技术领域
本发明涉及传动轴用锁紧盘的内环装置的装配方法,尤其是一种风电锁紧盘内环螺接组件装置的装配方法。
背景技术
目前,风力发电机组传动轴用锁紧盘主要由内环、外环和螺栓组成。外环的内孔制有台阶和内圆锥面,台阶上均布螺纹孔;内环的外圆制有法兰和外圆锥面,法兰上制有与外环台阶上的螺纹孔相对应的数量相等的穿螺丝通孔;内环的法兰和外圆锥面与外环的台阶和内圆锥面配合组装在一起;风力发电机组安装时,通过锁紧盘套接在轴套上,并将主轴插入轴套内孔中,紧固螺栓将锁紧盘锁紧;由于风电的主轴直径大,其体积重量均为大型配件;由于内环结构形状的特点,加工时,内环的毛坯均采用大于法兰外径的钢材加工而成,加工后产品的重量只有毛坯重量的20%左右,钢材的浪费巨大,加工的耗材占比高,加工时间长,造成了企业的经济负担;鉴于上述的诸多原因,现提出一种风电锁紧盘内环螺接组件装置的装配方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服目前风电锁紧盘内环的毛坯采用大于法兰外径的钢材加工而成,加工后产品的重量只有毛坯重量的20%左右,钢材的浪费巨大,加工的耗材占比高,加工时间长,造成了企业的经济负担,现通过合理的设计,提供一种风电锁紧盘内环的螺接组件装置的装配方法;本发明适用于大中型轴的无键连接,通过内环与法兰分别配套加工,法兰孔中加工内丝,内环外侧加工外丝,内环与法兰通过内丝、外丝螺接而成,结构简单,安装方便,保证生产质量的同时,能够节约钢材60%以上,降低70%以上的生产成本,实现了节能环保,大幅度的提高了经济效益,确保安全生产和使用。
本发明为了实现上述目的,采用如下技术方案,一种风电锁紧盘内环螺接组件装置的装配方法,风电锁紧盘内环螺接组件装置是由:外环、内环法兰、内环、外丝、内丝、主轴、穿丝孔、外锥面、轴套、法兰台槽构成;外环中设置内环,内环中设置轴套,轴套中设置主轴;内环端部外侧设置内环法兰,内环法兰与内环之间设置螺接丝扣;内环外侧设置为锥体,内环的外锥面一端设置外丝;内环法兰轴孔壁设置内丝,内丝孔中对应外丝螺接设置;
外环中预留内锥孔,内锥孔的孔口预留法兰台槽,内锥孔中设置内环,内锥孔与外锥面对应设置,法兰台槽中设置内环法兰;法兰台槽与内环法兰对应预留紧穿丝孔,穿丝孔中设置螺栓;
内环法兰与内环装配前,将内环法兰的内孔进行内丝加工、对内环大口端的外锥面进行外丝加工,内丝与外丝分别加工完成后,将内环和内环法兰通过外丝与内丝的螺接,组成为内环组件;再将内环组件装入外环的内锥孔中,调整穿丝孔与法兰台槽的螺孔对应,把螺栓穿入穿丝孔中并旋转,通过螺栓使内环组件与外环进行连接;内环法兰与内环螺接为一体的内环组件和外环通过螺栓连接,成为锁紧盘组件;
将锁紧盘组件套入轴套,内环的内孔与轴套的外圆相配合,再将主轴穿入轴套并调整到安装位置;
完成轴套与主轴定位后,旋转紧固螺栓,紧固螺栓推动内环法兰使内环进入外环的内锥孔,同时,内环的外锥面受到外环的内锥孔挤压向内收缩,内环通过收缩传递挤压力使轴套收缩,轴套逐渐收缩对主轴进行锁紧;紧固螺栓推动至内环法兰端面与法兰台槽对接后,完成风电锁紧盘对轴套与主轴的装配锁紧。
有益效果是:本发明适用于大中型轴的无键连接,通过内环与法兰分别配套加工,法兰孔中加工内丝,内环外侧加工外丝,内环与法兰通过内丝、外丝螺接而成,结构简单,安装方便,保证生产质量的同时,能够节约钢材60%以上,降低70%以上的生产成本,实现了节能环保,大幅度的提高了经济效益,确保安全生产和使用。

内环法兰2与内环3装配前,将内环法兰2的内孔进行内丝5加工、对内环3大口端的外锥面8进行外丝4加工,内丝5与外丝4分别加工完成后,将内环3和内环法兰2通过外丝4与内丝5的螺接,组成为内环组件;再将内环组件装入外环1的内锥孔中,调整穿丝孔7与法兰台槽10的螺孔对应,把螺栓穿入穿丝孔7中并旋转,通过螺栓使内环组件与外环1进行连接;内环法兰2与内环3螺接为一体的内环组件和外环1通过螺栓连接,成为锁紧盘组件。

将锁紧盘组件套入轴套9,内环3的内孔与轴套9的外圆相配合,再将主轴6穿入轴套9并调整到安装位置。

完成轴套9与主轴6定位后,旋转紧固螺栓,紧固螺栓推动内环法兰2使内环3进入外环1的内锥孔,同时,内环3的外锥面8受到外环1的内锥孔挤压向内收缩,内环3通过收缩传递挤压力使轴套9收缩,轴套9逐渐收缩对主轴6进行锁紧;紧固螺栓推动至内环法兰2端面与法兰台槽10对接后,完成风电锁紧盘对轴套9与主轴6的装配锁紧。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种风电锁紧盘内环螺接组件装置的装配方法,其特征在于:完成轴套(9)与主轴(6)定位后,旋转紧固螺栓,紧固螺栓推动内环法兰(2)使内环(3)进入外环(1)的内锥孔,同时,内环(3)的外锥面(8)受到外环(1)的内锥孔挤压向内收缩,内环(3)通过收缩传递挤压力使轴套(9)收缩,轴套(9)逐渐收缩对主轴(6)进行锁紧;紧固螺栓推动至内环法兰(2)端面与法兰台槽(10)对接后,完成风电锁紧盘对轴套(9)与主轴(6)的装配锁紧。
