔融工序。现有的干燥设备由于聚酯瓶片不是完全平整的,大多带有一定弧度,容易有大量积水,直接干燥造成干燥时间长,而且采用底部加热方式温度控制不均匀。
因此,如何解决这些技术问题,已成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中存在的不足,提供了一种聚酯瓶片脱水干燥箱,解决了上述的技术问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种聚酯瓶片脱水干燥箱,包括箱体、筒体、支架、电机、传动箱、保护罩、搅拌器和挡板;所述箱体上方设置箱盖,箱体下方两边设置排水管道,箱体外周两侧设置支架,箱体两侧内壁中间设置电加热丝,箱体两侧内壁上方设置朝下的风机;所述电机固定设置在箱体底部,电机上方与传动箱连接,电机和传动箱外部设置保护罩,所述搅拌器一端与传动箱连接,另一端贯穿保护罩和筒体底部伸入筒体内侧;所述筒体底部通过支撑杆与电机的输出轴连接,筒体内壁上设置通向箱体的出水孔和挡板。
上述中通过电机控制筒体转动,大部分水分在离心力的作用力实现脱水;传动箱能控制搅拌器沿着自身的轴转动,对底层积水量最多的聚酯瓶片进行翻动,提高干燥速度;所述箱体两侧内壁的风机能强制将热风垂直往下输送至箱体底部,再沿着筒体出水口和挡板往上升,然后在筒体顶部实现往两侧的分流,继续循环往复,直至达到理想的状态;所述保护罩避免水分进入电机和传动箱;所述挡板能使聚酯瓶片均匀分布为多层,不需要额外的托盘,增加干燥面积,提交干燥速率;所述电加热丝设置在箱体的两侧,使温度更加均匀,防止聚酯瓶片严重变形、翘曲或炭化。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述搅拌器数量为两个,基本实现底层聚酯瓶片的干燥。
作为本发明的进一步改进,横向设置,与筒体接触的一侧为弧形,另一侧为直线形,挡板上均匀设置通气孔,除了支撑聚酯瓶片,而且增大与空气的接触面积。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:该设备能够实现同步离心脱水和加热干燥的功能,聚酯瓶片脱水率更高,干燥时间短,加热温度更加均匀,结构简单、操作方便、设计合理,适用范围广,具有广泛的应用前景。

如图1所示, 一种聚酯瓶片脱水干燥箱,包括箱体1、筒体2、支架3、电机4、传动箱5、保护罩6、搅拌器7和挡板8;所述箱体1上方设置箱盖9,箱体1底部两边设置排水管道10,箱体1外周两侧设置支架3,箱体1两侧内壁中间设置电加热丝11,箱体1两侧内壁上方设置朝下的风机12;所述电机4固定设置在箱体1底部中间,电机4上方与传动箱5连接,电机4和传动箱5外部设置保护罩6,所述搅拌器7一端与传动箱5连接,另一端贯穿保护罩6和筒体2底部伸入筒体2内侧;所述筒体2底部通过支撑杆13与电机4的输出轴连接,筒体2内壁上设置通向箱体1的出水孔14和挡板8。
所述搅拌器7数量为两个。
所述挡板8数量为三个或三个以上,横向设置,与筒体2接触的一侧为弧形,另一侧为直线形,挡板8上均匀设置通气孔。

1.一种聚酯瓶片脱水干燥箱,其特征在于:包括箱体(1)、筒体(2)、支架(3)、电机(4)、传动箱(5)、保护罩(6)、搅拌器(7)和挡板(8);所述箱体(1)上方设置箱盖(9),箱体(1)底部两边设置排水管道(10),箱体(1)外周两侧设置支架(3),箱体(1)两侧内壁中间设置电加热丝(11),箱体(1)两侧内壁上方设置朝下的风机(12);所述电机(4)固定设置在箱体(1)底部中间,电机(4)上方与传动箱(5)连接,电机(4)和传动箱(5)外部设置保护罩(6),所述搅拌器(7)一端与传动箱(5)连接,另一端贯穿保护罩(6)和筒体(2)底部伸入筒体(2)内侧;所述筒体(2)底部通过支撑杆(13)与电机(4)的输出轴连接,筒体(2)内壁上设置通向箱体(1)的出水孔(14)和挡板(8)。

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种聚酯瓶片脱水干燥箱,其特征在于:所述挡板(8)数量为三个或三个以上,横向设置,与筒体2接触的一侧为弧形,另一侧为直线形,挡板(8)上均匀设置通气孔。
